MLP FiM/EQG ocs: Golden Note ‘Goldie’, Blazing Flame ‘Blaze’, and Rose Perfume
FiM: Goldie, Blaze and Rose are three disabled foals from Fillydephia who attended ‘The Fillydephia School for Disabled Fillies and Colts’. Goldie is mute but uses her magic to speak, Blaze is in a wheelchair and can’t feel pain and Rose is blind. Golden Note is the daughter of two wealthy families, her father is Gilded Rich and Spotlight Dazzle. Her parents don’t like acknowledging her due to her disability. Sending her away so they don’t have to deal with her. Goldie doesn’t get along with her family, but is trying to work on her relationship with her cousin Diamond Tiara. Her special talent is music, she able to see pony’s music. Blazing Flame’s parents divorced when he was small and his dad moved back to Cloudsdale. His unicorn mother sent him to the ‘special school’ . Blaze hates his school and keeps trying to escape and hopes his father and step mother would take custody of him. Although a trouble maker Blaze is insecure about his special talent, distraction. How can somepony’s talent be destroying stuff? Rose Perfume comes from an extremely poor family, she was sent to the school on a grant from the government. She had a guide cat named Milo who helps her get around. Rose loves gardening and making perfumes those are her special talent. Although she can’t see the flowers she loves to smell their beautiful.
EQG: Three are in the same grade as the CMC and co. They stick with each other and are almost always seen together. Goldie is non-verbal autistic using AAC device and is often blamed for ending her mother’s music career. Her family is a mess and don’t really love her that much. She truly hates her cousin Diamond Tiara and wished they weren’t related. She’s a quiet girl who don’t think will roast you but she’s the queen of roasts. Blaze was born with spina bifida and the inability to feel pain (no one knows why) he has no spacial awareness and is always bumping into something. He’s parents are still divorced and I have decided who he lives with. He’s often and the skatepark doing tricks with his wheelchair. Rose’s family is one of Poorest in town. They live in government assistance apartment, use food stamps, Rose and her siblings get free lunch at school and they often relay on donations. Rose at times is self conscious about her family’s poverty and doesn’t like being reminded of that. She does get jealous of Goldie’s money and how Goldie’s parents don’t have to work but her parents work multiple jobs each. Rose still has Milo and often sneaks him into school. She loves going to the school greenhouse and finding flowers to make her own perfumes that she sells to help her family.

Apparently I can only discuss my MLP headcanons after 10pm but I rewatched Equestria Girls today for the first time in like four years and I've always theorized that the reason we never see a version of Discord in the EQG universe is because he's not even originally from Equestria like the other characters are, there for he couldn't have an Equestria High counterpart

not sure if youve been asked but how do you feel about the equestria girls series/movies? and what would you change abt it if you want to?
imo i think it wouldve made more sense if the characters were in college or maybe in a similar world to their mlp counterparts, except theyre humans. i get it probably wouldnt sell much as dolls when it comes to appealing to a younger audience, but it literally makes more sense considering that they are adults and if they wanted a school environment. i also think it wouldve been better off if they just left it at the first two movies instead of dragging it on bc it got rlly dumb.
okay. dont get me wrong i do love the first 2 movies, eqg1 and rainbow rocks are great, theyre cute theyre fun theyre bangers
but
the style is Ugly, i get that it was all based around selling toys and having them all be the same shape is easier but i just. they dont. look good. also they managed to whitewash??? The Horse Colours????? on the human counterparts??? literally how do you fuck up THAT badly???? youre making them non human colours to begin with you dont need to Lighten Them???? dont even start on the powers shit the whole thing was that they got magic when they exhibited Their Element of Harmony what was the point of making them superpowered, pinkie pies isnt even a power shes a fucking party popper at best??? i appreciate what they were trying to do with eqg and its very good in concept but in execution its just glorified superpowered bratz
if i were to change it id say fuck your toys hasbro theyre all different shapes, sizes, ethnicities, unique features!! make it Interesting to look at and not like im staring at overly detailed stick figures, next? YES absolutely theyre in college now, it gives us more room to work more area to play with in the space and also fuck them kids we're making it relatable to US lmao, it also could allow for them to move into an apartment together and "all the characters live together" aus are always THE best type of content, i could probably manage to lowkey rewrite the series in this au id just need some time.... thinking emoji......
ANYWAY the only really good things to come out of the series was certain slice of life shorts were cute and some of the songs Fuck Severely, and i guess some lgbt representation or whatever i dont care it doesnt count if it makes me mad BDMDFBFBFV

