Hey.. uhm.. I know this sounds like a difficult task right now but.. could you please try to be more kind to yourself?
The world is already painful enough.
You don't deserve any additional pain you cause yourself.
You are so worthy of all the love in this world.
And you are doing great and I'm so proud of you.
*hugs*
It's alright. It's going to be alright.

Anon 😭 I am crying for you right now.
I truly hope you are doing better these days, that you are able to see your own worth without the need to bully yourself.
What a good friend to defend you, though, through it all.
Be gentle with yourself and thank you for being so vulnerable ♡

I'm sorry about being a tad later than I promised! Took me longer than I anticipated to find the photos I have saved to show the different poses, stretches ans exercises I was given to help both lower back in specific- but also, strengthen the back and improve posture.
These are great, and it always loosens my back. One is just hanging your lower back over the roll (I roll up a towel, personally, but if you'd like you can get a rolled pillow or a yoga roller) on the left.
On the right your butt is pulled as close to the wall as possible, try for flush against. You can either do this with nothing under your lower back or hips or do the towel here as well. You can do both of these for however long you like, but I do mine minimum about 5 minutes.
Both of these stretch your lower back quite well. And yes, it also helps regulate and release gas- it can also help with constipation. I'd say do this for a minimum of a minute.
Left: it helps stretch your spine specifically in upper and lower back.
Right: this one is pretty simple, and it helps with a bunch of stuff.
These are all yoga poses and stretches specific to help with lower back pain- I've used them all before and they helped greatly. They help improve posture which helps eliminate a lot of the back pain, specifically.
These are both exercise routines. You don't have to do them together or in the same day, you can alternate however often you decide to do the exercises. Of course the more often you stretch and exercise the quicker you see results but please please please be gentle with yourself and listen to your body.
You may get sore- it's your muscles getting used to the new movements that it wasn't used to previously. A good warm soak with some espsom salts helps a lot. Stretches will help the soreness ease quicker.
Also! We talked about lower back braces to help with stability. Where I live, I really only have access to Amazon currently unless I drive into town which is about an hour away 😅 so I can give you some links. If you don't want to buy from Amazon, you can take the names and Google them and they're going to pop up with direct people that sell them. Sometimes they're cheaper, sometimes they're not.
First
Second
Third
These are pretty much the ones I found for specifically being lower back. There are obviously many more out there, but they're mainly just different variations of these.
Also, posture in general will help your lower back, including upper back pain will eventually make your lower back hurt because of over compensating muscles
Having something like this helped me a lot, too.
Of course all of this is subjective, these are things that helped me and I hope can help you as well!! If you have any other questions or anything, I can try my best to answer them for you 😊 I hope this is useful and I hope your pain dulls and ceases all together, darlin' @nonbinary-kaz

Humans are complex creatures. We are infinitely beautiful and ugly. We are exquisite and horrifying. We are both, neither, and everything in between. People are capable of terrible things, but we are also capable of beautiful things. We will never be fully defined by one or the other.
People act as if they need to chase the bad out of themselves. They have this obsession with purifying themselves, they try to desperately to rid themselves of something that will always be a part of them. Darkness and light are both embedded in our nature. It’s what makes us human. And being human is natural. It’s okay. It’s not something you need to punish yourself for. Perfection is a man-made concept. We’ve created a fantasy and we waste away trying to reach it.
To be a sinner is to be human. There is no one in this world that will live up to a standard of perfection. Everyone who has ever loved or been loved is a sinner. Nothing is more worthy of worship than a sinner. You don’t need to be forgiven for existing.

Could you please pray for me? I'm doing so many mistakes and my patience for myself is really low. Please. All I see are my mistakes. Small and big ones. Thank you.
Of course 🫂

I am sorry my friends! ♡
I am still not much for talking so I have not been able to answer asks or get back to everyone’s kind words, but I plan to and thank you from the bottom of my heart ; ;
I thought I would share some fun things from my evening though in case anyone else needed to be cheered up ? ♡
Here are a few of my favorite fragrances and lotions, and my favorite body glitter! (It smells very good, too — a bit like frosting?) I really like using pretty stuff after a long day cus it always brightens my mood so much c:
