Clipped from the rose garden of @traderjoes this has been a BIG week for the Vintage Kitchen! A new batch of friends has toppled the Kitchen over the 1,000 follower mark here on Instagram, which is lovely not for the number itself but for the number of times I get to say welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome to the Vintage Kitchen. I hope our new pals find it as joyful a place as I aspire to make it every day. I’ve learned in these past few years that I’m someone who thrives on possibility. It doesn’t matter if something actually happens or not but the fact that it “could” happen makes all the difference. Each new pal that becomes part of this place represents another possibility to expand our horizons and ignite our curiosities. So happy for that! Originally, I was going to celebrate this news with a homemade cake recipe and a special decorating style I can’t wait to share, but when I discovered these roses at Trader Joe’s I knew this was the way to go. Orange roses celebrate a mixture of friendship and passion thanks to the combination of red and yellow colors that makes up their dynamic hue. The colors of orange roses aren’t as easy to consistently replicate as other roses like pink or yellow or red, so each one is always unique. No two ever look exactly alike. That’s what the Vintage Kitchen (and you in it ) is all about. We are fueled on unique stories, friendly connections and passionate cooking around this place. I’m so happy we get to share it all together. Cheers to new friends, exciting possibilities and a mighty wonderful community of vintage kitchen love that grows more marvelous with every passing day. 🥂 - - - #newfriendships #orangeroses🌹 #celebrationtime🎉 #over1000 #gratitude #allthepossibilities #thankyou #goodnews #traderjoesfinds #orangeroses #ourcommunityisgrowing #kitchenlovers #inthevintagekitchen #vintagekitchenlove https://www.instagram.com/p/B3SNDpOgwPC/?igshid=zi912wkvie4n
