ok ok ok now we neeeeeed a list of dutch pet names from you pls pls pls
little disclaimer beforehand that this is based on my experience/opinions/knowledge and therefor there's probably going to be dutchies that disagree with me BUT hey ho lets go i guess
also!!! babe/baby is actually VERY commonly used in dutch. i think babe takes up 50% of my pet name usage for my own boyfriend. excluded it from the list because its not technically a dutch pet name but still good to keep in mind i think
(putting most of these below a cut because this DID get out of hand and i am sorry. also lit = literal translation)
schat/schatje lit; treassure.
i don't have to elaborate i think we ALL know this one, dutch or not.
lieverd (sometimes shortened to lief or lieffie) lit; love (as in the english pet name).
very popular but also very commonly used by parents to adress their kids, like this is a very general pet name, not necessarily purely romantic
mop/moppie lit; there's not literal translation for this actually. google translate translates it to honey but i dont think that really covers the VIBES if you know what i mean.
according to this research by a dutch radio station this is the second most popular dutch pet name. i'm going to keep it short by saying that if my bf ever called me this i would break up with him.
poepie lit; poopy.
i wish i was joking. have never heard anyone use it in a serious context and i hope i never will.
engel lit; angel
one of my personal faves, it's not as overused as it's english counterpart sometimes is. idk it short its sweet and it doesn't want to make me fling myself off a building so for those reasons it gets a win in my books.
prins/prinsess lit; prince, princess
my mom still calls my dad prins so i'm VERY biased but i think it's cute :))))
spetter lit; splash of water
used to call someone attractive. very fun like truly we don't use this enough. google translate translated it to hot stuff which i think has the same vibes
lekker ding lit; tasty thing
also used to call someone hot. mentioned this yesterday and someone tagged it 'it's cute if said by someone you know and makes you want to commit murder if its someone you don't know' and i think that covers it rlly well lmao. mostly used jokingly as a pet name i'd say.
scheetje lit; fart
once again not kidding what is WRONG with this country
borrelnootje lit; cocktail nut
honorary mention to this one because i found it in a list of pet names and lost my fucking SHIT this is the FUNNIEST fucking pet name ever calling my boyfriend this forever now
--
anyway this is definitely not all but these are some of the common ones i think????

the criticism of amsterdam goes beyond the shirt incident. there was literally a defecation in the standing area.
Lol, yeah, but you also can't blame anyone for that? Shit happens (literally). Could have happened anywhere to anyone. Should the person have left? Yes, but they didn’t. You can’t blame that decision on anyone but the poopy person. You can’t blame 17k louies for the actions of a few. It happening in amsterdam and at the same show where people tore his tank off him is just a coincidence. There is no need to ostrazice every dutch person from the fandom over it.

Good morning, I am annoyed.
Nearly every (Dutch) parent is familiar with 24baby, a platform with information about pregnancy, baby development, and childrearing. It also has a forum. I got a love/hate relationship with them due to their censorious habits based on "scientifically proven claims"
For example. Take attachment parenting (ap) and resources and information for educarers (rie). Two parenting styles/methods. The first was written down by mr and mrs Sears, effectively laypeople with good observation skills. The actual scientific backing of their theories has been a much more recent addition by later writers. RIE was designed by someone with phd behind their name.
AP looks at the needs of a child, and considers the best action a parent can take to meet those needs in order to raise a healthy, happy, independant adult. As I mentioned, its tennants have changed over the decades as new information has become available - its much older than RIE.
RIE is based on a theory, rather than reality. It posits that babies and children ought to be treated respectfully, and interprets that as treated as adults. So no toys or pacifiers, only an empty playpen (meaning it serves the same purpose as a dog kennel), no babyspeak, no sippy cups, none of it. Unsurprisingly, its popular in hollywood. Since metoo, it's adopted an emphasis on concent. Meaning you need your baby's consent to change its nappy. If baby does not give it, you should not change them at that time. If that sounds like a convenient excuse for neglect, it is.
