Nightstuck Poppet!!

(au belongs to @bunnyspine) I honestly adore the whole concept and vibe of this au, and I could not resist putting my funny jack-in-the-box-jester in some pjs and throwing them into a world of existential horrors!!!

I thought about Poppet and their box becoming like a little hiding spot for Wally, since Poppet would be difficult for Home to access unless the box is wound and opened! Though I suppose it's dangerous to be stationary when a Prowling Puppet is after you... Regardless, Wally seems so lonely, so if he can sneak past Sally, perhaps Poppet can keep him company!

Ik this ver of Colt and Rob would not care for some random kid but I found this idea silly -

Two unhinged criminals and their possibly more unhinged child.

How did Rob find her? Well she's been lurking around the mob base for god knows how long (but literally, prolly only Home knew she's here-) until one day Lilly wasn't careful enough and got spotted by Rob or someone else.

Poppet and Ashton would be the only ones Lilly causes the least trouble to-

Tbh Lilly just wants attention (therefore her only fear is being left alone) and would commit crimes and various mischief to make sure you won't forget about her, unlike her og ver who'd rather give you some silly gifts & help. Though she still tries to be helpful in this au, but how competent and serious a child can be?

i adoreee poppet! they’re so silly! so i gently place this down at your doorstep @cupophrogs ! I feel as if Rainy is a sort of ragdoll, they just do whatever other’s wish, so they tend to get roped into many things, i can only imagine what that means when Poppet and Colt (as well as barnaby) come into the picture!

maybe i just take a liking to clowns...

(which wouldn’t be surprising...)

additionally! the mob au makes me think way too much, i cant help but wonder what it would be like if Rainy had met them beforehand... and how Rainy remembers...

Fun facts!

Normal Cherie is canonically half-french! I thought it’d be nice to incorporate some of her French heritage into her Mob!AU variant, so I made Mob!Cherie fluent in French. She is multilingual, so French isn't the only other language she can speak (Mob!Cherie can speak French, Russian, and Japanese. Normal Cherie can speak French and Spanish).

Mob!Cherie is very reserved in terms of her emotions. She is very good at controlling her feelings and often represses them heavily, however. Feelings of love or romance seem to be the only exception...
