hello abled person writing a character with a disability. i see you are considering "curing" their disability in your story. before you make that choice, consider: why do you want to do that. what compels you to make that story choice. why would it be necessary. what is the narrative significance of doing that. what message do you believe you may be sending by doing that.
answer correctly or i'm opening the trap door beneath your feet and you're going into the spike pit

while i know the cripplepunk movement started with the best of intentions, now literally the only thing that gets recommended to me from the tag is “physically” disabled being ableist towards “mentally” disabled people
the line between physical and mental disability is so much fucking thinner than you think. even what you think of as the most “basic” mental disorders have physical symptoms. what’s the difference, to our oppressors, between someone who’s hands won’t stop shaking because of anxiety vs tremors? between someone who can’t get out of bed because of cfs vs depression? between me, who can’t walk right because of my joint problems, and my cousin, who can’t walk rught because their autism makes them walk pigeon toed? why do i have more of a right to call myself a cripple when they’ve been called it their entire life? and they’ve definitely been called it more than i have!
this idea that mentally disabled people cannot possibly know what it’s like to be physically affected by their disability is ridiculous. the idea that physically and mentally disabled people are so separate that they cannot possibly relate to each other is just factually untrue. i have more in common with someone bedridden because of depression than i do with someone who is blind. i don’t know what it’s like to be blind!
when someone with a mental disability tries to speak over someone with a physical disability, that fucking sucks. i’m not denying that. but the struggle there is not between “physical” and “mental” disabilities, it’s between two people with different disabilities who are unable to understand where the other’s coming from. that isn’t a divide between mental and physical. trust me, i have had so many physically disabled people in my life who have no fucking idea what it’s like to be bedridden. and again, i have no idea what it’s like to be visually impaired. i could not use my experience being physically disabled to understand someone with a completely different physical disability than me
this idea that the community needs to be divided into “physically” disabled people and “mentally” disabled people is fucking nonsense. it fucking sucks. and it’s basically impossible with how much overlap there is between mental and physical symptoms
if you do not support both physically AND mentally disabled people, you are not my ally. we’re all disabled, let’s get you some solidarity.
obligatory standpoint epistemology so people will actually listen to me: i am a bed ridden cripple who uses mobility aids and has chronic pain in basically all of my joints. id love to tell you specific disabilities but right now all they know is “autonomic failure”. i also have autism, dissociative identity disorder and ocd with psychotic features. hopefully that’s sufficiently disabled for you

yes please explain hashirama being deaf love your meta
thank you for your support 🙏
quick note: i said hashirama was deaf in my initial post and i do stand by that, but hard of hearing/hearing impaired is more appropriate for most of this post
potential types of hashirama’s hearing loss and why they’re interesting
1. acquired
physical trauma can fuck up your ears. there are soooo many important and absurdly delicate parts, and ninjas’ ears are totally unprotected
getting hit in the head even once can cause hearing loss, and child soldiers ninjas of all ages are at high risk of that. even hashirama wasn’t born #1 king of beating ass. an error in practice or a deliberate blow in a fight could potentially do permanent damage, and it’s more likely that ninjas would get hit in the head repeatedly, over time and potentially in one fight
noise is another cause. for example: exploding tags. repeated exposure to them or one explosion close enough to his ear could easily damage hearing in a number of ways. see also: any explosion
that’s without factoring in a years-long habit of fighting a man who’s fond of screaming and tries to punch hashirama as hard as hashirama tries to punch him. and the noise hashirama’s wooden statue makes when it moves?? it’s loud as a sound effect; being on top of it would be unreal
an illness could equally cause hearing damage. in an era with less effective medicine and no mokuton, an untreated infection or swelling could be untreatable
it’s possible for someone with a high threshold for pain not to notice ear pain until the damage is irreparable. if that’s true for hashirama, the mokuton might not be the only reason he’s so confident; he might just genuinely not feel pain until it gets to a certain point (more on this below)
2. hereditary
he could have been born deaf, or become deaf, because of any number of conditions. i might like this one a little more because every adult senju/senju descendent is loud
hashirama? loud.