APPLEDASH 2019 RECAP
A lot of things happened in 2019 in the wacky married life of these 2 horse wives, let´s see what we´ve learnt:
1) Rainbow Dash is still being a lovable dummie
2) Applejack still bears with Rainbow Dash shit, and stills loves her
3) They have 3 sons: Cloudy Apple, Sparked Core and Zap Apple
4) Their sons were born thanks to Celestia and the rest of the royalty owing them some "special" favors
5) When Rainbow Dash gets mad with Applejack, she puts her through "Jar time", which basically is poison joke Applejack so she shrinks and then put her in a jar for hours.
6) Scootaloo started dating Apple Bloom, following Rainbow Dash´s steps of "dating and marrying an Apple"
7) Rainbow Dash is coaching Scootaloo on her dates with Apple Bloom, the same way she dated Applejack... and seems to be working
8) Rainbow Dash really thinks a lot of unasked questions at 3 AM to bug Applejack, most of them come from crazy dreams
9) Applejack has a lot of issues with non-apple fruits, unless they are in the form of a pie
10) Their EQG counterparts are the exact same as them, only that Cloudy Apple and Sparked Core are a cat and a blender respectively
11) Windy Whistles´ food is really bad
12) Pinkie Pie is really close to their relationship, to the point to be called "Auntie Pinkie"
13) Rarity knows every single detail about their relationship, mainly because Applejack and Rainbow Dash tell her about each other shenanigans when the other isn´t around
14) The rest of the Mane 6 get involved a lot on their friends marriage wacky ocurrences
15) Both of them can get really loud during their "private time together", also they did it on their very first date
16) Rainbow Dash has a special secret closet where she keep her and Applejack´s kinky stuff... it was a secret until Sparked Core found it.
17) A big part from the kink closet are sexy costumes, with 120 (60 costumes for each one), so yeah, both Applejack and Rainbow Dash are REALLY into role playing
18) Rainbow Dash is the smaller spoon while snuggling
19) Rainbow Dash actually died and came back thanks to necromancy
20) Their neighbour is Lighting Dust, and she has some murder hate for Rainbow Dash
21) The Apple family is quite protective with any of their members, just ask Lighting Dust
22) Applejack tries her hardest to burry the old super heroes alter egos that Rainbow Dash created for them way back when they were dating: Super Gay and Lesokick
23) Rainbow Dash convinced Starlight Glimmer to perform a spiritual spell to bring the spirits of Applejack´s parents to this realm as a gift for Applejack, Applejack hasn´t been so gratefull with someone in her life.
24) Since the moment Pear Butter learnt what a meme is, she sent a lot of wholesome memes to Rainbow Dash, which helps for the development of their Daugther-in-Law/Mother-in-Law relation
25) Rainbow Dash´s parents love Applejack, and the same way Applejack´s parents love Rainbow Dash
26) Rainbow Dash has a french skeleton pegasus called François, and Applejack got a italian skeleton horse called Mela
And the last one and most important of all...
APPLEDASH IS CANON IN THE SHOW!!!
1. The ship is mentioned a couple of times during Season 9
2. Strongly hinted on the finale (borderline telling people they are married now)
3. A lot of staff members shared on social media that they could be married, but decided to neither confirm nor deny it
4. Leaked scripts for the finale show editor´s notes that imply that they are in fact married and they wanted to hinted in the most subtle way possible (without verbally stating it)
5. Friendship is Magic´s mobile game added Future Applejack and Future Rainbow Dash, and their descriptions and interactions together all point towards a relationship
So yeah, 2019 was a pretty awesome year for Appledash, let´s hope 2020 will be 20% cooler

