Know the Dematerialization and Re-materialization of Securities

Dematerialization and rematerialization of securities are the processes of converting physical shares or securities into electronic form and vice versa. The former process is also known as "demat" and the latter as "remat". The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) made it mandatory for all listed companies to issue shares in dematerialized form. This has led to a significant reduction in paperwork, increased transparency, and ease of trading.

To open demat account online or a trading account, you can approach any SEBI-registered stockbroker or depository participant.

Dematerialization of securities

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) made it mandatory for all listed companies to issue shares in dematerialized form. To dematerialize physical shares, you need to open a demat account with a depository participant (DP) registered with SEBI.

Once you have a demat account, you can submit a request to your DP to convert your physical shares into electronic form. You will need to fill out a Demat Request Form (DRF) and deposit it along with your physical shares as proof. After the approval of the dematerialization request, your DP transfers the electronic version of the shares into your Demat Account.

Rematerialization of securities

Rematerialization is the process of converting electronic shares or securities into physical form. The RRF should contain details such as the name of the security, the number of shares, and the ISIN(International Securities Identification Number) code. Once your DP receives the RRF, they will block your electronic shares and send the request to the issuer or registrar and transfer agent (RTA). The RTA will then print physical share certificates with unique numbers and send them to your DP. Your DP will then credit these physical shares to your account.

It's important to note that rematerialization is a time-consuming process and can take up to 15 days. It's also important to ensure that you have a safe and secure storage space for your physical share certificates.

Django Forms with ReactJS

I have Django forms rendered using Django templates. Now I want to add a React component to one of the form fields (and perhaps to more than one field in the long term).

Based on what I have read so far, its seem best not to mix Django templating with React rendering and have Django serve only as backend API sending JSON data to React, while React takes over the entire form rendering. So I am now trying to re-render my forms entirely through React.

Instead of forms.py, I have now created serializers.py to define what data is to be sent to React and have Django Rest Framework setup in my environment. Now I am trying to figure out how to send this data across. There are some good online tutorials (and SO posts) that talk about integrating Django/DRF with React but havent found a single example of end-to-end form rendering through React and DRF.Specifically, can anyone let me know what do I really write in my view that can then be useful for the GET request from React that tries to fetch the form data? A web reference or just the broad steps needed should be enough for me to get started (and to dig in more into the docs).

Drag Race France season 1, episode 2, my thoughts🍾

Hi racers, I am BACK to recap and analyze season 1 of DRF and we are on what is actually my FAVORITE episode of the season, I cannot tell you how many times I've re-watched this😭 SHOWTIME!

per usual, the episode starts off after the elimination when the queens return to the werkroom. Still can't believe it's all one huge room like they're technically not returning to anything😭

that was a lie.

A new week has begun! This is the beginning of their silly werkroom entrances I love them so much :')

🚨Paloma quotes Mylène, I think this was the first time she explicitly referenced her🚨

I love the queens hyping Nicky up in his lil leather moment, the vibes are so good😭❤️

Nicky tells the queens, first to scream, and then to yell. This is typical of the French. The girls have 20 minutes to get into quick drag for the mini challenge, which is to do a rock performance with DRAG KINGSSS YASSS !!!❤️‍🔥 It won't happen but wouldn't it be so fun if Sergueï went on the show and kept the crown in the family? Either way, I genuinely predict that we'll see our first king/s compete on either DRF2 or DRESP3. QUOTE ME ON THAT!🗣️

Being the superfan of the show that she is, Paloma explains the nature of the mini challenge✨

I liked seeing Soa talk to Bertha while Bertha was running around and stressing out, we got a little glimpse of their dynamic back home🕵🏻

Once again Kam is killing me with her shady confessionals😭💀

This was a fun mini-challenge and it seemed like everyone had a fun time. Especially Paloma who gave it her all (note: Paloma 2022 wig, 80s earrings from a bygone era, one of many web/net dresses, and yellow boa that she wore on The Masked Singer. You can't see them here but I'm dying to know more about the snake print heels she wore👁️👁️)

LGD was cracking me UPPP I love when someone picks a character for a mini challenges and commits to the bit. And she showed that she can be weird and ugly!

subtitle mistake: the title of Call My Agent was directly translated to Ten Percent, however this worked out well because it made "Queen Percent" make sense as the parody title. Later it is translated to Call My Agent, the English title.