tobirama? loud.
tsunade? loud.
nawaki? well…
iruka? loud
if they're all experiencing some degree of hearing impairment, that's kind of neat! members of a big name clan have a disability and they just live with it/adapt
but tumblr user asotin, hashirama has the mokuton
he sure does, but the way i see it, the mokuton isn't really about healing; it's about resetting. he ages, so clearly the mokuton doesn’t undo every kind of damage. if it just returns him to the way he was before he was injured, though… if it perhaps uses his body when it first manifested as its default… there’s no reason his hearing would ping his chakra as being in need of addressing
but tobirama
yeah, the king of dubious science could probably come up with some device or technique to restore their hearing to hashirama and anyone with hearing loss, and he should do that because hearing aids and implants are useful and good to have!
but neither is a complete fix and if hashirama is used to living a certain way, he might prefer to stay like that, especially when it comes to fighting. you don't want to risk losing a hearing aid or damaging an implant in the middle of throwing down with your bf(f), you know?
speaking of hashirama fighting i.e. the obligatory ~proof~
hashirama doesn't flip around as much as other ninjas. he jumps forward and backward, but he doesn’t add any flourish. when he isn’t dodging, he tends to stay still and watch. he’s more reactive than aggressive, which could be a desire to stop fighting but it could also be him avoiding the disorientation of spinning when it will be even harder for him to make sense of where he is
being deaf doesn't necessarily make you clumsy, but it can make keeping your balance more difficult. if his hearing loss is more severe in one ear than the other or the pitches he can pick up are limited, he'd want to keep that side toward danger. and if he could only hear certain pitches, that could further complicate how he fights. it’s smarter to stay still and let madara his opponent come to him
dvd extras
iruka’s non-canonical joke technique of echolocation is more interesting if he developed it to compensate for being hearing impaired
tobirama sticks so close because hashirama is disabled and tobirama, despite his many faults, does love hashirama. he isn't the smothering type, but if sign language exists (it does because tobirama at least sketched out the fundamentals), then tobirama helps out as hashirama's interpreter when things get too hard to follow on his own
alternatively, tobirama is also deaf or hard of hearing and the two of them communicate by yelling because they're brothers and sign language wasn't always part of their lives
also, they're two grown men who are pushy and related. of course they yell at each other
who’s going to tell hashirama he’s loud? nobody unless they’re tobirama
tobirama finds reasons to stand across from hashirama during meetings and furiously signs at hashirama to shut up when hashirama decides to be overly generous
old man hashirama pretends he can't see what tobirama is saying because hashirama can't see what tobirama's hands are doing
if hashirama has hearing aids, he absolutely pulls the move a man i know does and turns them off when he decides he isn't interested in what people are saying
tbh the real takeaway from this is that i am very interested in disabled ninjas and i will continue to push this agenda until i am finally freed of the curse that is naruto

Are you happy with Shiro settling down to get married and “leaving the battle” or whatever as his ending? Because I really thought he should’ve gone back to being a piloting instructor at the garrison and maybe staying on standby as atlas commander or something like that. He loved piloting too much to become completely disconnected from it and it feels like he never dealt with his trauma imo.
Short answer: No.
Long Answer: Somehow, this transformed into, “Obligatory Post-Season 8 Meta: Shiro is still the Black Paladin. No, I’m not delusional. Really.”
The Black Paladin & PTSD Treatment
It’s important to know, especially for @dreamworksanimation and @voltron, that someone doesn’t “get over” PTSD, as Lauren Montgomery said in an interview.
I’m not trying to be harsh or “call someone out.” I’m stating fact. According to the Mayo Clinic, PTSD symptoms can be treated by opening up to others and seeking the help one needs.
Getting timely help and support may prevent normal stress reactions from getting worse and developing into PTSD. This may mean turning to family and friends who will listen and offer comfort. It may mean seeking out a mental health professional for a brief course of therapy. Some people may also find it helpful to turn to their faith community.