The most common criticism of AP is that it is labour intensive, and asks a lot of the mother especially. It's "anti-woman". Rarely does anyone actually dispute the benefits of its core believes for the baby (except bedsharing, that one gets debated). Babycarying is accepted as good for baby, but refuted as asking to much of the mother. It's criticism is that it is baby-centric, essentially, not parent-centric.
Meanwhile, RIE is criticised for being bad for baby: not allowing baby speak includes parroting baby noises, an act that actively stimulates speech development and social understanding. Using adult language only to a toddler still learning its linguistic schemas harms that development and causes misunderstandings. Requiring consent to change a poopy diaper from a human incapable of consent and wholly dependable on you for its care is neglect and therefore abusive. All of these criticisms can be supported by the same scientifically proven developmental steps of a baby and child that confirms the tennants of AP.
Yet, because the Sears couple aren't from the ivory tower of academia like the woman behind RIE, AP is inherently taken less serious and faces more censorship on the 24baby forums than RIE. Despite there being more scientifically backed evidence by later writers for AP than for RIE.
Hence the forums are still full of sleeptraining, how to reduce feedings, how to transition to bottle feeding for the comfort of mamma, and how to get baby to not cry and lay down for long periods of time.
Even a post for moms to vent about how often they're told to just quit breastfeeding already got co-opted by formula mothers complaining that they have it harder and how dare we not do as they do.
File it away as yet another reason why the ivory tower ought to get struck by lightning, but it irritates me to no end.

1, 6 and 10 for the meta asks?
Yay! Ask! Thank you! ^_^ I'm gonna answer #1 last because the other two add a tad bit of context to me talking about my WIPs.
6) What character do you have the most fun writing? Oooh this is tough. I kind of love all the characters i write in different ways. Otherwise why would i write about them?
But looking over my WIPs I think I have a real soft spot for big sad dudes in need of some TLC. So the Arthur Morgan's and Robert Small's of the world (Red Dead Redemption 2 and Dream Daddy). I do also love the snarky assholes like Lambert (Witcher) and Sera (Dragon Age Inquisistion) or chaotic messes such as Nyoka (Outerworlds) and Sophie Borg (Fallet).
I don't think that actually answered the question. But I tend toward imperfect characters with good hearts I guess.
10) How would you describe your writing process? Manic. Very on again off again. Whatever sparks the fancy when I have energy to work. Everything I write starts off with straight scripted dialogue and generic scene direction, possibly mention of character's feelings/expressions, and ever so rarely some descriptive text if it strikes me.
Then the torture begins. I add prose. And more prose. And then some more prose. If it was all just dialogue and people could magically just see what I see then it would be great. But sadly I must describe what's in my mind's eye using words that often feel inadequate.
Dramatics aside, I basically fill in prose around my dialogue much like a putting a puzzle together. I figure out different sections at different times and eventually have an entirely non-script format work....or really chapter because by the time I painstakingly finish one chapter I get too excited about it to wait and finish more before I post it, often with only two maybe three legitimate attempts at editing and almost never any beta readers.