As the winner of the mini-challenge, LGD gets to assign everyone's roles. This is her opportunity to sabotage everyone, but since this is RuPaul's Best Friend Race she won't do that.

AS SOON AS LGD MENTIONED VIVIANE SHE GRINNED FROM EAR TO EAR SHJDHJSHSK. Dame points out that the roles are clearly written with the queens in mind. THIS IS WHERE THE RIGGORY BEGINS. They wrote in, literally based the story around, a Latina character, and then Lolita was criticized for playing the role. .........

I was surprised to hear Kam say she's done Edith Piaf before, but I've come to learn that Kam is a lot more than meets the surface and can be very strange. It was also very sporty of her to let La Briochée have the role instead, shout-out to Kam! Marianne James visits the werkroom and I have to say I'm so glad they brought in someone with that level of experience to help with the challenge!! Nicky went home during the acting challenge on her season, after all.

Get yourself someone who looks at you the way Paloma looks at Marianne James❤️(once again with the fingers...)

I normally am not a huge fan of acting challenges shot in the werkroom but this time it worked well because they at least put up a wall and made it look like a different room

TIME TO ACT!

Because we still hadn't seen a lot of the queens and like I said, I hadn't singled out Paloma yet, I was very intrigued when I saw her outfit and over-all curious about the skit.

I thought what LGD was doing with her accent and cadence was SO FUNNY I still can't fathom why they didn't like it!! But I do think they gave her constructive criticism and good direction regardless, and you could tell it was hard for her to do something other than what she'd planned. Then there is the iconic, César and Emmy award-winning performance of Lova Ladiva as Kimberley. That Emmy actually helped Lova achieve EGOT status. Cue one of my favorite Paloma confessionals

NOW WE GET TO SEE PALOMA ACT YAYY ^-^ the way she says reggaeton scratches my brain so nicely and all the jokes in her part were already really funny and she just delivered them so well. I love how she walked in with confidence and I thought she was super professional. I'll talk more about the actual skit when we see the finished product. Kam comes in and does her part - sidenote: I really like how they edited the shooting segment of the episode because it really saved all the funny moments and gave just enough context - shout-out to @sira-ines for noticing Kam borrowed Paloma's wig✨

LOVA IN THE BACK PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE

Bertha got nervous the second she received any notes from Marianne, which is understandable, but also stupid. I was so relieved that Elips did great with her scene, and I'm glad she had fun with the role. It's really important to nail those smaller characters with less screen-time, and she totally did. La Briochée's shoot was barely shown and my impression based solely on that was that she would be safe (and she was!) THEN, LOLITA COMES IN AND NAILS IT IN JUST ONE TAKE. That is RARE. Soa comes in and immediately it is a mess and I'm nervous for her. But at least she was aware of exactly what was happening (she said it in her confessional.) Then they skip to the end of the shoot as to not spoil the dramatic plot twist😌

Would like to point out Paloma and Lolita. Remember this moment.

I am LIVING for delusional Lova!!

While doing their makeup the girls have a heartfelt talk about coming out of the closet. This felt pretty genuine, it wasn't just like "okay now we have to talk about this to teach the audience about what LGBT is" and it was nice hearing everyone's stories, and cool to hear Soa talk about her journey with gender identity! Over-all I feel like we got multiple perspectives of different backgrounds in this talk, even if it wasn't a hardcore, kleenex kind of scene it was still heartfelt.

RUNWAY TIME

Earlier in the episode when Nicky mentioned both The César Awards and The Oscar Awards, they kept César- but this time when she just said César, they subtitled it as Oscar! Interesting to see what makes the cultural context filter and what doesn't. This week's runway is "Say it with flowers" which in English was simply subtitled as "floral" oh well.

Soa: Very cool but compared to the others.... it's a miss for me I fear.

Kam: honestly... she didn't have a single bad runway, in my book. this is stunning- yes it is very literal and floral but it's just too fucking good

La Big Bertha: I mean, she technically did say it with flowers... but overall the look is not up to par. and personally I don't like food on the runway it's overdone

Elips: Stunning, creative, completely outside the box❤️

La Briochée: THIS WAS SO CREATIVE loved it

Lolita Banana: I am going to say something completely unexpected and perhaps controversial to some........ Lolita could and should have won this episode. DON'T GO!!! I LOVE PALOMA SHE ALSO DESERVED IT!!! me and my mom literally discussed this for DAYS we were in the car and she turned off the radio and went "can we talk? because i dont know how to feel about who won last night..." mind you this was before the Paloma obsession kicked in. Stunning reveal, stunning look, stunning story.

Paloma: this made me think. like, i was so intrigued by this. she said it's "100% Paloma" and that made me even more curious as to WHO IS SHE!! also it was so cool to see that niche reference and even cooler that Daphné recognized it. I'm not big on bodysuits but this is obviously way more than that and really elevated and gorgeous. the way the thorns surround her is just magical and such a creative take on the theme.

Lova Ladiva: it hurt to watch, really

La Grande Dame: another less literal interpretation of flowers, at first i didn't like it but honestly it's so stunning. sorry, Soa, but she gets away with it tonight

IT'S TIME TO WATCH THE FUNNIEST ACTING CHALLENGE ON DRAG RACE EVER !!!!! This is the only one that I've re-watched over and over, I could probably recite the whole thing if I spoke French. Paloma and LGD gave the best performances in my opinion. I was surprised LGD was able to carry it like that! her and Paloma were definitely the supporting pillars of the sketch, they made a really strong team together. Within the first three seconds we see her, Paloma is a powerhouse. Her character is well-rounded yet easy to understand, and her line-delivery is just hysterical.

C'est un miracle🚬

The physical gags like the champagne cork hitting Kimberley were actually so funny and the strange slapstick-like acting was simply... art. LGD was so funny! I still can't believe the judges weren't thrilled with her. Idk why but when Paloma sat down w her legs spread I was like "oh god what is she about to do" like idk the character choice immediately made sense and made me soooo excited to see where she was going to take it. "La Vie En Rose 2: Le retour d'Edith" makes me laugh so I hard I cry. me and my brother will literally just randomly quote this sketch at each other all the time. The plot of the sketch is so easy to follow, even when you haven't seen Call My Agent, and it never relied on just screaming/fighting/making fun of lesbians like some sketches (mostly improvised ones) do... also I love how many of Paloma's outfits on the show were things she already had and has worn many times, if you look through old photos you can find all the pieces of this look! Thrifty queen.

Bertha did a better job than I expected!🤭 Good for her, it wasn't an easy character to work with. All the queens with supporting roles had their work cut out for them since they had little time to communicate very quirky characters, so aside from Soa they all did really well!

If you pay attention you'll see that Paloma (and LGD too) stayed in character the ENTIRE time just sitting down. Even the way she was sitting was in character. Her mannerisms and looks and ALL OF IT was perfect and consistent. Also is the way she played Viviane like some sort of typical character in French comedy? This is so niche but there was a sketch Mylène did on Colaricocoshow and one of the characters reminded me so much of her... either way, Paloma is clearly very smart and a good actor.

I don't want anyone to like, kill themselves or something, but Lolita was wearing the nails that Paloma borrowed in episode six😐

Soa's performance was a hot mess, I'm sorry but she was the only one who made me cringe. oddly enough she nailed the 'singing' part?? "I'm gonna give you HEDITH"

Rewatching this is making me laugh so hard I'm going to wake my mom up omfg. "But Kimberley, it's your job! You're my assistant, for crying out loud!" "JE SUIS UNE ACTRICEEE👅👅👅" 😭😭 Lova Ladiva, please never change.

PALOMA JUST KILLS ME IN THIS SCENE SJDKDHKSDHK she gave us so much range and nuance it's insane!!! The bit with the champagne cork coming back was very funny TO ME and also Lova putting her wig back on and blinking while she's supposed to be passed out😭😭😭

Now it's time for the judges to crush and destroy Lova's dream. Honestly I can't watch this it's just so awkward😭 Marianne James went IN on LGD but tbh that's just keeping it real. Judges, especially guest judges, need to keep it real more often. And clearly it worked!