This ties directly into Shiro’s story. In Seasons 1 & 2, Shiro hid the majority of his symptoms from the others. In Season 3 - 6, those symptoms were exacerbated by Haggar, and though Shiro reached out to Lance, he did not get the help he needed. Shiro then was attacked in battle by Haggar/The White Lion, and again, he suffered alone.
In “All Good Things,” the Void scene revealed that Shiro wasn’t as close to the others as he could have been, and that ended up being the truth.
Tumblr media
Like Allura never regained her confidence to lead, Shiro didn’t open up to the others and bridge that connection to strengthen it, which is one of the treatments for PTSD.
Here some of the Mayo Clinic’s advice:
You don’t have to try to handle the burden of PTSD on your own.
[…]
Spend time with supportive and caring people — family, friends, faith leaders or others. You don’t have to talk about what happened if you don’t want to. Just sharing time with loved ones can offer healing and comfort.
Shiro handled his suffering alone, and he did not reach out to family and friends. We didn’t see him working out with the Atlas Crew. We didn’t see him hanging out with the paladins. He was all alone.
This is also why “Knights of Light” is such a traumatic episode for Shiro fans and those struggling with mental illness. It completely dismissed all the suffering Shiro endured. The original paladins went insane in the Void. Shiro survived and came back stronger.
Even then, he went through the struggles in the Void alone. The paladins went through it with each other. That two-parter episode originally - I have no doubt - was for Shiro to open up to the others, receive support for his past torture, and even receive help from Zarkon, the original Black Paladin.
That’s why Shiro’s core fear - I’m too broken to be a paladin - focused on him returning from the Void, reconnecting with the paladins, and forming a stronger bond with the team. In this way, he would have begun to cope with his PTSD as the Black Paladin, proving he wasn’t too broken, and the story would have embraced the found family aspect, where Shiro and the paladins are truly “stronger together.”
Instead - Shiro was alone. Even in Atlas.
Tumblr media
Even in Atlas/Voltron.
Tumblr media
The rest are all bonded to their lions. We know from “Genesis” that the White Lion isn’t in Atlas with Allura’s crystals, thus Shiro isn’t the White Paladin.
Furthermore, the others don’t even speak to him in Voltron any longer.
Tumblr media
He asks, but no one answers him. (There was one time that Allura responded, but that is only once. The only other time someone actually answered Shiro, it was Coran, who is not in Voltron.)
Throughout the season, there are instances of this. Here, Shiro and Keith are on the bridge, and they don’t even look at each other.
Tumblr media
They don’t talk to each other. No matter how you see their relationship, they are important to each other. And yet…nothing.
Another time, Shiro was sad to be left behind when the team went forward. You can’t tell me he’s happy here.
Tumblr media
But Shiro desperately doesn’t want to be alone or left behind.
How do we know?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Shiro’s only win since Season 2 was an arm-wrestling competition, and he only won because he took strength from his one-time team. (Notice: Future hubby isn’t in the above shot.)
Shiro’s Marriage
Shiro is married, so he’s not alone, right?
Well, yeah, but…Shiro’s story wasn’t for him to be married off to finally have a family, when Voltron was supposedly a story about found family.
By Shiro’s happiness coming from marriage, Shiro was reduced to his sexuality. Shiro is queer and nothing else, but being queer is a part of someone’s entire person. If they would have shown Shiro “finding his happiness” on board the Atlas with no-name-dude with a tag like, “Shiro continued as the Atlas’ commander and found his happiness in space,” then fine. Do I still think it would have been random and forced, and all that?
Yeah. It’s 2018, and it’s baby steps, and I can’t believe there hasn’t been a mlm kiss in all of American cartoons already. But putting my own shipping preferences aside - it is progress.
However, Shiro’s core desire was to be a paladin, to help, to explore space. Say what you want about the paladin’s guardian spirits, but Shiro’s was the cosmos. Tell me again why Keith has a dog that can teleport and is called Cosmo? Oh, right. Cuz Shiro was supposed to be able to teleport.
