Last Black Man in San Francisco is more than a movie, it is a poetic experience. I have never been to San Fran but after watching this film, I feel like I have. The story couldn't be more authentic, being directed and co-writen by San Francisco natives @technicolor_talbot and his childhood friend @jimmiefailsiv who plays himself in the film. The incredibly beautiful cinematography by @knucklewood drives you through the city, telling a story much more about a place than a character. This film was made possible by several independent producers, a Kickstarter, @planbentertainment , and @a24 . The cast has everyone from big stars like #dannyglover and #robmorgan as well as local, first-time San Francisco actors. The film has already won several awards for first-time filmmakers, and I'm sure it will continue to win even more. This film is a poetic ode to San Francisco that addresses gentrification, local characters, male friendships, vulnerability, feeling like an outsider, community, and so much more. 〜World War Z〜

I watched this film due to the rise of the Delta variant of COVID-19 Pandemic. After watching this film, I was shocked by zombie pandemic. if Zombie mutan strain variant following Delta Variant were to become more realistic, mankind would perish. There doesn't have that much time left. To end the Delta variant of COVID 19, I would appeaiate it if they could get vaccination twice and wear mask to protect themselves and their loved ones from COVID-19 until late August as quickly as possible.

#minireview THE LOST CITY OF Z - I had really been looking forward to this movie, it was featured on Tinsel & Tine's Coming Attractions "Can't Wait to See" page for months. So I am disappointed to say, I was bored. I knew going in it wasn't going to be "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" but it's like they created a script with source material from Wikipedia. It's not a good sign when leaving the theater the only thought in my head was, if I hadn't known he was in it, I would never have recognized #RobertPattinson. There is a fat, weak soled, so called explorer, who adds a bit of levity. But you know I always take points away when a movie features a war battle scene of soldiers coming out of a foxhole running to their deaths; nothing I hate more than witnessing this senseless act on the screen again and again. Let's not even discuss real life. Lost City of Z Movie is based on the true story of British explorer Col. Percival Fawcett (#CharlieHunnam), who disappeared in the 1920s while trying to find a city in the Amazon.
