What does it really matter if it’s exclusively Harry’s company or not - we know he’s connected to it and will get a cut of the profits. That said I really wish people who are clueless about business would stop drawing these uninformed and wrong conclusions. Especially when they - as op here - has a very obvious agenda... (that post being made by some former-harry-fan selfhelp club it the least surprising thing..) I was pretty much done talking about Pleasing but okay i'll explain.

PLEASE read my Pleasing timeline to better understand the difference between the Pleasing brand, patents, and domains as well as Emptyleg LP/LLC and Pleased As Holdings Ltd. Okay let me break down those images:

Image 1 : A state of Califonia ‘Application for Registration of a Foreign Limited Partnership‘ for Emptyleg LP, the owner on the Pleasing trademarks. Now “foreign” in this context means outside the state of California, not outside the US (which it seems these people took as “proof”). This application is needed because the company is registered in Delaware (likely for tax purposes, look it up, I’m not explaining it..) but it was incorporated in California. This is very standard procedure for this type of company. The explanation that “Harry is on tour, so his manager registered the company” is ridiculous. He couldn’t find time to fill-in that form ? LOL Nothing in this has Harry’s name on it.

Image 2 : Now, first of all this image has no connection to the previous document. This is information on Harry's company Pleased As Holdings Ltd. on gov.uk. Pleased As is a company incorporated in the UK (hence the Ltd. prefix). I don't know why they crossed out the addresses as it's Harry's lawyers' office and these are public records. Harry and his assistant Emma Spring are listed as directors. Erskine Records Ltd is listed as person with significant control with ownership of shares: 75% or more. According to the company profile the co. is in the business of “wholesale of perfume and cosmetics”, however, besides the similar name, there are no direct links to the brand Pleasing nor to Emptyleg. Mixing apples and oranges..

Image 3 : A screencap from the US Patent & trademark office stating the Emptyleg LP and Emptyleg Manager LLC are the owners of the trademarked phrase “Find Your Pleasing”. Nothing in this has Harry’s name on it.

Image 4 : Basically the same as image 1 - an application but for an LLC. Again “foreign” here means outside the state of California, not outside the US.

In conclusion there is nothing in any of those 3 documents mentioning Harry or any of his companies and certainly nothing that proves Harry is “the sole owner”. I’m not saying this is proof he isn’t involved, because of course he is, we know that - but that post is proof of nothing except how op obviously has an anti-harry agenda...