Shiro enjoyed being paladin. He wanted to be a paladin, and if one wants to embrace his captaincy or admiralty or commanding office of the Atlas position - all right, but even then he was someone who wouldn’t leave behind the “good fight.” The good fight was where he wanted to be.
What’s also disturbing to me about “Shiro’s happiness” is that - it’s the ending Adam wanted. If you follow my blog, you know I wasn’t a fan of the “Shadam” pairing, mainly because Shiro and Adam wanted different things. That’s mature. That’s a good representation of an adult relationship. Each wanted something different, so they broke up and moved on. I like that DreamWorks showed that, and I wish they wouldn’t have killed Adam. It would have allowed viewers to see how relationships can have a healthy conclusion.
But for Shiro then to do what Adam wanted years later, leave behind “the good fight” and settle down, is a complete reversal of Shiro’s character. That also says Adam wasn’t enough for Shiro, but no-name-husband is. To be honest, if Adam hadn’t died, Adam could have filled that role, which is disturbing as well because Shiro is now “cured” of the degenerative disease, supposedly. (Technically, he’s not in the context of the story, but I’m ignoring that for now.)
So if Adam would have waited for Shiro, okay. But for Adam to want Shiro once cured, is a terrible message to those suffering from degenerative diseases. (Full disclosure - I was a caretaker of a person with a degeneration disease for sixteen years.)
Therefore, Shiro’s ending comes down to three things:
Shiro was married off because the EPs wanted him out of the story since the get-go, and if there is a sequel, Shiro is out of the fight - both the Black Lion and Atlas.
It was tacked on to fix the BYG trope in Season 7.
It reaffirms that Shiro is “old,” which the EPs just love to say, even though the dude is younger than me.
Shiro’s Role as the Atlas’ commander/captain/four bars
If one wants to say Shiro’s heads the entire coalition as a disabled man, which is empowering, I get it. That is a powerful position, though he hasn’t won a fight since Season 2. (The Alteans beat him up in “The Zenith,” and Zethrid’s Olkari tech is the reason the team wins in “Genesis.” In Season 7, the Atlas doesn’t beat the Altean mech, so Shiro in Atlas hasn’t won a fight by himself.)
But my argument is - Shiro’s core fear was not being worthy of being a paladin, and his position in Atlas proves his fear true. (Even though Altas and Voltron merged at the end, Shiro was still not a paladin - as I explained above.)
Also, it’s important to note Shiro was happy as the leader of Voltron and the paladin of the Black Lion. Plus, he was the garrison’s best pilot. (Keith was the garrison’s best up-and-coming pilot.)
Why would you ever sideline your best pilot? He’s one of your strongest fighters. He’s one of your best skilled fighters, and you take him out of the fight and put him on the bridge? That’s a terrible battle strategy. It’s like having the most winning goaltender in NHL history and taking him out to put in a no-name second-stringer.
What happens? The franchise collapses.
Yes, take that both ways, as I intended. After all, it’s no coincidence that Shiro was the Hot Topic exclusive Funko Pop! figurine.
Not only did the storyline sideline one of its stronger fighters, it continuously reminds fans of this and undeservedly praises itself for doing so.
Shiro had the strongest bond with his lion, and since the lion swap, almost none of the paladins talk to their lions. I think Keith is the only one who actually directs a comment to his lion - the “you’re back” line, in Season 8 and “I know you’re hurting,” in Season 6. The clone asked Black to trust him, but all the rest of the paladins refer to their lions and haven’t actually spoken to them in seasons.
Even the final moments of the paladins with their lions reinforce the original line-up, which does indicate that the lions and paladins haven’t spoken to each other because the lion-paladin bonds ceased to exist following the lion swap. In fact, I would go insofar as to say the lions themselves were not happy with the swap.
After all, Pidge and Lance never do the eye-glow thing, and Allura only did it with Voltron, not Blue. Also, Allura only used her bayard once in Voltron, in conjunction with Hunk’s. Neither Lance nor Allura ever use their bayards alone in Voltron, and also - the Blazing Sword does not return to Voltron until Zarkon is in Voltron with Keith.
