When you're a 13 year old Goro Akechi and you're very slowly accepting that your current parental figure isn't bad and it's actually rather nice to have a father figure that gives a shit. A patron requested art piece for my fic, The Crow Cries at Midnight!

concept: persona 5 protagonist has always been able to see using the third eye. tracks from the people he's looking for, fingerprints on code locks, whether doors and windows are unlocked, injuries that people have, whether people have noticed him or not; he's always been able to see the world washed of colour, things of importance glowing in bright neon tones around him. the floating cards were always a bit weird, only some people have them, most don't, and they only make sense when he looks up each card's meaning. and then the fog rolls in and people start dying, and now some of the card people have figures that follow them around. he is 11 years old and has no clue what's going on, but the crow guy that he meets is very cool, which might be narcissism because they are apparently one and the same.

Ken and the Phantom Thieves Part 4: Haru <3
Tumblr media
I confirmed in my previous post that these two will be shipped yes. The three HaruKen enjoyers in the world rejoice.
Ken and Haru met as classmates when Ken transferred to Shujin during his second year. They weren’t friends then, but Ken liked Haru because she was one of the few girls in class that didn’t bother him. He used to have that pretty boy look so he was initially kind of popular. Haru tried to befriend Ken as they sat next to each other but was intimidated by others trying to do the same. Anytime they did exchange words, it was pleasant but not too engaging. Ken’s crush on Haru was nothing major. He knew nothing would come out of it, plus he’s low key a massive loser. Having Junpei and Akihiko as the only male figures in his life to give him dating advice makes him handling any romantic feelings even worse.
In their third-year they reconnect when Ken is trying to find something to do at school that doesn’t require a whole lot of commitment since Akihiko nags him about staying productive. Clubs don’t want him, he hates the student council, he especially hates the sport teams, so when a teacher told him of a student tending to the rooftop garden, Ken was like eh ig it’s something.
Haru likes Ken’s company and thinks he’s such a gentleman. She suspects that Ken is attracted to her somewhat but dismisses it because ya know, she’s engaged, my poor girl doesn’t think anything will happen plus Ken is generally a nice guy T_T Ken is an oblivious fool.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Gah, these two are just so sweet. I think I’ve written more about them than anyone else whoops.
Tumblr media
Trust this isn’t gonna be a shipping blog guys but I just needed to get this out of my system after the ask I got lol… -//////-

A crossover where Minako goes to Tsukumihara and contracts with a Servant for the Holy Grail War while Hakuno goes to Gekkoukan and finds herself caught up in the Dark Hour with her Persona.
Dressing them in each others' uniforms and giving them little personalizing touches was fun, but for me the real treat was designing Servant!Orpheus and Persona!Nero. I really love how both came out, Orpheus bold and confident and resembling Minako, Nero armored and concealed in the popular conception of Rome's most wicked Emperor.
Here's some of my sketches for Minako and Orpheus because they came out especially cute. Minako's Command Seals look like a lyre. Meanwhile, Orpheus' weapon is just a huge lyre. I suppose she's a Caster.

