Alma & Oko: Height differences, Adults version

Again, I just wanted to get a clear idea of everyone's height differences, including Membrane.
> Alma ( @angisam ) being a bean pole is probably the irken’s fault since she took personal care of the human and her development from her childhood. She lives in peace working as an environmentalist and with her future fiancé who is a forest firefighter.
> Oko has been presenting herself as a young genius for a couple of years now. She opened her own laboratory, which is primarily focused on environmentally friendly and sustainable science. If she’s going to stay on the planet, better take care that it doesn’t self-destruct There are some rumors that in a few years, her brand could be the biggest competition for Membrane labs.
> Dib did excellent in college and started working for his father as soon as he finished it. Is he happy working there? No, not really, but after the fiasco that was knowing that Zim's mission was fake, he decided to seek Membrane's approval once more, even if he had to dedicate himself to "real science".
> Zim is a bit difficult to understand in this arc. Nobody knows for sure if this time he really understood or accepted that his life was basically a lie.The only thing that is clear is that he decided that now it was his personal mission to ruin the existence of his nemesis, especially when Dib begins to pretend he doesn't exist. ( Also, a bit of more context here for the future Arc).
For our Au, Irkens don't grow or changes heights, so both Oko and Zim stay the same as when they arrived on Earth. The later change in appearance of a certain bug has another explanation that I hope to draw one day.
Bonus sketch that maybe I’ll do someday of Haus from @paketdimensioncomic and @dana-chan-the-control-brain mostly because I wanted to draw someone taller than Alma (?).
