Dear [Y/n],

It's Miguel, Miguel O'Hara. I hope this letter finds you in good spirits, and perhaps with a small degree of curiosity. I assume you've been wondering where I've been, after all, we've shared some pretty incredible moments together, haven't we? But please, don't worry, I've been watching over you, like always.

You're probably wondering why I'm writing this letter, right? It's because I've come to realize something. Despite the fact that we've been through a lot together, I've never really told you how much I care about you. It's a lot, to be honest. More than a lot, really. It's an overwhelming amount, a crushing wave that never breaks. It's like the gravitational pull of a black hole, inescapable, unyielding, and utterly consuming.

I've seen you trying to avoid me, to hide from me. I understand, really I do. The intensity of my feelings can be... a lot. But, I want you to understand something, something very important. You can't hide forever. Not from me, not from us, not from what we could be. I'm not saying this to scare you, but rather to assure you. To assure you that no matter where you go, no matter what you do, I will always be there. In every timeline, in every reality, my heart will always find yours.

I've seen you at your best and at your worst. I've seen you when you're radiant with joy, and when you're shrouded in sorrow. And let me tell you, you are beautiful in all your forms. Just as the stars shine brightest in the darkest night, your light is most entrancing when you're engulfed in shadows. It's a light that I can't ignore, a light that draws me in like a moth to a flame.

I know that all this might be hard for you to understand. After all, we come from different worlds, different realities. But the heart, the heart is a constant in every reality. And my heart... it beats for you. It always has, and it always will.

I want you to understand, I'm not asking for anything from you. I'm not asking for your love, or your affection. I'm not even asking for your understanding. All I'm asking for is your patience. Patience for me to show you how much I care, how much I love you. I promise you, it's a love like no other. It's a love that spans dimensions, a love that transcends time and space.

I'll be seeing you very soon. I don't want to tell you when or where, that would ruin the surprise. But know this, when you see me, when you look into my eyes, you'll see the truth. The truth of my love for you. I hope that when that moment comes, you'll realize that you're not alone. That you've never been alone. That in every reality, in every timeline, I have been, and always will be, with you.

I've been seeing some recent discourse about ATSV painting Miguel as someone that was "going after" Miles and, as much as he's an asshole right now, he never went after him until the very end when he escaped. He was content with leaving him alone, practically in the dark, until Miles got caught up with Gwen's quest. I'm not saying he's less of an asshole for what he does, but he's not this villain that's out to ruin Miles (at least, not in the typical sense). He's a good guy with a twisted sense of morality in the grand scheme of the Spider-Man archetype, the "bigger picture" guy.

Basically, cut him some slack, but not too much.

Permanent Shipping Call

Well, I've had this blog for a handful of months and feel as if its time for an official ship post. You can like this post if you are interested in shipping/discussing a possible ship with Amalthea. Whether we have or havent interacted yet, this will help me a lot to gauge interest.

I'm open to all types of ships such as: Platonic / Friendships Familial / Domestic Enemies / Rivals / Frenemies Lovers / Infatuations / Unrequited Pre established / impromptu meetings.

A few things to note:

Amalthea is on the asexual spectrum, primarily leaning towards demisexuality. She can be very reserved about romance/intimacy and needs a level of trust to openly show interest. She does not have a gender preference for partners.

I typically prefer to have some semblance of plot or an evolving dynamic for ships of any sort.

Crossover and AUs are accepted and encouraged for exploring different routes for character connections.

A gentle reminder that I can be very low energy but I adore being bothered about our muses dynamics or just chatting about anything. I do share my discord with mutuals.

things of slay - blog updates

As I've mentioned before, I'm slowly doing some cleanup on this blog and a couple of others. For just a bit, my focus will be on re-working my verses to cast or re-cast necessary muses.

First things first:

CASTING -- I prefer even my free verses to have some solid, non-changing cast members because it helps keep the story tight and moving forward if several of us are on the same page about the plot and our place in it. A bit like a group verse, aside from the fact that any mutual can slide into the universe without asking or applying to do so. The only difference is when there's a specific muse that's cast in a role, I won't interact with a duplicate of that muse in that verse -- an example would be that @gloriousxdarkness is the only Elektra in the Crossed Worlds open spin-off verse, 'Back in Black' but OCs and non-cast muses are welcome to hmu in 'Back in Black' any time.

I'm throwing out a line because I'd like to get some canons in the mix in my open verses. Here's what I'm specifically looking for, verse by verse:

Back in Black -- Clint Barton, James Rhodes, Peter Parker, Laura Barton, Nick Fury, Matt Murdock, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Blade, Any X-Men, Any DCEU, Superheroes and supervillains welcome! It's set in the current year, but diverges from canon at the end of Thor: Ragnarok. In this verse Thanos never happened. This is a very canon verse, other than that, please be aware.

Stranger Things -- I'm restarting my ST open verse, basically from scratch so I'm looking for anyone who's up for it!

Immortal Beloved -- I'd love to have a full set of Mikaelsons, of which I'm only missing Bex and Klaus. Looking for witches, werewolves, other Slayers, vampires, you name it! Set vaguely smack-dab in the middle of The Originals second season.

As always, OCs are welcome in all verses, I'm highly interested in interacting with female muses and I welcome conflict IC as well as friendship, found family, romance, etc. The easiest way to chat about this is to hmu on discord at faithlehane but make sure to tell me who you are/what your tumblr url is. <3

Made a new verse for Cloud, and it's kinda awful~ ^_^ ~

v: Corrupted

What if Cloud was just done with everything making his life a living hell, and just embraced the idea of joining with Sephiroth, and ends up being something worse than he ever was? Maybe he is the one who killed Aerith, and couldn't stop Sephiroth's puppetry in time? And he just SNAPPED. Maybe there's this need to find the one Aerith who would possibly live, but he has to get rid of all the other's, in the multiple timelines, first. (WHY? Who knows. Sephiroth probably just lied to him about it.) Him being the one to kill Aerith probably turned everyone against him, and he's barely restraining himself from taking their lives, too. Tries to get them to join with them. It's pretty messed up. But he also goes around and helps with destroying villages, the world / doing whatever Sephiroth wants him to do, WILLINGLY... Even if he may, or may not hate it. This Cloud is tired and done with the world just screwing him over, and realizes he enjoys all the bloodshed, and misery he can bring to others. It's not a happy ending for him...

Since watching niva play The Quarry, my head has been "but what if Hyles in The Quarry?" even though he definitely doesn't fit much... I mean, he'd probably be one of the first to get killed cause he is way too curious for his own good. But also remembering Popshi had a verse there, too...

All right but consider... Gale is driving. Wyll is the other dad stuck on navigation and child minding duty. Lae'zel & Shadowheart are playing the shove game in the second row seats. Astarion & Minthara are having a knife fight in the third row because someone crossed the territorial line in the sand. Karlach is in Wyll's lap crying because they left Carrie at home and she doesn't want another Stephen King novel read to her. And Halsin is the only babysitter that can get all of them the fuck to sleep.