So, I listened to Full Moon Full Life from Persona 3 Reload (you should too, it's an amazing song) and this what happened because of it. Also me and mutuals screaming about Tubbo in a suit, Bayonetta 3,and poll about what Greek character Tubbo is more like were big inspiration for this.
If you want scream at me about symbolism, please do, it's not much, but I tried.
--------------------------------------------------
The battle was an absolute hell.
It was another of federation's events, and as expected, monsters soon appeared. New monsters, many having unpleasant abilities. Some even with just their presence affected islanders : slowness, nausea, blindness weakness, poison, wither, darkness were inflicted too often.
To make situation even worse, there was a couple of bosses, each hitting like a track and too fast for the comfort. When they landed a hit on anyone, panic immediately increased.
«We won't last that long, if this keeps up» Bagi said, whacking another mob with her pen. She was fighting with desperation of the feral animal, because behind her was Empanada, and she was willing to do anything for her survival.
«But what can we do? It's not like we have any say in this situation» Fit thrown another bomb at the group of enemies and immediately thrusted his trident into another mob that got too close to pac
«Obrigado, Fitch» «No problem, Pac»
«Stop flirting you two and concentrate» Tubbo snaped.
«Well, how about you pull off a fucking miracle, Tubbo?» Fit easily bites back.
«… You know what? I actually can. But I need an opening for that to work»
«Got it», Pac said and immediately striked a mob that was behind Tubbo. Fit and Bagi followed, forming a triangle around Tubbo and the eggs.
Tubbo took a deep breath and plunged his hand into his chest, then teared up his own heart.
«Are you fucking insane?» «Tubbo, why?» «Tubbo, no!»
«Come forth, Cassandra»
In the glow of blue fire, a figure slowly materialized. It was small woman, with mannish figure, round face and disheveled auburn hair, covered by golden veil. Her eyes glowing, and tears falling non-stop. She was wearing blue dress, it's hem was stained with blood. Her hands, which was holding an axe and a burning torch, were entwined with the snakes, their tails slowly transform into shackles.
«Mafreila»
The woman raised her hand and several blue shining spheres were fired from the torch, each hitting mobs that surrounded them. Many dissapeared immediately, others were thrown back. Then, «Marakukaja» different spell, and Fit, Pac, Bagi and the eggs were coated in purple sparkles, and after a few seconds discovered that tanking hits has become much easier.
Fit looked at Tubbo, worry written on his face. Tearing your own heart was extremely concerning, and he was worried that Tubbo would die at any second. Quick glance revealed that heart itself dissapeared, but glowing hole in Tubbo's chest was still present. But he was looking okay, striking at mobs with his saber and throwing these weird spells left and right.
«Caralho, Tubbo, could have do this a little bit sooner» Pac laughed, slashing another knight with his scythe.
«Well, excuse me for trying to have secret advantage, you asshole. Now in the couple of hours, this will probably be nerfed by the feds. But, for now…
«Let's raise some hell»

Kanji Tatsumi and Goro Akechi from my Persona 4 Akechi AU fic, The Crow Cries at Midnight. They are bros. An odd duo of brain and brawn, brought together through their shared experiences as social outcasts and because Kanji saw a kid suffering from abusive guardians and decided to do something about it.

Redoing my Persona 3 AU!
Name: Madoka Kaname
Arcanas: Fool/World
Personas: Eurydice, Eos, Elpis
Madoka is of course, our wildcard of the AU. She is recruited at the same time as Sayaka. She and Sayaka were staying behind to finish up schoolwork and accidentally stayed too late and ended up trapped in Tartarus. After recruitment she is ecstatic to be part of S.E.E.S. as like in the original anime, she deprives her self worth from being able to help and aid others. She uses a bow in battle and to help with her fighting skills, she joined the archery club.
She is not a natural wildcard as the wildcard was supposed to be Homura. As like in the original anime Homura has time manipulation and has been going back in time and due to her making Madoka the centre of events she gained Homura’s wild card ability. At the end of the story, she becomes the great seal and is forgotten by the masses except for the S.E.E.S. She is remembered for her warm nature and helping her social links, but her social links can’t put their finger on who it was.
PERSONAS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Madoka’s initial persona is Eurydice. Much like Eurydice, Madoka is the staring point for the story. Her death kickstarts Homura to continuous live in a cycle for the hope that she can be saved, like how Orpheus went to the underworld in the hope that he can bring Eurydice back to life.
Eurydice’s design is supposed to invoke the image of a bride which is a symbol of purity and innocence, traits you would typically use to describe Madoka and the fact that in the story of Eurydice and Orpheus, Eurydice died on her wedding day by stepping on a snake, thus the snakes crawling up her leg and making up her halo. The bandages are a symbol of death, with Eurydice dying and Madoka’s repeated deaths.
Madoka’s evolved persona is Eos, Greek god of dawn. While Eurydice is dressed in a simple white dress, Eos is dressed in a much more mature dress, showing Madoka’s developing maturity, also shown in the bandages beginning to unravel, showing her skin. This also shows that she is overcoming death, foreshadowing her fate being not death, but not really being alive either. Eos was also known for her, um…. “mature” habits which don’t align with Madoka, but the idea is that Madoka helped give “birth” to the improvement of the mental and social states her social links were in. With Eos being the Greek god of the dawn, it also fits with Madoka ending the dark hour, and bringing the dawn.

