(so much so I made a side blog so my mutuals don't have listen to me go on for hours ;v;)

Anyway I really liked your au so I drew a smiling critter oc for it :)

Had fun creating him!! And I hope you like him ^^

His great anxiety makes it hard for him to interact with the kids, so he mostly hides away in some corner. He'll sometimes take his turtleneck and pull it over his face. Scrappy is very clumsy too, and drops almost anything you hand him, he is really sweet however and is willing to sit in silence with a kid for company if they need it. He also enjoys hanging out with Crafty and Bubba.

I don't have much story wise, but I may work on it idk (I'm weird with stuff like that lol)

I haven't seen a child OC for this au yet but I really wanna see how the toys would interact with the children... And how their interaction would thicken the plot... So I made PENNY!

Penny, 8 years old

Condition: Vitiligo + Deaf

Status: Alife + not on the list

Description: had been at the playcare for 5 months - was a pleasant to have due to her love for Craftycorn before joining. Said "I never learned hand words before, but Crafty reached me to speak through art!" Hence the obsession. Been given proper equipment and class. Can't wait to see fruther development.

Extra:

- HUUGE Craftycorn fan! As it is through Craftycorn Penny learns to express herself through art! (Before the ability of sign)

- Craftycorn also teach her to love her vitiligo markings, as there is beauty in all things; so it's an understatement saying how impactful her influence have on Penny

- Though I haven't planned how she got into the playcare I head canon that the orphanage she originally was in can't afford to keep anymore orphans, so they moved the least likely adopted child there; higher exposure to possible parents and greater education

- I also head canon Penny discovered the smiling critter through an episode where the Crafty got jinxed to can't speak, so she uses art to communicate and for the first time: Penny was able to understand a cartoon.

- PS: Penny had rewatched that episode at least 200 times--

"BUT I CAN'T... I can't show that anything is wrong, That I know..."

"I'll change my chosen toy all the time, be average on every test they give me, speak nothing of what I know..."

"I'll stall for as long as I can, buy myself as much time as possible. I'll learn every weakness, every flaw, of both this factory and those horrible Toys. I'll get stronger, faster, smarter, as much as possible without anyone catching on. I'll prepare as much as I can, for every fight, every route, every danger..." "So when the time comes..."

"I'll GET OUT OF HERE"

Hello there! This is William, a young orphan within the walls of Playcare, a new OC I made for Poppy Playtime! Specifically William was inspired by and somewhat considered an OC of the blog @realizinau and their wonderful work over there! (Hello!)

William is a kid who knows far, FAR to much then he should. Aware of what the toys really are, aware of what their doing to children like him, and aware that he is not safe within Playcare.

If someone were to ask him about something in the factory, he would most likely know, but would never dare even entertain answering those questions. He knows that one wrong step, one target on his back is enough to get him selected next... so he stays as average as he can, shows himself to be not soon-to-be toy material. He has it down to a science at this point, and he won't risk his life, not yet, not for a damn question.

He considers every toy in the Factory to be both horrifying and the highest threat to his survival and chances at leaving one day. He avoids and dances around them when he can, and recites literal self made mantras of every weakness and every way to harm or escape the toy in question he knows about within his head while around them if he can't (due to not being able to write anything incriminating down). Several times in a panicked state because he doesn't have the tools and weapons on him to follow any plan he has.

He is afraid of the Smiling Critters the most for the fact that he sees them and interacts with them every day, thus being the highest risk to him. After every interaction there is a chance he may genuinely puke in the nearest bathroom from his fear getting hold of him. He silently prays that they never take notice of him, or god forbid take interest in him and spend more time then normal around him. He would wear the most perfect mask while interacting with them but be screaming his Mantras internally while mentally holding a cross, especially around Catnap (due to his red smoke) (not sure if the Realizing Au has Catnap with his red smoke still, so if not he would most likely consider Bubba the most dangerous of the critters).

William's core desire is to leave the factory and never look back. He, when he is at least 80% sure he can get away with it (it used to be higher but he's getting desperate) gathers as much information as he can, about the layout, systems, patrols, anything to give him an edge when the time of his escape comes. He has also been able to make very small stashes of makeshift tools, weapons, and items around Playcare, all either to help him escape or fight back against a Toy should he need to. The most dangerous is a Flare hand he smuggled off of a GrabPack once, which almost got him caught.

William is at the point where he genuinely does not value any life inside the Factory other then his own, and would not hesitate to kill a staff worker or Toy should he have to. Again, nothing matters to William other then getting out... but that could change depending on events to come.

I'll be throwing some more stuff of William up later, but I absolutely tore my hand up drawing all this today. Hope you enjoyed!

You know what time it? It's Realizin' time!

Here it is! The result of the brain rot of @realizinau art and Alan Wake (I took inspiration by drawing this.The games are so cool) so here we are. It's a bit wonky but I think it's decent. Please ignore the little blue spooch on the suit. I made a boo─boo while painting :/

I'm still thinking about on how to name this guy but I have a little of his backstory on how his role would be in the Realizin' AU.

First he's a wolf if you're wondering.

Alright, now into his story: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Before being put into the Bigger Bodies Initiative, he was just a child like any other with a mother and father who loved him and loved them back. But after a tragedy to both parents in a car accident, leaving him as the sole survivor of the crash, he was alone in this narrow dark place.

