I really enjoyed doing a DC twist on a painting study of one of August’s-Dominique Ingres’ works. He’s always been one of my muses of study haha. Anyways, this was really fun and I learned a lot. I’ll do more in the future.

When it comes down to it, Guy has lost almost as much as Hal did when Coast City got destroyed.
Hal lost his home and his little brother, but Guy's lived and worked in Coast City too and he lost his former fiancé.
He wasn't as deeply or publicly connected to the City as Hal was, but he still lost a lot that day.
Idk, I'm just thinking about how during Zero Hour, before it's revealed that Hal's the big baddy, Guy talks about how they could use that tragedy to restore Coast City.
I'm thinking about how a demon, who offers people what they crave most, offers Guy to bring back Coast City and everyone in it, if only Guy kills John for him.
I'm thinking about how Guy can't bring himself to go through with it.