Time for the critiques.

Now I agree with everything they said to Soa, she didn't push herself enough and needed to live up to the standard she set winning the week before. I thought that Daphné had great feedback for Bertha, generally I think she's very attentive and constructive, and I really like her as a judge.

Let me see if I understood this correctly:

- Lolita did her scene in one take

- Lolita had a spectacular runway, made with love, that told a story

- Lolita made all the judges cry happy tears

- Lolita didn't win...

DON'T GO I PROMISE TO DISCUSS THIS FURTHER FROM BOTH SIDES!!! Paloma was immediately praised for her look: AGREE. Paloma was praised for her performance: HARD AGREE. Paloma was applauded for being a good friend and teammate: IM CRYING AND SHAKING AND THROWING UP: AGREE. she 1000% deserved to won, she also had a much bigger role than Lolita and was in nearly the entire sketch. Only LGD had a slightly bigger role, in terms of being around through the whole sketch, but Paloma had by far the most lines. Where Lolita impressed with one take, Paloma impressed with great takes over and over. Still so much to think about, There is a part of me that resents the production for the treatment of Lolita and wishes that she'd have won certain challenges, mainly this one. But at the same time, it's so easy to just give it to Paloma. She's a total pro, she was just as good, why not just give her the win?

i'm literally going to be thinking about this until the day I die.

UNTUCKED

Everyone agrees Paloma is in the top and she said that Lolita is equally as high😐 I wish I was in a coma.

In deliberations, Kiddy said (about Lolita) "Just because there's a Latina role, doesn't mean it's for you" BFFR. BE FUCKING FOR REAL. RECALL EARLIER IN THE EPISODE WHEN THEY READ THE SCRIPT AND THE ROLES WERE DESIGNED FOR EACH OF THEM? GIRL.......... at least attempt to hide the riggory😐 Lolita was truly the other woman in this episode.

Back on stage, I was actually so torn and biting my nails wondering who would win! I wish that they had the budget for a double win so bad😞 Paloma wins and it's hardly a surprise (except the lack of a double win) and everyone starts chanting her name and cheering for her. I get so emotional even thinking about that moment, I can't. You can tell how much they love and appreciate her, and how they know she's needed to feel that love for a lot of her life. Even if it's not explicit, I think they could tell that she has a sometimes fragile soul (she's a Cancer, after all) and they want to let her know that she means a lot to them................................................😐😭😐

I ran out of photos but if you look at Paloma in the back when Lolita is safe, she look so genuinely proud of her and is cheering for her............................. their friendship makes me feel so sick knowing what's about to happen. Even if they are still close and good friends after the show, it hurts.... Lolita, graceful and humble as ever, commends Paloma on her win and is happy for her. It hurts to smile sometimes.

Paloma kissed Bertha's hand when she was safe :'( <3

As soon as Soa said "let's go!" you knew Lova was going home lol. The song did not feel like a set-up, I feel like they both had their own potential to slay it. But Lova lost when she undressed, and Soa won x3 when she did the "sexy" quotation marks. If you pay close attention to Paloma, she made a heart with her hands 🫶🏻 @ Lova when she walked off the stage :') When the music plays, we don't see Lolita hug a single queen. And to me, her body language was quite reserved. Not even Paloma hugged her. And it ends here. There was no close-up of the doorway as they walked off the stage. If you blink, you miss it.

DownRight Fierce Dev Update (9/2021)

Not sure if this is something folks here would want to see, but I'll share this update I shared with patrons for the original visual novel I've been working on, DownRight Fierce. It was conceived back in, like, 2014, but since just before the pandemic hit, I've been working on it as a visual novel. It's sort of like...if Street Fighter and Butterfly Soup had a kid? That was born before Butterfly Soup came out? And has been slacking off for a few years? There is a fully playable, mostly presentable demo of the prologue and first three chapters, feel free to contact me if you're interested in trying it out and providing feedback.

Thanks to the support I've received on Patreon lately, I've been able to commission more outfits for the main characters, new expressions, and was able to pay Hayley to re-organize the sprites so I have some more control over mixing and matching different things. We've also implemented a new pose for Nishiko's sprite when they're sending text messages (on their antiquated cell phone).

