your header got me thinking about when peter suggests gwen should do her speech for him "all night long" and gwen agrees that she's gonna do it for him over and over again, all night long. and if they weren't implying something else with that exchange then they're fools but they obviously were and i hate the fact that they never got to have that night together. and more importantly that we never got to see it.

my evidence that peter and gwen were long since fucking by graduation is right there okay. like the way he was looking at her with those soft eyes he was like ok imma do my best to distract from the speech even though i really do want to hear it but no for real i am devastated by it

like the fact that they spent 2 years ricocheting back to each other, just locked in this love story they couldn't escape not that they wanted to - i can't imagine how that must've looked to even their classmates. like don't they know they're meant for each other???

the amount of pain they had to go through...still makes me sick. i love captain stacy and all but fuck i wish they'd had more happiness before the pain. it's literally only love for her and respect for her dad that keeps him away from her, you know. like their bond...he knew she was the love of his life. he fucking knew it. those two years had taught him that he was never going to love anyone like he loved her and i don't think he ever will.