Decaying Godhood- Prologue
Chapter 1 ->
Spoiler warning for P3! Also a content warning for mild violence/gore!
“…I’m sorry, I could’ve done something… both of you, I could have saved you…”
The gentle voice rang through her ears once again. Of course, she knew these words were not meant for her. Though she couldn’t see, she gathered from the sounds of his movements that whoever he was talking to were on either side of her.
This moment seemed different, though. She felt something. Something cold around her neck and wrists.
“This… is all your fault.”
Now she knew his words were directed at her.
“Why is it that you now have skin, hair… while they had their humanity stripped away from them? Now they’re just stone cold husks…”
Then he started to cry.
What was this feeling now, though? She had heard him cry time and time again, feeling nothing. But now this unfamiliar sensation in her chest made her uncomfortable.
It was odd. She knew what he went through, yet she never understood why it caused him to act out the way he was now. After all, living as a human was a farce, right?
She reflected for a moment. That’s right, she had felt this pain before. It wasn’t her pain though, it was his.
January 31st, the date he had put in her mind. The melding of their forms, their minds. That night, she had taken Ryoji Mochizuki’s freedom, turning him against those he loved.
At first, she found it weird. Why would Thanatos willingly leave behind his godhood to live with the humans he was meant to destroy?
She pondered the night some more. She knew what he appeared as, an avatar of herself, an entity far from human. Yet despite the frightening appearance, the group still referred to him as Ryoji, the name of their friend.
She recalled the longing and harmed gaze of the one with blue hair. Minato was his name, right? The girl next to him, Minako, her eyes were less forgiving. Yet she, too, promised Ryoji they would help him.
Static abruptly infiltrated her mind. It was painful, she wasn’t used to thinking, or feeling guilt. Yet for some reason, she felt it was justified. She did cause a lot of pain.
Her eyes began to water. She quickly brought her hand to her eyes to wipe them away, blinking aggressively to cease the crying.
 “Wait…” she gasped.
She could move. She could see too, albeit her surroundings were nothing but a white void… and her son.
Nyx turned around, nearly stumbling. Though her vision was blurry, she could make out two marble statues. She barely recognized them, but knew it was the twins who had sacrificed herself to seal her away.
She followed the chains being held  by the twins, quickly realizing that she was shackled to them. But the chains weren’t always this long, were they? From the sound of Ryoji’s voice, she would have assumed she was right next to the heroes.
Nyx gently pulled on the chains, wincing upon making a sound. She turned her head just in time to see the young man snap his head in her direction. Her vision cleared as he approached her. To say he appeared mad was an understatement.
Nyx attempted to speak, only to be met with a sharp blade to the face.
“You…”
Nyx blinked, slowly putting her hands up, “listen, I-“
“What did you do?”
“I didn’t do anything,” she coughed, “I just… was able to move.”
Ryoji narrowed his eyes, drawing back his sword. “You look different.”
“Do I?”
“I’m going to hope that you looking like a human means you also feel like one.” He folded his arms, “how did you do it, then? Did you steal what humanity they had left?”
“No, Thanatos-“
“It’s Ryoji.” He sighed angrily, “but honestly I don’t even think you have the right to call me that either.”
Ryoji moved next to the statues, placing a hand on Minato’s face.
“I heard everything you’ve said.” Nyx said, keeping her distance. She watched Ryoji place a hand on the hilt of his sword again.
“Good!” He hissed, “you do understand then, right? You ruined so many lives. You killed these two.” He laid his head against Minato. “I should be talking to them, not you.”
“I… agree…”
Ryoji laughed, shaking his head, “maybe you being in this form is the kind of punishment fate had in store for you.”