I ended up deciding to have that sprite made when I implemented a whole text convo with Seiko near the end of Chapter 3. (or partway through the chapter, depending on what the reader chooses - OR they can even skip this conversation altogether, potentially)

The biggest updates to DRF lately have mostly been cosmetic: adding in more facial expressions and effects.

One example of this has been incorpating a more seamless and atmospheric effect for moments when Nishiko gets lost in thought.

There will be a recurring and increasingly important component tied to this, so I'm glad Jenny helped inspire me to pursue this kind of idea. You can also see here a version of Nishiko's sprite which has been visually updated with more texture, alternate color, etc., and that's something she intends to do with the other characters when time allows (she's been very busy for like, over a year now).

Fire and smoke are key visual symbols for Nishiko's character, so Jenny has been helping me figure out ways to express this more through the UI, etc.

(my wife Jenny has worked on the UI, giving it a more gritty look, and she's modified Nishiko's sprite in this image to give extra atmosphere to the character sprites; she also took a placeholder image and did work on it to showcase a potential art style for the backgrounds; we're considering something like this, though maybe including more color, perhaps intentionally depending on the setting)

But it's not just been visual stuff. I've also been adding in extra content, and incorporating more choices and elements that affect and are affected by the stats running in the background.

I've added in new short classroom scenes to help better illustrate Nishiko's experience inbetween social activities, while simultaneously using them to imply elements regarding Nishiko's attention span, as well as flesh out the lore of the world.

I've been a bit inspired by Tuca and Bertie in some weird ways, as well, trying to build lore within my own fighting game inspired world with references that double as, well, world building (like alluding to Street Fighter antagonist M. Bison via a political dictator who existed in this universe's history), including entire chunks of conversation that go in different branches based on weird Capcom humor that also serves to establish backstory.

Nishiko and Kayla bond over love of a dumb cheesy horror flick that's essentially one big meme featuring the 90's Street Fighter cartoon. The drinks in the vending machines are all Capcom references, but serve as a means of letting the reader more manually increase a stat of their choosing - and since they're vending machines, they recur, so as the reader might get to know what each drink is, they might make a deliberate choice to increase a specific stat on purpose, in a similar way to choosing to exercise, or meditate, or study.

A convo about Nishiko's prior schoolyear incorporates Dark Stalkers references while also, again, letting the reader affect stats in a narratively retroactive way.

I've fleshed out conversations in Chapter 3 to have lots of dialogue most readers won't see in a single playthrough, as well as making more efforts to lean readers toward experiencing certain scenes or moments they might have missed earlier, while allowing the possibility of skipping or missing out on scenes entirely should they choose.

For example, the end of Chapter 3 is focused on Nishiko's relationship with Seiko. There is a text chat convo that can happen in one of two different parts of the chapter, and an in-person convo I'm currently working on (the last planned new content for the demo). Both can be experienced, or one or the other, or the can both be skipped. I don't want to make the entire social life something optional, but I do want to have there be parts like this where the reader can choose to skip interacting with a character if they truly don't want to, to help reinforce the idea that every interaction is, in a sense, a deliberate choice.

Even something like picking 'the BAD' choices is something I want to not just feel like, say, Undertale's infamous 'genocide run' but rather something that is an expression of anger at the world around the main character, which even has some specific benefits - because people don't just become jerks because they like to feel bad, but because it serves them in some beneficial way. As a slight example, if the reader pushes Nishiko to become aggressive, their 'Psycho' stat will increase, which can lead to them having even more aggressive choices later, which further increase that stat. But as that stat increase, Nishiko will become more physically perceptive to certain details about the world around them, but in material ways rather than social ways. For example, they might sense certain inklings of things that allude to later plot points earlier than someone who is more cooperative and might learn more social backstory elements. It's likely not going to be some huge, monumental difference, but it hopefully will make a second playthrough feel noticeably different and give the reader more insight into certain things.