He was put in normal orphange just with many others parentless but he was different to other kids. Just as the kids where loud, energetic full innocence and some didn't apply to the rules he was the opposite. He was quiet, didn't move alot from his bed, his innocence gone for the result of the crash and allways following orders from the caretakers of the orphange.

Since he didn't talk to the other kids besides to the caretakers to see of he was okay and only respond with a nod, a shake or a short phrase, they began calling him names like 'the silent kid', 'downer', 'the staff's pet' and other names behind his back.

He already got used to this new 'life style' on the orphanage. Wake up, breakfast, gaze outside the window of his room, nap, lunch, more gazing outside again, dinner, sleep, repeat.

He told himself that's going to be his life until he was adopted to a new familly.

...That was the plan before him and others kids where called on the hall as their caretaker was explaning that they were getting 'relocated' to a better orphanage. He didn't understand why tho but if they where getthing relocaded to a better orphanage was probably for the best.

...Right?

Him along with other orphans entered the bus that was meant to transport them to the new orphange. The name on the side of the bus caught his attention before entering. Playtime Co. He knew that name. Tha was the name of the company who sell those toys that appered on TV. His guess was that maybe they are expanding or something.

After that, everything where blur and pieces. How he arrived to Home Sweet Home, meeting the staff, Huggy Wuggy, Kissy Missy, Mommy and Daddy Longlegs along with other toys,doing some sort of test of memory and running, being told that he got adopted, on how he was guided to a room with a bed as they put him on the bed before putting anesthesia and how he became...like he is now.

He felt...weird to say the least but he quickly got used being taller and getting used to his new body. A few bumps here and there but he got used to it. Faster than the others. The Doctor thinks to himself.

And before he know it, he got a brand new suit (he allways wanted to wear one when he was older.It made him feel...important.) and got a new... 'job' as the new guard of Playcare and Home Sweet Home. At day he would help some of the staff carry important papers so he was given a mesanger bag to carry those paper more easier and organize smaller toys for the kids and making sure the wasn't something a miss or any complications among the staff and the children. And by the night, he would roam Playcare and Home Sweet home hall's with his trusty flashlight to make sure there wasn't any stray kid or someone suspicious was around.

He took extra careful in the night because he read in a book once that the dark can by tricky and dangerous. But what caught his attention more was one sentance in particular.

"Trust no one in the dark."

After that, he took his night patrols very seriously, with careful steps and eyes all open for anything. Something tells him there something off but rapidly dissmiss the thought.

Sometimes when doing the day shift, some of the kids would run to him and would either drag him to play with them, show him drawings of him or hug him out of nowhere. He would stay still with no idea what to do or react. Thankfully, some of the staff or caretakers would save him from that embarassment and he would fix tie and continue with his duties for today.

Just like before he is still silent with a neutral looks almost all the time. Responding with a nod, shake or short answer to long questions. He would been doing this for 5 years. Making him 15 years old if his math is correct.

None of the staff, the caretakers or even the children have see him smile. Not even once. Always on focus on the task. Some even says he's more of a robot than someone alive.

It would take a miracle to even make him smile.

...Maybe that miracle could be in the form of 8 new Critters know as The Smilling Critters.

Only time will tell...

Heya!Finally finnish him!Sorry if bother but i was thinking Catnap siblings so why not Dogday and made this silly guy.

I also tried to draw them in your style cause i really like your artstyle, it's so satisfying to look at! It's way too beautiful for my eyes!

I also find your Au really interesting and exciting!! i don't know why but my brain thought about them (The Smiling Critters) going to a haunted mansion? I can try making a comic about that if you like, although I'm not sure if I'll have enough motivation?

Maybe i can try make short comics of them interacting with the other critters!

Ive had ideas for swapped versions of Catnap and Dogday, and I needed them out of my head IMMEDIATELY, so say hi to DOGDOZE AND CATCREST

Dogdoze came easier to me because I already had a name and general look in mind, but I was so utterly clueless with Catcrest I had to crawl to my dear friend @pastiel for help with a name, AND WE DECIDED ON CATCREST. THANKS FOR THE HELP BESTIE!!

I started with their toon designs, but then I couldn't resist doing realizin designs for them too so here we are. Hope you enjoy them :)))

So- I don't think @realizinau posted their art about William at all and uh-

Yeah.

Well first, this is from @iidgm 's white board- which is uh- Still open and the rules board has been accidentally drawn on a bit- But anyways here is some art that I did + Visinox's wonderful William art!

First is some practice designs for some certain magical girls (and boy) Matrix's-

this is just a practice- real quick doodle I made about how William normally is around Catnap in the realizing au setting (he is not okay!)

Then iidgm drew this... which can I just say real quick that if William ever needed to hurt both Catnap and Roxie badly (totally not in my potential scripts for his escape attempt, nooooooooooooo) he would with zero hesitation tell them what Roxie actually is in relation to Naps.

Probably right before he stabs Catnap- Look depression is a good distraction okay!

And Finally- Vis you wonderful person- made THIS

I just- This makes me want to write things but I'm working on something else right now- Just EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE kicking and chitter looking at this thing!

William looks like he's five second away from shoving a flare into Nap's mouth and Catnap is just "You good?"