Nyx remained quiet. In her mind, she was insulted that Ryoji would talk down to her, but she felt guilty for even thinking that way. Her mind became fuzzy again, so she sat down.
“I’m… I’m sorry.”
“Well I don’t forgive you.”
“Understandable…”
What was her problem? She was a god, right? Sure, this Ryoji Mochizuki was one as well, but he should be taking orders from her… right? Nyx shook her head. Why did she suddenly care so much? Why did seeing him so upset and angry at her cause her so much pain? Thanatos had betrayed her once before, yet she simply raised her sword against him. Now she couldn’t even look him in the eyes.
She stood up, walking towards Minako. She could feel Ryoji’s blade next to her face as she stared up at the lifeless stone face.
“I’m sorry.” Nyx said.
“They’re gone.” Ryoji hissed, his voice cracking. “They’re gone and it’s your fault.”
“Why do you care so much about them?” Nyx blurted before she could stop herself.
Ryoji stood upright, moving closer to her. He drove his sword through her chest without hesitation, narrowly missing where a heart would be. “You wouldn’t get it. I loved them.”
Nyx fell to the ground, gasping.
“I’m supposed to be the god of death, yet I couldn’t stop you from taking the lives of these two.” He laughed sadly, “I don’t care that I’m not supposed to be so involved with humans on a personal level.” He pulled the sword from her chest, “that would’ve killed a human. You’ll heal, you’ll live, and that’s not fair.”
“Ryoji please,” Nyx coughed, holding the open wound, “you don’t have to forgive me, I know I was wrong but can you at least understand… I wasn’t aware of anything then. I only knew my objective.”
“That’s not-“
“An excuse, I know. But you know what it’s like. Mindlessly doing something because it’s the only thing you know. We were simply forces of nature, yet you broke that rule restricting you, you became your own person.” Nyx pulled her knees up, “now that I can feel things too, I think that’s amazing that you were able to achieve that.”
Ryoji rolled his eyes, “I hate you. You made me feel so helpless.”
“I take responsibility for everything I’ve done.”
“That isn’t enough, though! That’s not going to solve anything!”
“But it’s a start?”
Ryoji exhaled loudly. “Start to what? You think you’re going to get out of this?” He turned away, “I promised them that I would never let you out of here. Even if it means I’m trapped here forever too.”
Nyx slowly nodded, looking up at Minako. “Don’t you find it odd though… we’ve been here for a really long time… why haven’t you lost your humanity? And why have I gained mine?”
Ryoji didn’t answer, but she could tell he was thinking.
An uncomfortable silence lingered, only interrupted by Nyx shifting slightly. She leaned her head back against the statue, closing her eyes.
A small droplet splashed on her forehead, causing Nyx to spring up. She clutched her rapidly healing wound. It was no longer bleeding.
“You… shouldn’t stab your mom, Ryoji.”
Nyx stared as Minako’s head moved up to face her. Tears were seeping from the stone.
Ryoji dropped his blade. His mouth was open, but didn’t say anything.
“Your stories are similar…” the stone of Minako’s face began to move as if she were still human. She smiled briefly, “don’t get me wrong, I’m not… pleased with you either…” Minako said weakly, “but… I understand you didn’t know any better. This is a chance to learn now.”
“Minako…” Ryoji softly hugged her, “I’m sorry I should’ve…”
“No. This is what had to be done.” Energy began returning to her voice, “but…”
“It’s a little alarming that we can talk.”
Nyx flicked her eyes to Minato, who was now facing them. Ryoji threw himself into his arms, crying softly.
“I don’t understand…” Nyx said.
“You’re more human,” Minako said, “you’re feeling things.”
“I get that but… why so suddenly? Why am I suddenly like this? Why are these,” she gestured to the chains, “so long all of the sudden? Why are you two…”
Minako frowned, “I’m no god, but… something feels off.”
That’s when it clicked. She was right. Things were not as they should be.