The planned demo will feature the prologue and the first three chapters. By the end, all four main characters will be introduced, and the reader should get a pretty good idea through bits of writing and visual presentation that the choices they make won't change the primary narrative, but will affect certain details and aspects of how things play out. This is actually related to a big plot element itself that will become important later. But for now, it's been really fun adapting content I wrote over five years ago into this format, fleshing it out, and trying to work out ways to not only make that content function better in an interactive format, but also just how to lay more foundation and foreshadowing for what's to come.

Apologies in advance for the multipart post, but here goes with PART I: I've loved following royals for a long time. Full disclosure: it's mostly the clothes, jewelry, history. I don't really "like" any of them. But I remember that when Crown Pc. Frederik of Denmark married the Australian commoner, Mary Donaldson (best royal wedding EVER imho, have 2 DVDs on it showing all the stuff she had to do the week before the wedding!), but shortly after this vicious cabal sprang up spewing hate at Mary.

Part II: This cabal accused new Crown Pss. Mary of everything from personality disorders, to sociopathy, to causing her first-born son's jaundice thru dieting to stay skinny. Never mind that around 50% of newbors have jaundice, and Mary looked perfectly normal pregnant and afterward (she's always had a tight athletic figure). Then they tried to insinuate that Prince Christian was autistic (which at 14 he clearly isn't), that she neglected the second kid, because she was jealous of another girl.

Part 3-In fact, Pss. Isabella is growing into a sunny, cheerful, active young lade and thr. seems nothing but affection bet. her and Mary. They claimed Qn Margrethe hated Mary & would "kick her arse" back to Australia in 5 years (didn't happen); Frederik hated Mary and only married her to get it done; Mary's father was sponging off the DRF (he's been back in Australia for years); and they called Mary a "jumped-up bogan" - Aussie slang for trashy working-class type, despite her dual Uni degree.

Part 4-Not just the dual uni degree in law and business, but her father a university level maths. Prof., and she successfully supported herself after uni and had a house in Bondi Beach. But she's a "jumped up bogan". It was horrifying. I joined to talk about clothes and stuff, but had to bail soon when I saw it was just a place for a bunch of psycho witches to get their rocks off with a ready target. That's what CB is re Kate, especially Nota, whose stuff about Kate is just as lunatic.

Part 5 (and last, promise!) - Long story short, those sites eventually died of attrition. Mary & Frederik have been married 16 years, their 4 kids are fine, no divorce, Mary is popular, Qn Margrethe is clearly proud of the job Mary's done, and Mary is going to be Queen Consort of Denmark. The core cabal gave up & the sites closed. The psycho stuff Nota spouts is so like the Mary Haters' claims, I'm beginning to think Nota just shifted from Mary to Kate. 5 years more? God give us strength! End.

1. Which reoccuring theme is present in all of your WIPs?

Although it would be easy to say the reocurring theme present in all of my WIPs (original or fanfiction) is DEATH (and I say this rather proudly, I am death positive, I am not ashamed of exploring death with my art) I actually think that a less obvious reoccuring theme in all my WIPs is point of view. Playing with ambiguous or unreliable narrators, exploring what you can do with limited POVs especially in chorus works, or with different languages.

2. Which character flaw would you never give to any of your OCs?

I write bastards, fight me purity police. Otherwise, immortality.

3. Name 3 songs that describe your WIP or give you WIP feels

For which WIP? OK, technically we can say that DRF and Our Last Day Off are kinda part of the same WIP so...

4. Which writer do you admire the most and why?

I don’t think I can pick just one. I admire the brilliance of Karel and Josef Čapek, the satirical genius of Terry Pratchett, the magic of Mary Shelley, the emotions of Boris Vian, the raw power and feeling of Toni Morrison, the worldbuilding of JRR Tolkien, the humanity of Virginia Wood. I admire how Victor Hugo and Lluís Llach wrote about their countries and political and social struggle. I admire George Sand because of the silliest reasons, but she guided my writing. Just like Oscar Wilde. I admire James Joyce for making me love literature again, and Beckett for making me a theatre nerd. I admire Jane Austen and her characters. I admire Simone de Beauvoir for her philosphy. I admire how Christopher Isherwood writes himself, and how W.H. Auden writes love. I admire Alice Walker and Sappho because I love women. I admire Luis Sepúlveda because his words makes me dream, just like Yōko Ogawa does.