So yes, according to “Knights of Life” - Keith is not the Black Paladin. Zarkon said Keith is a leader, not the Black Paladin, and Shiro, too, never told Keith in Season 2 to fly Black, just to lead.
Keith, Shiro & Leadership
Disclaimer: I love Keith. He’s my second favorite character, but I love Keith, not Keith acting like Shiro.
I wasn’t going to go into Keith and Shiro’s leadership dynamics, but after seeing this -
Tumblr media Tumblr media
- I felt the need to touch upon it, as Shiro now reflects Keith in Season 2.
Keith’s leadership is based on two things - his race, as deemed by Zarkon, and two years on the back of a whale leading no one. (This is a story’s fault, not the character’s.) Keith’s connection to the Black Lion is based upon his relationship with Shiro, first asking the Black Lion to fly to save Shiro, then taking up the mantle of leadership because Shiro asked him to, and then again, flying Black to save Shiro.
Shiro, on the other hand, had the strongest bond with his lion, died to save the universe, was saved by his lion, existed in an environment that drove the original paladins insane, and came back to take leadership of an entire coalition.
Yeah, he’s just going to give up? And he’s not going to be the one talking miracles and getting up and moving again?
One can say, “But Keith has developed into the leader Shiro is/was,” which… okay, but then one has to also acknowledge, “Shiro has regressed after all he’d been through”
If one is discussing endgames for characters, this is a terrible place for us to say good-bye to Shiro.
Also, despite Keith’s insistence -
Tumblr media
- it wasn’t. How do we know?
Allura died, saving the universe. In a universe where Voltron wins, it’s because the team is stronger together, and the team wins together. The paladins wouldn’t allow the universe’s survival to hinge upon only one of their shoulders. If Allura went to sacrifice herself, the other paladins would find a way to save her. They would talk her out of it. They would find another solution.
The Season 8 Voltron line-up cannot save the universe, let alone each other.
But with Shiro in Black, Allura in Atlas/the White Lion, Keith in Red, Lance in Blue, Pidge in Green, and Hunk in Yellow - we have a team that has saved the universe and a team that won’t let each other die.
We’d have a true found family that together, would win.
And Shiro would have found his happiness, in Black and in his family.
TL;DR:

Why Padalecki marriage annoys me - non Tinhat perspective
I can safely say that never before has a marriage annoyed me as much as the Padalecki marriage.  Even the Ackles’ behavior is reasonable.  They don’t kiss and make out public because Jensen is not an exhibitionist sort.  I have never respect PDAs.  In my opinion, it is inappropriate.  But remember, I am not a tinhat so you can draw your own conclusions about why the Ackles don’t “display” their love in public.  There is nothing wrong with theorizing.
Genevieve, and Jared [when he is in husband mode] just irritate me.  They oversell it.  In the beginning, I thought she was so lucky to have a husband like him.  He is so beautiful.  He’s so sensitive.  He earns well.  He is respected in his field.  Plus he cried on their wedding day.  How beautiful is that?  For years afterwards, he would gush over her during his panels.  At first, I smirked, then I became poker faced, then I became mildly annoyed and then one day [I even remember the panel] it just got too noticeably exhibitionist.  It was the last question.  Timothy Omundson was called on stage, pretending to be the last question.  And he comically fangirled uncontrollably before perching himself on the designated chair.  His question was “who is your favourite guest star, and why is it Timothy Omundsom?’‘  It was a funny question, and Jensen went with it, saying that he was a fan of Omundson’s beard, which caused Robbie to throw a faux hissy fit because he had a beard too, darn it.  But Jensen pointed out that his beard was pathetic because it was short and he couldn’t braid it.  After the laugh fest, Jared gave his answer:  ’'My favorite guest star is Gen, because she’s my wife and the mother of my children”.
