So you guys may or may not know this. I was almost 240 at one point of my life. I made a decision to change it. And what I didn’t know at the time is my physical appearance couldn’t change only through exercises and eating right. But also cutting out negativity out my life too. You guys sometimes it’s hard to let go of those friends we had for so long. But sometimes those are the people who weigh you DOWN!! This goes for family and relationships too. It’s@ok to be selfish because you want to feel your best. Go kick a$$ and run the world like it’s yours. I am currently 210.8 lb the last time I check.
