hey, don’t cry, draw the ocs you made with your friends, ok?
Making OCs with someone who is as much a history nerd as you is so much fun. These ladies are also both so historically inaccurate and accurate too, I love them so much. (The bebi in yellow and red is @cerbin-aen-feainn’s).

Lucia in Toon Me.
In universe she's a lemon car who disguises herself as a racer and draws the media's attention for her unique racing style. She adapts her disabilities to optimize her best skill and comforts. She's very much against Zundapp, and hopes her career can inspire lemons like her to pursue their dreams. In my rewrite of Cars 2 she befriends my OC Alma who didn't know she was the racer until the Italian lap.
Eheeeh yeah I don't like how canon wrote the prejudice allegory SO let's have a real character representing the affected class and legitimizes the antagonist's side of things ok

Paintbrush crayon chalk and creative with Lucia babygirl maybe <3

how often does your character "brush over" conflict instead of facing it head on? Is there something specific they don't like to face, or do they avoid conflict as a whole?
Lucia struggles with conflict, especially when with people dear to her. She would rather remain quiet and try to solve her issues on her own, even when said issues are caused by others and can only be solved by having hard conversations and standing up for herself. She needs a little push to face conflict. She also tends to try soothing tensions between herself and her loved ones by seeking them out with physical closeness, which stuck to her from her childhood.

what was your OC like when they were four years old? Were they loud? Shy? Were they the resident "weird kid" or did they get along with others their age?
She was a quiet child, now old enough to be more aware of the fact that something wasn’t quite right, because of her being illegitimate, and that made her insecure and shy. She was still extremely curious, and at times chatty, if not loud, but she remained pretty isolated and did not have many kids her age around. Things changed once she was legitimised and adopted by her father’s wife, a few years later.
Chalk
what was one activity this character enjoyed with their sibling(s) as a kid? If they don't have siblings, what they did with their neighborhood friends
Lucia has always been a studious girl, and as such something she always found quite enjoyable was the lessons she shared with the siblings close to her age. Particularly, latin. She also enjoyed any game of pretend they played, knights-and-dames and fake battles, and once older to go on hunts with them.
Creative!
free space! share something you've been dying to share about your writing! Could be an OC that never gets the limelight, a moment you were proud of, or anything else you'd like to share
Mmmm, well, playing around with a Sforza OC has been a lot of fun and a good excuse to learn more about my city’s history, which is always cool. Especially fun to interact with sources critically, and question where they come from, the context in which they were written and what sort of bias could be there.