I already know the sexuality headcanons for the Dazzlings, Sci-Twi and Sunset in AA, but what are your sexuality headcanons for the other EQG characters?
I mean, usually if I don’t have any particular headcanon for anyone’s sexuality, I pretty much default to them being bi/pan. It just makes it a lot easier in the long run for me if the characters are flexible either for shipping or porn. No real need to have gender or sexuality politics with any fictional character if everything is a-ok from the beginning.
That being said, even as a non-cis-het person myself, I recognize that the vast majority of people around me either ARE Cishet, or lean strongly that way even if they have some interest in others of the same gender/sex.
For instance, I considered myself straight for the longest time because I had no interest in Men, long before I knew about being Bi-Gender. However, I did eventually find two different men who I was like “Oh, you know what? Dating these two is actually a semi-attractive proposition. I’m still not like, super-sexually attracted to them, but romantically? Hell yeah!” And even then, with me currently dating both 1 girl and 1 guy respectively, I wouldn’t call myself traditionally attracted to Men, and for most people that would generally translate to as ‘Still straight but with an exception’.
So really, I don’t do a whole lot of “Oh this person is straight, this person is gay, they’re trans, etc etc” like I know a lot of people around me who are also LGBT do, I just tend to go with what feels right.
The idea of locking a character out from being shipped/together with another person because of gender or sexuality doesn’t really gel with me, simply because, well, the internet is the internet and they’ll do whatever they want anyway, but also just that, doing so limits story telling and fandom potential. Why limit characters to something so arbitrary?
Usually because it’s more relatable to the individual who is doing so, but as I said, that’s not really how I flow.
But I suppose this isn’t really an answer to the question. So to give a more ‘definitive’ answer for you on how I feel, here’s what I would headcanon for the other Main 7, plus whoever else crops up in my head:
Pinkie Pie I would generally be openly Pan. Gender or sexuality don’t matter to her as long as she can make you happy. Also the most likely to have an open relationship and see sex as fun and something to celebrate, not shun or be shamed of. Sex to her would not lessen a woman’s ‘value’.
Rarity would probably be my ‘Straight girl with an Exception’ clause. She’s the one seen to be the MOST boy crazy, and I don’t think it’s because ‘She’s confused/conditioned’ or anything like that. I think she genuinely loves boys and would happily have taken a partner. Especially in EQG though, I think Applejack would be her exception. The one girl she’s like “Oh heavens yes I would totally date her!”
Rainbow Dash is probably Bi, but leans more heavily towards girls. Its easy to look at her having the pride flag for hair and think she’s the gayest character to ever gay, but honestly I really could see her going either way. For Rainbow Dash, I find it more a matter of finding someone either compatible, or a balancing foil to her. Someone has to make sure Rainbow’s not hurting herself in a way that also doesn’t annoy or upset her.
Fluttershy is the one I would likely make the most traditionally lesbian, if for no other reason than to ensure the FlutterDash shipping. Funnily enough though, it definitely feels like Fluttershy has the MOST straight ships of any of the main girls, and here I am doing the opposite. I guess most people just see her quiet, shy nature as being the most likely to be the ‘traditional home maker’ and as such would have a working husband while she takes care of the home. Straight definitely works for her, but FlutterDash is my 4ever OTP, so yeah, I would go this route personally.
Applejack is interesting as I think it changes depending on the universe. MLP, she’s absolutely straight in my book, and looking for a hard working man that would work beside her on the farm for the rest of her life and make sure the next generation of Apple Family is just as large as her family was. In EQG, I would also make her ‘Straight with an Exception’, that exception being Rarity. There’s less to tie AJ down to the traditional farm life and requiring her to build up a family, so it just feels a lot more natural that way.
Starlight Glimmer I would classify Demisexual. No clear attraction to either side, but if you form a close knit bond with her, she’s much more likely to feel romantic and sexual attraction to her. This is what would say make StarTrix work better than StarBurst, since it was shown just how MUCH Starlight and Sunburst had drifted apart over the years.
Trixie ...Honestly I feel like Trixie would best fit the flamboyant lesbian more than anyone lol. Like she is surprisingly shy and private in her down time, but for an audience she’s always putting on a show, being axtravagent, and she would absolutely be the kind of person to paint her cutie mark on her lovers face for a show to tell the audience ‘By the way, she’s mine so back off’.
Mind you, in SSD Sunset is a pure Lesbian with SciTwi being Bi, and in my own headcanons Sunset is Bi as hell, and SciTwi would likely just be straight lol. Princess Twilight is the one I would more likely have be Bi/Pan and make the duplicates be varied greatly for that.
So I hope that answers the question, and also explains how none of these ‘answers’ are strict or definitive. Ship whoever you want, make them any gender/sexuality you want, because fan content is all about making content that YOU want to see and YOU relate to! There are very few ways to do that wrong, and almost all of them involve hurting real people.

I needed to re-make my headcanons list so here we go: Mlp characters with gender, sexuality, and body type headcanons. Also have some ‘what race they’d be as a human’ headcanons and maybe a few other things tossed in too;
Pinkie Pie

Genderfluid(DFAB). Depending on the day, it will be either she/her, he/him, they/them, or even sometimes they don’t even know.

Definitely fat, but has plenty of muscle and is active as hell.
White, mostly Irish, but has a small amount of Native American in there.
Hella ADHD, fidgets with things all the time, messes with her hair, waves arms as she talks, tends to chew on things(pencils/pens, necklaces, headphone wires, etc.), so she keeps lolipops and hard candies on her so that she doesn’t ruin things.