1) Tell us about your current project(s) – what’s it about, how’s progress, what do you love most about it? TOO MANY WIPS T_T I will pick three.... no four... five..... aaaaarrgggghhhh
My big active WIPs posted on ao3 which have been glaring at me since 2019 are: Siren's Call (Endeavour) - Jakes catching the feels hard for an unsuspectin Morse. It's been at a dead stand still for about a year. I'm so sorry. I'm on a big chapter and I just can't wrap my head around it. But after that all the chapters are scripted and planned so, this hurdle then hopefully smooth sailing. Fav thing is half the inspiration for this piece came from one line of description in the second-to-last chapter which is "Peter Jakes running like the most beautiful anime boy to save his man." Seven Night's in Rose Creek (The Magnificent 7) - Faraday and Vasquez spend the seven nights they have before the showdown in Rose Creek falling in love with each other. I have the last chapters written! Yay! I have been procrastinating. I want to rewatch the movie because the last few chapters feel a touch out of character. But I'm so close! Fav thing, is the first chapter. I really got into Faraday's head and the feel of the character and the setting. I don't think I carried it through the other chapters as well. But that first chapter to me is just *chef's kiss*
Other WIPs I consider big current projects I have yet to post to ao3 and have yet to give good titles are: Two Idiots (Red Dead Redemption 2) - Arthur Morgan does some real soul searching and realizes his feelings for Albert Mason.....and then they bone....a lot....and then maybe if I'm so inclined after however many fucking chapters that fucking ;) turns into some more plot might happen where I assassinate Dutch's character because he's a big ol' poopy pants. Who knows. I have three chapters like 80% finished and then a disjointed mess of snippets that are just cute domesticity or porn. I hope to post first chapters some time this Fall. Fav thing, my dude, the whole thing just makes my heart happy. But how about how I researched skipping rocks for like three hours for this shit.....because I had to... I had to. Look at me. I had to. Stenvar (Skyrim) - Oh look it's me writing about strong sad men again >_> So Stenvar is about Stenvar....and my Dragonborn, Anla, as they go on adventures and slowly fall into each other. I adore Stenvar as a companion. He is just so excited by the world but also like...brutally honest. Anyway. First chapter is complete. Second chapter is >_> half finished....and then I have most of the script put together for the rest of the chapters. Fav thing, I completely rewrote the love confession a few weeks ago and I absolutely adore it now. Cannot wait to finish out those chapters.
And I'm gonna stop there because I could honestly talk about my WIPs forever and it's obscenely late now and I have to be at work early holy shit why did I stay up so late????? >_<
But if anyone else wants to hear about any of the other larger projects I'm working, they are for the following fandoms: Greedfall, Fallout 4, Dream Daddy, Witcher 3, Triple Frontier, and then I've got a bunch of Dragon Age and Endeavour stuff that I poke with a stick every so often but wouldn't call active WIPs at the moment. Oh and Fallet, my own little fandom that's got no one else in it :P

Let me share this whole new world with you
Title: Let me share this whole new world with you
Pairing: Daniel Ricciardo/Max Verstappen
Rating: Gen/PG
Word Count chapter 1: 1399
Tags: Oliver Verstappen-Ricciardo, Original Child Character, 5+1
Summary: Twenty years he’d been in this circus, twenty years of his life driving cars at breakneck speeds, hopping from one plane to another, checking off countries all over the world but seeing almost nothing of them. He’d loved it with all his heart, racing was in his blood and he couldn’t even begin to imagine what it would be like to not spend more than half the year in a race car or simulator, but he was also looking forward to it. To retiring and getting to spend all of his time with his two brilliant children and his husband.
Or Max and Dan sharing their life in the paddock with their son Oliver through the years. Follows them from 2021 to 2034.
A/N: Okay so I've been working on this one for quite a bit now. There's 6 chapters in total and rather than getting the +1 part at the end, you get it as the first part. Sorry if that's confusing, but it was either that or it was in reverse order from Oliver at his oldest to youngest. I thought this way worked slightly better.
It's not really relevant for this part yet, but Max talks Dutch with Oliver when he’s younger/alone with him. Apart from a few Dutch sentences/words, that should be clear enough through context, but will also be translated in the end notes, most of it is written in English but in italics to indicate that it’s spoken in Dutch. In this one the same rules apply for when Max is talking to his mother.
Read on AO3
+1) Spielberg, Austria 2021
“I don’t wanna leave him,” Max whispered, his eyes not straying away from the small bundle laying in the crib. Oliver was only four days old and all Max wanted to do was stare at him, but of course their little son would enter the world in the middle of a double header on the Formula One calendar. They’d only just landed back in Nice after the race in France when they’d received the call from Madeline’s sister to tell them their surrogate had gone into labour.
After a mad dash from the Nice airport to the Princess Grace hospital they’d arrived on the maternity ward in just over an hour. The wait after that hadn’t been all that long compared to some of the horror stories they’d read online, and after five hours of waiting they’d finally heard his cries at ten past three in the morning. They had reluctantly left the hospital when the first rays of sun had started to filter through from underneath the curtains to try and get a few precious hours of sleep while they still could, but they’d been back at the hospital as soon as they woke up again. Luckily with everything going well during the birth both Madeline and Oliver had been allowed to leave Monday evening.