For some reason, that is pissed me right off.  It was a funny question.  It didn’t warrant a serious, gushy husband reply.  Some witless creature made a mistake of pointing this out, in the comment section.  The entire page converged on her.  Even people who had initially agreed with her, backtracked.  I felt angry at this fandom's self-censoring.  I realized she was over loved, not because of any personal merit, but because she married Jared.  They were calling her a queen.  Seriously?  A queen.  For what?  So I went on the internet to see if I was the only weird person who couldn’t detect her monarchical merits.
That was last year-ish.  How do you think I stumbled onto tinhats.  I like most hats because it seems they don't conform to the politically correct norm of ’'treat the wives like gold’’.  And they don’t ask tinhat questions during panels.  Unlike the leeches who love destiel and Misha Collins.  Jared was becoming too extra when it came to Genevieve.  And I noticed he inserted an obligatory Gen mention at least once, in every single panel.  Even after seven years, he was far too “in love”.  And eventually, instead of being happy for their happiness, I started feel like they were rubbing their domestic bliss in everyone’s face.  “look at what we’ve got, nyah nyah nyah.’'  My polite and genuine [but not over the top] respect for their marriage dissipated.
You know who he reminded me off.  He reminded me of Tom Cruise when he was a guest on Oprah and was over pushing the epic love he had for Katie Holmes, jumping on the couch and fist pumping the air.  That incident, I found humorous and embarrassing.  This was plain irritating.  I noticed he’s slowed down now.  The unnecessary wife mentions sometimes don’t even make an appearance, for which I am thankful.  I wonder why though.  Unless he is telling a story that she is a part of, like the Highway story, he doesn’t mention her anymore.  My non tinhat guess is that he was aware that fans were getting pissed off, especially since, he had mentioned something about her in a panel recently [I don’t remember which one], and someone in the front row said:  We know!
Another thing I don’t like about this relationship is Genevieve intruding on fan space.  If people are paying bucket loads to see their favorite actor, unless they specifically ask for a guest appearance by the actor’s wife, don’t intrude.  Once, Genevieve appeared on stage, during a J2 panel, to contribute something unnecessary to the story they were recounting.  I think it was the highway story.  Then she made sure she kissed him before leaving, while the crowd watched.  Why?  She added nothing fresh to the story, and couldn’t she wait to leave the stage, to kiss her husband.  She isn’t paying to see her husband.  The fans are.  Don’t take that precious time away from them.
And I noticed, she usually sits at the side of the stage, overseeing the whole exchange.  As far as I know, Danneel hasn’t done that yet.  Why the need to loom over the proceedings?  Does she love to hear him talk?  That reminds me of the livestream they did, where he was talking and she mouthed ’'blah blah blah’' while making a mocking hand gesture, because apparently he was talking too much.  So obviously Jared’s yammering doesn’t entertain her.
Then at Jib, she got to join the panel.  I didn’t fault her for attending because apparently the previous year, he had gotten sick and didn’t make the con.  I assumed she was there for moral support.  I am a non hatter so that is my analysis.  You cant of course, explain your perspective.  But that doesn’t mean she needs to be on stage.  For what?  Its not like she did something spectacular whilst there.  Rob, Rich and Jared had to take over the discussion because she was so dull.  Eventually even Jensen joined in, revved the crowd up even further, and left.  One of her fan girls complained that the boys ’'didn’t even let her speak”.  Thank goodness they didn’t.
She is inserting herself between Jared and the fan, and now people are forced to be enthusiastic about her.  Its so unfair.  It almost seems like Genevieve wants shared custody of the fans.  That is not how fame works.  You earn it.  You don’t inherit it.  I started to get more and more annoyed with being forced, [by all of fandom, I thought] to go crazy over some woman, I could care less for.  She wasn’t impressive as fake Ruby.  And I was not the only one who thought so.  Cassidy was a bland actor, in my humble opinion.  Genevieve was worse.
