EVERY TIME I SEE THEM I KNOW I'M GOING TO DIE. just, holding on to the bed sheets as we talk. i feel it's sad in part, because toji wants to fight, wants to recognize you, but there are times when those parts of his brain are so disturbed by the technique that he can't recognize you. he has the dizzy feeling of deja vu, but he can't see you as anything but an enemy (prey) that he has to hunt and fight against now

You're right tho he's in and out. Sometimes he can control it but he can't completely. But he has you pinned against the wall, using all his strength not to hurt you. Your tears break his heart into a million tiny pieces. He wonders how many tears you shed for him after all these years. He doesn't even know how long it's been.
And just like that the bright spark of blue in his eyes dims and the demon takes over again, tossing you to the ground with a sadistic grin. Your heart races. He could kill you. He will kill you. But he's here... You dreamed about this day. That one day you'd wake up and he'd be alive. That his death was just a cruel sick dream because God wanted to watch you cry in your sleep.
But this? God must really fucking hate you.
He stands over you, crouching with a playful grin. The kind a predator wears when it's about to toy with its prey. The same grin he wore when he first approached you at the bar with his trashy pick up line. He crouches, his fingers wrapping around your neck. All you can do is whimper his name and hope that's enough. Your hand finds his cheek. In the messy streets of Shibuya, you'd already fought curses tooth and nail. Your own blood stains your fingertips, tracing lines down his face.
"I always knew you'd be the death of me, Toji." You say with an angelic smile.
His fingers freeze like stone. Escape was impossible. He mutters your name, strangled and hoarse. Tears roll down his cheeks as he struggles to fight back the demon.
"I'm sorry." Is all he can say as his fingers tighten. He's desperate to regain control. To stop himself. You were supposed to live. You were supposed to remember the pieces of him he couldn't leave behind. You loved him. Even now, as your breathing slows and your eyes flutter on the brink of death, you looked at him with adoration.
He kisses you. He tastes the same as always. His scent floods your senses, the familiarity intoxicating. You were afraid to die before, but something about this. About him. Would he be there waiting for you at the end? Or is he stuck in this body until someone else kills him?
With your dying breath, you find a stray piece of shrapnel and plunge it through his chest.
Not even in death will you part.

It's 4:57am I haven't slept yet
Anyway soap and ghosta are wrestling and since ghost is so much bigger than soap he has to a somewhat harder time when it comes down to just strength.
Soap is scrabblimg around for something of ghost to get any sort of leverage, he can't see, it's all just ghost's massive frame (the big oaf)
He eventually does find purchase on soemthing, and the rest after that is kinda a blur, because the next thing he knoes ghost was curled in a ball groaning on the ground, he mighthave cried but he'llnever tell, and he wouldn't talk to soap for 3 days after.
Turns out soap accidentally grabbed his dick, and ghost almost had an aneurysm because he thought he thought he was about to get a spontaneous, dick removal

I got a confession for ya: When I was 14 I played a halloween prank on my friends that I had turned into an actual werewolf and freaked 3 out of 5 out. And then the two friends called bs. And then for some reason /I/ believed my own prank and got mad and it turned into an actual friend group fight 💀
Still friends with all of them btw and we laugh about it lol. Don't think I've told anyone online about it before tho.