They’d spend the last three days in their own little bubble of broken sleep, dirty nappies, and most importantly cuddles with their newborn son, but now they had to leave him. They’d managed to get out of their press duties today, a few precious extra hours with Oliver, but now they really had to go and catch their flight to Austria.
“I know, me neither. I mean look at him,” Dan whispered back, his arms wrapped around Max’s waist, chin hooked over his shoulder as he couldn’t draw his eyes away from Oli either. The boy’s face scrunched up a little and both of them held their breath, not wanting their son to wake up and cry, but all he did was wriggle his arms a little in the blanket swaddled around him, his face relaxing again into a pout that was all Max. “But he’s in the capable hands of gramma Sophie and auntie Vic.”
“I know, I know, still sucks. I mean racing is normally what I love the most in life, but with him here now things have definitely changed.”
“I wasn’t on top of your list before?”
“Course not, racing is where I go when I can’t stand you. My one true love,” Max chuckled.
---
They had eventually managed to drag themselves away from the nursery and onto the plane that dropped them off in Spielberg not even 2 hours later. They somehow managed to sneak up to their hotel room unnoticed by anyone from their teams. The teams had finally stopped booking them seperate rooms this season, a baby on the way and a marriage certificate finally really convincing them that they were for real.
They don’t get off as easily the next morning, Vicky and Aurélie knocking on their door way too early. They pretend it’s to get them to breakfast in time, but they both know that while it sometimes must feel like they’re their babysitters they still know very well how to get down to breakfast on their own. They manage to keep themselves from asking for a little while, but as soon as they sit down at their table they crack, asking them for pictures of Oliver.
Max sighed, but can’t stop a smile from appearing on his face as he presses his thumb onto his phone, unlocking it and bringing up the last photo he’d taken of Oliver yesterday. The girls aww loudly as soon as they get their hands on the phone, drawing the attention from the people around them trying to have a quiet breakfast. The girls busy with gushing over all the pictures of Oliver they’d managed to take in just four days, they can finally dig into their breakfast.
The boys at the garage are a little better at hiding their curiosity, but as soon as Lee catches sight of him and asks for pictures they’re all on him. They coo at the picture of him asleep on the sofa with Oli on his chest and then laugh their heads of at the picture of Daniel trying to change a very poopy diaper.
It’s when GP pulls him aside a few minutes before the first practice session and softly tells him that fatherhood suits him that he almost loses it, tears stinging at the corners of his eyes as he takes in the words of his race engineer. The man who’s been like a father to him ever since he joined this circus, even more so when his so-called-dad rejected him after he came out. His voice cracks when he thanks him, the squeeze of Gianpiero’s hand on his shoulder making him flee away to the safety of the cockpit of his car, helmet hiding where a few tears have managed to spill from his eyes.
---
He breathes in a sigh of relief as he hears the click of the door lock, the smell of home filling his nostrils as he pushes the door open. The apartment is quiet as he rolls his carry on suitcase inside, Dan shuffling in behind him, both of them bone tired from the race weekend. A few more steps forward and he’s granted by the most adorable sight, his mum is sat in the corner of their sofa, Oliver lying on her chest, both of them asleep as the TV casts coloured streaks over them.
“Mama,” he whispered softly, his hand brushing over the hand that’s securely resting on Oliver’s back.
“Oh hé mijn lief,” she mumbled softly as she blinked her eyes back open, a smile curling on her lips as they find her son’s. Her other hand comes up to caress his cheek before she looks down at the infant resting on her chest, three generations of the same blood on this sofa, grandmother, father and son. “I remember the day you were in my arms like this like it was yesterday. Gosh Max that little pout is all you isn’t it.”
He’s heard those same words all weekend, but hearing his mum say them makes warmth radiate inside of him, a soft little smile all the answer he can give her. His mother holding Oliver is adorable, but his hands are starting to itch, wanting to feel his little boy in his arms again. And it must be written all over his face, because before he even asks his mum is already sitting up, her hand cradling Oliver’s little head as she gently lift him into Max’s arms.
