First bit of fanart!
I drew some Revstar girls (main cast) back when I rewatched the movie (for the third time!). just some doodle headshots
I had fun drawing them. I don’t tend to draw fanart that often, but when I do, it’s with characters I really like.
Not much to say really, b y e

"If you're empty, then where is the soul that I sought?"
I ended up making five sketches before settling with the one for the previous drawing, but I just couldn't throw this one away so I finished it too X'33 Claudine is just one of my favorites, you can't blame me for wanting to draw her more X'D

Revstar ministrifes! Because they're fun
(Original ministrife sprites are, of course, by feastings. These are all free to use as icons/pagedolls, just please credit me and feastings!)

hey amigo whats revue starlight 👀
THANK YOU FOR ASKING
Revue Starlight is an anime made for people who liked Madoka Magica but thought it needed more musical theater.
The central premise is as follows: a bunch of lesbians attend a performing arts school. In the basement, a giraffe (voiced by Kenjiro Tsuda) is holding a tournament. He gives theater kids weapons and has them compete in singing combat battles. He does this because it is fun. The girl who is best at musical violence is crowned the ultimate Stage Girl.
The music is Incredible. The visuals are Breathtaking, and gorgeously cinematic. The dialogue is pure shoujo nonsense, and I mean nigh unintelligble. Everything is wrapped in several layers of visual and narrative metaphor that are both extremely creative and absolutely ridiculous. The giraffe is the Tokyo Tower.
tl;dr if you enjoy tragic magical girl lesbians with swords and surrealism you should watch Revue Starlight.
