Like Taylor Swift, Blake also made the trip across the pond to attend Beyonce's concert movie premiere in London. 2023 was a year where women supported women, and I absolutely love to see it.

This was a fantastic look from Blake. She chose a look with a bit of silver, which is perfect for a Beyonce event. I like that she wore a more toned down look than Taylor, since they were photographer together a lot. The black and silver looked so together, and Blake styled this look perfectly. It was a really great look.

Renaissance a Film by Beyonce

Beyonce the artist that you are.

I love this movie so much I can't stop thinking about it. Beyoncé's mind works in a way that is so fascinating to watch.

I don't know how many times she is going to solidify as one of the best performers to ever exist, but I hope she never stops. She was born to be an artist.

Homecoming is one of my favorite albums, in my mind, there was no way she could top that performance and documentary, and then she did it.

It's terrifying thinking that she would top the Renaissance tour.

I'm a sucker for bts content, but because Beyonce doesn't promote anything, watching her behind the scene is way more fascinating to me.

Beyonce is a great filmmaker. The way she created the storytelling for this movie is amazing.

I love every part of this. It had so many funny and touching moments.

Like what do you mean people were gaslighting her. If she tells you that there is a bigger lens you find a bigger lens, damn.

And the part where creative director Blue Ivy didn't let her cut Diva, exactly queen. She risked her neck for us.

I love that she said she has nothing to prove to anyone at this point because she is so right.

Beyonce once said to Chloe and Halle: ‘Don’t worry about trying to dumb yourself down. The world is gonna have to catch up to you.' and that's one of the major reasons I love Beyonce.

I feel like she is the only artist out there who creates a whole concept for an album. She doesn't collect a bunch of songs and throw them in an album together. She was ahead of time when she said "People don't make albums anymore"

Also she looked so pretty the whole movie. Like it made go Damn this bitch is beautiful.

Like look at her being gorgeous while mad at the incompetence of other people.

I just wish we could've seen more of the process of creating the tour.

I want to see why she put a tank in the middle of the show. Was it because of the knee?

Why no opening act?

Why did she decide to have so many outfits?

Why did she cut Thique/AUIYM and Drunk in love, just to bring them back in some shows. Was it because she got sick?

What did she think about the mute challenge? Did she expect it to become this whole thing?

What does she think about the beyhive naming her horse Reneigh?

I feel like she shared so much but she was still holding back.

I love to see Blue and her work ethic. Rumi is so lovely and funny. I love her saying she was in "Texas bama, Houston". She was so funny for that and doing the Alien superstar's choreography.

Also, It's so funny to me that when people knew that she was going to talk about the power outage in Alien Superstar we were going to see her cussing people, but nope she understood and just took advantage of the situation.

I just love Beyoncé so much. I need this movie in a streaming service by yesterday. I need to rewatch it every day.

If nothing else, Beyonce knows how to committ to a theme. She looked absolutely phenomenal at the premiere of her concert movie in Los Angeles.

This Versace dress was gorgeous, and I love how Beyonce wore silver, after having all attendees wear silver during her birthday month. The dress was so chic, and I loved the neckline and matching gloves. The platinum hair looked amazing on her and this was a great look.

Anyway in other news I saw Beyoncé’s Renaissance film today and it TRULY was incredible. It just totally reaffirmed all the respect I have for her as an artist. I didn’t get to see the actual tour and I’m happy to say that this was just as good as seeing it live. I didn’t think that I was gonna like the documentary sections as much as I did but they added so much to the film and the album as a whole. It was just so good and also I’ve already booked to see it again lol (this time in IMAX)

What Does Beyoncé Eat? A Breakdown of Her Diet

Beyoncé has curves in all the right places – but logically, her to-die-for figure comes at a price. Queen Bey is known for her strict diets and crazy workout routines to get in shape, but we’ve also seen that she likes to dine out, too.

As firm BeyHives, we wanted to know if the mega star really does carry hot sauce in her bag, if that’s the secret ingredient to her killer bod, and how we can follow her nutritional habits to get in shape (minus those unhealthy crash diets, though).

So, what does Beyoncé eat? If you’re curious, continue reading below to find out all there is to know about Bey’s eating habits.

General Meals

In between and after Beyoncé’s crash diets and vegan stints, she has admitted to eating regularly:

“Now, you know, I still eat meat. It’s all about balance, but absolutely I make better choices…”

Beyoncé’s typical day starts off with breakfast which consists of a veggie smoothie, scrambled egg whites or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk.

Her lunch and dinner usually include plenty of fish and vegetables, and she avoids red meat and replaces rice and pasta with quinoa. The best-selling female artist has also shared her love for pitta bread and avocado toast on Instagram.

Her favorite salad from Café Gratitude includes ingredients like kale, cucumber, carrots, nori sheets, cilantro basil scallions and toasted almonds – health galore! This is usually topped with tahini, lemon, olive oil, garlic, and sesame oil dressing.

Another crunchy salad fave includes arugula, red quinoa, cantaloupe and slivered almonds, topped with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup.