“There you go, papa,” she smiled, brushing her fingers over Oliver’s cheek and then his own. And it’s only been just over 3 days, but he’s missed him so much. The weight in his arms and the sweet baby smell that fills his nose as he presses his lips against his forehead. Oli starts to squirm a little then, starting to wake up from being moved around but Max just shushes him softly as he lifts him up against his chest and rubs his hand down his back. With the other hand nestled over his tiny head, fingertips brushing against the soft dusting of white blond hair there, he buries his face in the crook of his son’s shoulder. Eyes closed he rocks side to side gently and just takes everything in.
He didn’t know he could love someone so much. He had been so worried all of those nine long months they had waited for him, but as soon as he’d held Oliver in his arms all those worries had melted away. His son had melted his heart the moment he’d blinked open his eyes at him and he didn’t think it would ever really solidify again so long as he was alive.
He felt the sofa shift next to him and slowly blinked his eyes open again to find his husband staring at them, a soft smile curling on his lips
“God Max, you two... you two are my whole world, you know that right?”
He nodded, giving Daniel a watery smile as he pressed a kiss against his cheek. “I know baby, you’re mine too.”

What Is Kopi Luwak
If you're a coffee lover or not, the most likely, you've encountered a myriad of exotic kinds of coffee. Kopi Luwak is among the most rare and expensive of all. What is Kopi Luwak?
Coffee comes from the beans of coffee plants. Following processing, the beans transform into dark, brown, and flavorful flour we usually see in packages. The typical process is roasting, grinding, and packaging.
Yet, Kopi Luwak is a distinct type of java because the production process involves a specific "ingredient". That is Indonesian palm civet, which is why it has the name "civet coffee" or civet cat coffee. It's a method of making coffee, but it is not an Arabica or Robusta kind of coffee.
What Is Kopi Luwak?
Simply put, Kopi Luwak is the kind of coffee that they feed coffee beans to Indonesian palm civets. The enzymes within the digestive system of the animals will break down the beans partly. The beans are then removed from the animals' intestines by the makers who place the poop and use it to make the final product.
However, the name is easy to understand. Kopi in Indonesia is coffee, and Luwak is Asian palm civet. In South East Asia, countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia where civet is a dominant crop.
Civet coffee, despite its crude method is an indigenous one that goes back to the 17th Century. The unique java was discovered during a dark period in Indonesian history, prior to the Dutch colonized Indonesia.
The Dutch governor was determined to maximize the use of Indonesian resources at the time. They even prohibited local farmers from collecting and using any fruit such as coffee cherries for personal use during the exploitation process.
Local farmers were devastated by the ban and made their way to the palm civet droppings. They found the remaining beans. They were able to extract the intense flavor from the beans by cleaning them and then processing them as normal coffee.
In the end, Dutch colonists stumbled upon this fact. They made it extremely popular with their commercial line.
How Do They Produce Kopi Luwak?
It's possible to ask "Why on Earth should anyone pay for the poopy cup?" Even though it's gross it is still a popular way to purchase it to enjoy its unique taste.
It was clear that the discovery of kopi was not an accident, it was clear that it involved some luck. The wild Asian palm civet eats kopi cherries for their food of choice. And though civets are not extremely clever animals, they choose only the best tasting and ripe cherries to eat.
They have done two crucial parts of the coffee making process: tasting and extraction. In addition to selecting the most optimum cherries, these involuntary makers also help to remove the beans from their cherries since their digestive system isn't able to dissolve the beans.
Civets stomach acids break down the coffee cherries' outer layers and the Kopi beans are fermented during digestion. This process of fermentation is what makes the beans unique in taste, and no artificial has yet to replicate the process successfully.
The enzyme system found in the civet helps to break down proteins in beans. Since protein in coffee beans is responsible for bitterness, the process makes the end product less bitter, and enjoyable.
It's not as complicated as it seems, the production of this Kopi is not an easy procedure that is exclusive to a few regions of the world. This is why its production is insufficient, at about 500-700 kg of natural source and 50 to 50 tons of farmed source, yearly. That scarcity explains its sky-high cost, however.
