Do you have any thoughts about Angelina Jolie and her brother? I mean, there are *LITERALLY* photos of them kissing in public, on purpose, for the cameras!! And to think that these kisses that are possibly a family thing are more than half fictional incest content in which barely flirts with the implicit and forces us to survive on crumbs 😭 (please add a photo them kissing if you can)
+ When she won the Oscar in 2000 she said she was "so in love with my brother right now." How can someone real have given so much content and not been ostracized or judged? (the biggest fear of those who ship incest). I feel like everyone just takes it as a joke or as something brotherly.

Don't you love when you get a new incest ship but the fandom is somewhat small and you're scared of getting hate because there's probably no one else in that fandom who would even like this ship? (romantically at least)
For those who want to know, it's Taylor and Tyler Hérnandez from the School Bus Graveyard webcomic. (gonna infodump about this ship and the comic for a bit, I love this comic so much)
So Tyler is really protective of Taylor since their father's death, so he is a big parental role for her (since their mother was grieving and couldn't do much for them until a couple years later). They're the classic opposite twins trope, Taylor is really extroverted and optimistic and Tyler is more closed and (I'd say) realistic.
So, the scene that made me start shipping them is from this week's episode, but I gotta give some context.
First of all, this is a horror comic. The idea is that Ashley and some friends of her (including Taylor and Tyler) go to another dimension every night, and have to survive the monsters they call Phantoms. Everything that happens to them there has some effect in real life (they still feel their bruises and cuts but they're not there physically, Ashley cuts her braids but it only appears in her shadow etc).
Spoilers for the season 1 finale (ep 48) and the most recent episode (ep 54) from now on:
So, in the season 1 finale, after a flashback showing the whole thing with Taylor and Tyler's father... Tyler dies. Or at least should have. Like the episode ends with him falling off a car when the group is escaping from a giant Phantom and Tyler is basically impaled by a rock, so he should be dead, but nope.
After A YEAR OF HIATUS between seasons 1 and 2, they're back on the real world and Tyler is taken to a hospital (no idea what happened to the impaled version of him tho). In the most recent episode, Tyler wakes up and is scared as hell and starts running out of his room and yelling, while in the same time his sister hearing the yells is being held by her friends to not go running after him.
So... [lip smack] he awakes back in the real world, is probably with a horrible pain in his whole body since he's very probably still impaled, and his first thought is running off to make sure his sister is okay. At the same time, Taylor hears her brother screaming in panic as he's waking up and tries to go see him for the exact same reason before being stopped by her friends... [lip smack]
(also, someone in the comments on WebToon compared them two to Dipper and Mabel from Gravity Falls, and Pinecest was literally my first incest ship so it's kinda hard to not ship them together)

anyway, thats them:
the band was formed through a tv casting show. they had like two songs that were ok. they flopped totally, after the major success of the band no angel, the band from the previous season of the casting show
thats no angels. they were super successful (in my humble opinion). they had great pop songs. brosis tried an r&b thing but that was not believable.
see the woman with the red curly hair? shes bi. out and bi. major idol for me, as a bi teenager.
no angels are amazing. their songs still hold up very well, in my opinion. (it is early 00s pop, but still.)

their first single. its pretty great. great styles, everybody gets their funky spotlight, the crouched dance is funny. song is nice. they look super pretty. but not tacky at all.

one of my fav songs. they had their share of bad press, esp because of lucy's bisexuality. (and i guess other things that came out during the casting show, but i honestly dont remember any of it. it was like in 2000.)
their vocals and voices are great. the video is great. the message is great. the dancing is great, the song is great.
anyway, third season debuted two bands. a boy band and a girl band. i literally didnt remember the boy band.
fourth season had nu pagadi.
thats nu pagadi. they tried to go into a rock direction. they had like one song.

(i do like them. the name is fucking stupid. apparently they wanted this band to be a mix of rammstein and dschinghis khan. its so stupid. the name is the title of a beloved russian cartoon. they arent russian. its so so so stupid.)
fifth season had monrose.
monrose had a single called hot summer, released in 2007.

there were many more seasons of the casting show but literally nobody cared. so.
there was also a casting show for solo artists, imported from the us i think. i hated it. thats all ill say about it.

People really try to say that Lucille "groomed" Thomas, as if she wasn't a child as well, as if they weren't just 2 years apart. These antis really need to learn what words mean, because they throw around "grooming" and "abuse" when it isn't there. They also say she abused him, even though Guillermo — and I'm pretty sure Tom and Jessica, too — said it was a mutual relationship. These people hate consensual incest so much that they'd always rather it be abusive — they'd rather it be abuse than consensual, then they blame whichever character they dislike. (And they LOVE Thomas because they love Tom H.) And they call US the bad guys... when they crave these relationships to be abusive and non-consensual. Sounds like a kink for them. 🤔
Yeah, why try to make the relationship sound worse than it was? Except, as you said, to exculpate Thomas and not accept that he not only loved Lucille and engaged in a consensual incestuous relationship with her, but did a lot of bad things that he would have done to Edith, too, if he hadn't inconveniently fallen for her.
Thomas and Lucille's relationship was not a glowing example of health and function, but Lucille as the villain end of story is not an interpretation that matches up with canon, with director/writer or cast commentary, or logic.
It's so much more messy and interesting when you admit that Thomas had agency, and Lucille started out as a victim.

We've seen jealous and possessive Ashley every time some girl is around Andrew, but I would like to see the other way around too. I mean, he said he wouldn't let Ashley fuck someone else.