The only reason she didn’t fade into oblivion, like all the other female actors, is because she married Jared.  There was a blog called anti-Genevieve on Tumblr, that received a lawyers letter to cease and desist, because of defamation of character.  Its her right to safeguard her reputation, so no problem there, especially if the blog is over malicious without proof or facts.  I did visit the site.  But I don’t remember seeing anything horrible other than her being called a beard.  But it has been a while so maybe I just forgot.
However,  there is another blog called Supernatural Snark.  Almost the entire blog bashes Jared for everything that comes out of his mouth.  One day, an ask about Jensen’s weird behavior at Jibcon, illicited an odd response from the blogger.  The asker said that Jensen’s breakdown was Misha, Jared and the destiheller’s fault because Misha queerbaits his fans, Jared teases destiel and the fans abused Jensen on Twitter after Jaxcon.  She said Jensen was trying to pacify the fans.  The blogger said that it didn’t make sense for Jensen to wait six months to pacify the fans.  Then she disabled the comment so the asker couldn’t respond.  Of course, even I know he waited six months, because he shares no other panel with Misha.  That’s when I realized that Supernatural Snark is a heller blog.
How come Genevieve doesn’t send a cease and desist lawyer’s letter to this witch.  I think I know why.  She only looked for anti stuff about herself on the net and that’s how she found this page.  If she was looking for anti Jared blogs, she would have found Supernatural Snark.  The Minute Maid commercial and her words in it were a little incentive.  She said she was making so many sacrifices.  Well missy, bundle up your babies and buzz off to Vancouver.  You husband is not gone off to war.  You are sacrificing nothing.
She doesn’t seem to care for him.  She doesn’t care about his campaign.  She never tags AFK for anything.  She tags Random Acts, though.  The thing that makes my blood boil, on a personal level, is that she claims that she also suffers from depression.  As a bipolar sufferer myself, the one trend I noticed is that when people are impatient with me, and I point out that I have bipolar disorder, they quickly say that they also suffer from depression, so they don’t look bad.  Since when does she have depression.  Because if she did, she wouldn’t ignore her husband’s campaign that is supposed to help people like her.  Is she sharing in her husband’s sympathy the same way she is sharing his fame?
She has diehard fans on Instagram.  One of them is Ivana.  Ivana gushily asked Genevieve to sign her name so that Ivana could have it tattooed.  I was surprised.  When did Gen become a rockstar?  Then I realized that Ivana has her own SM page where she says she is ITK and best buds with Genevieve.  So she knows that Jared abuses his wife and neglects his children.  Ivana is a heller.  Her best friend Lua James [@Poptivist on Twitter], led a smear campaign against J2 for the Nolacon joke.  Her followers are the ones that made this problem reach MSM.  And J2 had to apologize, publicly, for nothing.  That is ok, because what Lua and gang were initially hoping for was for separates for the boys' panels, so that Jared wouldn’t be near Jensen.  Genevieve is making herself the whip with which hellers can beat Jared.
And both Ivana and Lua cornered Danneel at one con to tell her how everyone hated her, except them.  That was their snide contribution to tinhat hate.  Danneel signed Poptivist’s SPN magazine, with the caption:  “He is mine, bitches”… something inappropriate like that.  Danneel was wrong for writing that.  I noticed she fights with Jensen’s fans a lot.  Ungracious.  Lua is so toxic that she needs a guard at the cons, supplied by Creation to keep an eye on her.  WTF!!!  I always wondered why she wasn’t just excluded, but I think it’s because she is friends with a Creation staff member who also happens to be Misha’s relative.  And because she is a Misha fan girl, she gets to stay.
That’s why Misha’s face appears on the main posters with J2, despite him not being a lead.  Because he is related to staff.    The wives have no fans, but I think Genevieve’s ego is in denial.  Her intellect isn’t, which is why Jared’s appears in her vlogs.  He is the deal sealer for her.  One day this pompousness is going to backfire on Gen.  I hope she figures that out one day.
APOLOGIES FOR ANOTHER LONG POST.  I HOPE YOU DONT MIND.
Thank you for your submission, I’ve always wondered what non-hats make of the OTT parade and the wife stanning.