How does Kopi Luwak taste?
Advocates of Civet coffee claim that it has a distinctive flavor. It has a richer flavor it is not as bitter and has lower acidity. This results in an aroma that is more complex.
Civets only eat the most ripe and delicious cherries. They can quickly produce the finest beans. It can make the joe more tasty.
However, there are many other factors affecting the quality of civetkopi as well as its the final taste since it is a complex and delicate process. The process is dependent on more than the kind and origin of the coffee beans. It also is influenced by the state of the civets.
The quality of the final product will be determined by physical and mental physical health. I.e. A happier, healthier civet will make beans of different quality than a stressedor unhealthy one.
Additionally the manual procedure after selecting beans can also have an immense impact. The taste of the kopi will be determined by how it's roasted, selected and brewed.
Civet kopi advocates say that it is the most delicious type of coffee. And yes it is true that tastes vary. Numerous professionals have conducted tests throughout the years and have found mixed results.
The Specialty Coffee Association of America's (SCA) research findings reveal that civet coffee isn't quite as good as its makers portray. According to the SCA's cupping scale or assessment, it's the worst specialty Java.
Blind tests are frequently conducted by many civet coffee critics and they conclude that it's not any better than a regular cup of coffee.
However yet, many will find the smoother, lower acidity and bitterness levels a significant benefit. It is possible that some of the kopi's consumption and the high cost is due to its scarcity and curiosity among people, more than the actual impact or flavor.
This type of product has an enviable reputation that spans around four centuries. Being such a popular yet undiscovered product has its advantages in the field of marketing. Many people believed that this coffee was better than regular coffee in the past due to its low quality and poor processing.
Many aficionados believe that even though fermentation and mold can affect normal coffee, they are not a big deal for Asian Civets. They have digestive systems that manage the cherries and fruit layers of the beans. This helps them to be less vulnerable to the effects of defective processes.
Civets only pick the top coffee cherries, which gives them a big advantage over human pickers of coffee. Civet production actually was better than manual production in this way.
In comparison to the standard coffee of the past, civet kopi was a unique. Moreover, due to its scarcity and exotic nature many people began buying it to show their wealth , not because of its actual worth.

Corgi who want to go back to school shirt
Tumblr media
I am a drone circling Corgi who want to go back to school shirt . Hundreds of feet above the Netherlands, and about to swoop in on Duran Lantink and his inaugural spring-summer-autumn-winter ’21 runway show. Excuse me while I loop the loop in search of the designer. Ah, there he is, Duran-as-drone, hovering in wait over the sweeping façade of the 17th-century Dutch royal Soestdijk Palace. I can see some fellow guests are buzzing in too: Hi! Of all the schemes that designers have come up with during the pandemic, Lantink surely counts as one of the most hilarious alternatives to ye olde practice of “flying in” editors, celebs, and influencers. And aptly super low on the carbon-footprint comparison too, for Lantink’s mind is a fashion-sustainability reengineering mechanism. Also,I will get this machines at his apartment were broken. During his last visit, this dude told me my disability isn’t real. The following week, he couldn’t figure out why I’d changed my mind about him doing his laundry here. I was working full time and both of my girls were in the after school care program at their elementary school. I would pick them up at 5:45, make the 30-minute drive home, and S would immediately jump out of the car, run inside, and poo.Corgi who want to go back to school shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt

Classic Men's  I worried about her holding her BMs all day in school and tried to talk to her about it, but she didn’t care: pooing was for the home only, and that was that Corgi who want to go back to school shirt . I did, however, pack an extra set of undies in her backpack just in case she couldn’t hold it all day and had an accident. As we were driving home, the car started to smell like poop. I asked S if she had another accident, and she said “No, mommy,” but the smell of poop was slowly getting stronger until I was gagging and had to open the windows to get some of the smell out. When we got home, we got out of the car and the kids dropped their backpacks inside and went to get ready for dinner. I opened both backpacks to remove and clean the girls’ lunch bags, and when I opened S’s pack, the smell of poop jumped out at me like an angry tiger released from a cage. I took a look in the big compartment of the pack but nothing was amiss. Then I opened the small zipper compartment and found my daughter’s dirty underpants in a plastic Ziploc bag. And the poop was in the bag, too! The next day when I dropped the girls off for school, I found Ms. L and asked her why she put the poop in S’s backpack and why she didn’t tell me it was in there, and she snidely informed me that it’s not her job to clean up poopy messes. I completely understand that, but why not just flush the poop? Or tell me that she put the poop in the backpack so I would at least be aware? I would think it’s important to inform someone when you send a log of shit home with their kid. But she just repeated that it’s not her job to clean up accidents and that my kid needed to learn to use the potty when she had to poop. I get it – it must suck to have to deal with kids when they poop their pants. And yes, S should have been using the toilet wherever she was when she had to poo, and my kid’s toilet anxiety doesn’t mean a hill of beans to anyone else but me and my husband.
