The “Devil Bike” cylinders and heads... I just stumbled across these photos from 2005. They were stock Harley Evo heads that were custom machined to make the “pitch fork” design on the cylinders and heads. I completely ground the bottom two fins off, and cut the fins back to the face of the cylinders to create a “different look”. I smoothed out the edges of the fins and buffed all of the exposed surfaces. We borrowed the rocker boxes for the photo shoot.

I hope these heads and cylinders are still on a running bike! I am glad I could be a part of that project.

Shinya is absolutely mad about his 1915 Indian. Period.

No matter how many times he has done this, he never gets tired of it.

And it is beautiful indeed, whatever angle you look at it. Yeah, you don’t have to have a reason to feel the beauty of the beautiful things.

理由などないし、いらない。のだと思う。

この1915年のインディアンを愛してやまない、ただそれだけ。

何度この作業を繰り返したかな。それでも飽きることはないらしい。

それにしてもどの角度から見ても美しい。色んな意味で美しい。理由なんて言葉にしなくていい。好きなものは好き。それでいいのだ。