I read too much to pick one. The list is endless, and I never felt like I had to pick a favourite. Instead i pick my inspirations and lessons here and there, and fill my bookshelves.

5. How do you get over a bad writing day?

I don’t? No honestly it takes me quite a lot of time to get over a bad writing day, because I am not the healthiest person when it comes to my relationship to writing. But I found that not writing helps. I grab my paintbrushes and work on visual art, or go outside. Just trying to stop thinking about the bad writing day, even if it takes a week.

6. Do you prefer to write heroes or villains?

Neither. I don’t write settings in which heroes and villains could really work, mainly because it depends on your point of view.

7. Do you edit after the draft is done or do you edit as you go?

I edit as I go, I edit in the public transportation, I edit in my bed. I edit after the draft is done and then I edit all over again. Editing is a never-ending process.

8. Which OC of yours is your favourite and why?

It’s a tie between my baby bitch with problems and pink hair (Denys) and my grown up bitch who solves problems or punches them (Sofia).

9. Tell us about your best experience in the writeblr community.

I have met some pretty cool people, and I like the burst of activity around events like NaNo.

10. How much time do you spend writing?

Too much, not enough.

11. Would you self-publish your WIP?

It would not be my first choice, no. Not that I see any harm in that, but I don’t know. I’ll self publish as last ressort.

12. What’s the longest time you have worked on a WIP?

I have been working ont Our Last Day Off for 8-ish years, and it’s not finished. (3 years thinking about it, 5 years and couting actually writing it.) Otherwise, since I am re-re-re-editing and publishing it this year, and started it in 2016, it’s been 4 years of work for Hoping Is Not An Advantage.

13. Tell us about your process. Do you set goals for yourself? If so, tell us about them.

My main goal (outside of events like NaNo) is to be satisfied with what I wrote that day, be it a draft, a sentence or 3 pages. And sometimes my goal is to finish this chapter before tonight.

14. Is there a specific moment you’re looking forward to when it comes to your WIP? Which one?

The moment when the words I wrote play out like the movie in my head.

15. What’s the best writing advice you have come across? What’s the worst?

Best: edit and proofread, even if you don’t want to, even if you have a beta.

Worst: oh boy, where do I begin?

Frederik and Mary took more and more tasks and events over the last years - at least that was my impression. Do you think that they will do more and be more busy as King and Queen? What will they (have to) Tobias additionally that they haven't already done?

State visits come to mind. In the past 6 years, QMII has only been able to do one state visit (either incoming or outgoing) each year but back back in the day, she'd do at least one incoming and one outgoing every year – often 3 in total – and when she was younger, she did even more. I think she did 5 in 1992? 🥵😅

Since his accession, I've also noticed Frederik has emphasised his intention to be a uniting factor between the countries in the realm a lot. That makes me think we might be in for more frequent visits to and work with Greenland and the Faroe Islands during his reign. Which IMO is a really good idea, they're their king and queen as well.

There's also going to be some type of change in appointments and patronages. In terms of patronages, I reckon it'll mainly concern QMII handing over some patronages to M&F. A patronage like Det Kgl. Vajsenhus and Det Classenske Fideicommis will almost certainly transfer to Frederik just because he's the sitting monarch. Kræftens Bekæmpelse and Foreningen Grønlandske Børn seems right up Mary's alley.

Personally, I'm very excited to see what will happen to the DRF's affiliation with the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment. Is Charles going to retire a more than 100 year old tradition?

After reviewing the DRF and certificates, DP will produce a Dematerialisation Request Number (DRN) and send the DRF and original certificate(s) to the company's Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTA) for verification and approval. If the DRF / certificate(s) is not in good order, it will be returned to the shareholder for correction.

4. The company / RTA will acknowledge approval of the request for dematerialisation in the relevant software system / internet application following due verification of the physical DRF and original share certificate(s). In some situations, the firm / RTA may reject a request for dematerialisation and send an objection note to the DP / shareholder, with or without DRF and certifications, depending on the cause for rejection.

5. The shares will be dematerialized and credited to the shareholder's demat account upon satisfactory verification by the firm / RTA. The dematerialisation procedure takes 21 days to complete from the time a valid dematerialisation request is submitted.