OMfGGGG after 10.000 years on this site I was tagged again, by @dollopheadsandclotpoles :) Thanks!!
Rules! 1. Post these rules 2. Answer the questions given by the tagger 3. Write 11 questions of your own 4. Tag 11 people!
What are you currently reading? I’m reading Eclipse, like the trash I am.
What is something you’re excited about that is going to happen in the near future? Hopefully I’ll be graduating from my Bachelor course soon... If I try really hard and not manage to break down.
If you could get any writer in the world to write something, who would it be and what would you have them write? I would probably ask Oscar Wilde to write this beautiful, queer story with different types of queer people and you don’t know if it is happening in this world or some fantastical realm <3
If you write fic, what is the ship or the fandom you’ve written for most? Merthur :) That’s the only ship I’ve written for. However, if the made up scenarios in my head count, there are a lot more fandoms and it’s usually me paired up with my favourite character.
What toppings do you put on your pizza? AALLL THE CHEESE and salami/pepperoni
Did you ever go through a Twilight phase? As I am trash and I re-read the entire Twilight saga in one week, two weeks ago, after not having read it in almost 10 years, my answer would have to be yes... (Honestly though I was such a huge fan from ages 13 to 15/16 and it’s how I met my friend group at secondary school so I’m not even mad about it anymore).
If you could marry a fictional character, which one would it be? Merlin, or Neville Longbottom, or Edward Cullen because I’m trash (also book Edward really isn’t so bad), or Jane Eyre or Lizzie Bennet (gotta have some girls on the list).
What is a book you loved as a child that not many people know about? We have a Dutch book at home with fairytales. They’re not really conventional fairytales, but I really liked them and the illustrations in that book are beautiful.
Name a celebrity you’ve met in real life Colin Morgan <3 I saw him in the Tempest, Mojo, The Living and the Dead screening and in Gloria. I also saw Rupert Grint in Mojo of course (I almost cried when he got on stage cause jesus christ that’s my childhood...).
If you wrote your own TV show, who would you like to cast in it? Myself and Colin Morgan, we’d be lovers (of course) and then somehow it would also become an off-screen thing because of my alure :)
What song has been stuck in your head a lot recently? Stupid Bitch, from the show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. It’s freaking brilliant. xD The line: “You’re a poopy little slut who doesn’t think and deceives the people she loves”, is everything to me.
My questions:  1.Do you have any tattoos and if yes, what are they of. If no, do you want any?  2.What does your favourite outfit look like?  3.What would be your dream job in an ideal world?  4.What was your first fandom and how did you get into it?  5.What is your favourite character thrope?  6.Do you have any pets? If yes, tell me about them. If no, do you want any?  7.Who was/ is the best teacher you’ve ever had?  8.Are you still friends with the people from secondary school?  9.Where do you want to be five years from now?  10.Put your playlist on shuffle, the first song is your funeral song. What is it?  11. What is the last book you read? What is it about?
I tag: @thatonceandfutureprat @samuel-vimes @loyalunicorn @in2fiction @dollopheadsandclotpoles @gaychair @spacekidjosh  (That’s not 11 people, but anywayyy :) )  Obviously you don’t have to do this if you dont want to :)