⚡Shadowbolts Headcanons!⚡
🙄Sugar Coat😾
Sugarcoat has a crush on Sci-Twi, but considering her blunt personality, she hid it well.
If Sugarcoat had a power, it would be the ability to hear from far distances (sonic hearing).
She’s a Lesbian Ace.
She's half British.
She has a soft spot for cats, especially if they are kittens. She doesn’t like dogs, only because one bit her when she was younger.
Her favorite kind of flowers are Daffodils and Lillies.
She’s the smartest of the 5.
Her favorite foods are salad, fish, and blood sausage. Her least is soup.
In the future, she’ll become a food critic.
She's a hidden street dancer. This is something that she hides from her family, since she comes from a rich family that cares highly of their reputation. Her mother and Cinch are associates.
Still undecided, but I like the idea of her and Sliverspoon being related in someway.
😘Sour Sweet😒
I imagine her as either Latina-coded, African American coded, or both.
Sour Sweet is physically the strongest of the Shadow 5.
She likes to work out at times.
Sour Sweet's reasoning for her "two-faced" personality is due to childhood related issues. She always felt that she had to act a certain way to get what she wanted out of her parents (attention, acknowledgment etc.).
If Sour Sweet had power, it would be the ability to turn into any person of her choice (Shape Shifter).
She’s Bi.
Her nickname by her friends and family is Sweetie.
She’s into Salsa Dancing.
In the future, she would be an actress.
Her favorite food is fruit salad. Her least is beets.
She has a twin sister. Saying who it is would be spoilers for anybody who follows @ask-sonata-dusk.
She has some interest and attraction to Sunset Shimmer.

I do imagine Fluttershy & Sunny Flare dating at some point.
Sunny Flare is Principal Cinch's daughter.
Sunny Flare, Rarity, and Mystery Mint are cousins.
I imagine being one of those strong, kind, compassionate, but tough girlfriends that's protective of their partner.
Sunny Flare's personality I picture it to be thicked-skinned, witty, and sassy. A bit similar to Sugarcoat, she believes in telling it the way it is, no matter how much it hurts.
Sunny can be very assertive.
She's a Lesbian.
In the future, she’ll be a professional artist.
💪Indigo Zap⚡️
Indigo is a Non-binary Lesbian. She finds out that she’s non-binary when she’s in college.
She lives with her aunts because she and her parents don't get along.
She has a crush on Sugarcoat.
Her magical ability would be to control and bend metal at her will.
I imagine Indigo being even Japanese-coded and Korean-Coded. However, she grew up in America of course.
In the future, she would be a mass car driver.
Don’t know if I’ll keep this one (because not everyone HAS to be related in EQG), but I kind of imagine her and Flash Sentry being cousins (or at least distant cousins).
Similar to Dash, she’s very good at numerous sports and activities.
Indigo is into partying, like Lemon.
🍋Lemon Zest🎧
Lemon is a Lesbian.
If Lemon Zest had a special ability, it would be the ability to mellow other people's moods out. She would get them to calm down or be at ease by touching them and focusing.
Lemon is good at DJ.
Lemon and Vinyl are currently dating.
In the future, she would become a DJ.
Lemon likes sour candies and bubblegum.
When Lemon isn’t hanging out with the other Shadowbolts, she hangs out with Pinkie and Sonata (hey, she’s allowed to have friends outside of friends 🤷♀️).
Lemon’s into yoga. In fact, she takes the same classes as Fluttershy and Rainbow.

🧮Principal Abacus Cinch👩🏫
Cinch has a twin sister who’s the opposite of her: Hibiscus Cinch. She’s a cool beauty which a touch of sass. For her to be her age, she’s very outgoing. Mystery Mint is her daughter and shares custody with her ex husband. So when Mystery’s with her father, she takes some time for herself, activities like riding her motorcycle. ((If you want to know more about her, feel free to ask)).
Cinch is Sunny’s mother and Rarity’s aunt. However, she’s not close with either one of them.
She’s married to Neighsay.
Cinch’s new occupation is a Librarian.
As expected, she has won many awards throughout her school years.
I imagine Cinch being the way she is due to her mother also being strict while growing up.
Hibiscus, Cookie Crumbles and the youngest sibling broke the family’s cycle of abuse/trauma bonding. Unfortunately, Cinch did not.
Her rough past unfortunately played into Sunny’s upbringing. They don’t have the best relationship, but it’s more complex than that.
With the above said, I do have some ideas for a slight Cinch redemption, but I’m not sure if I want to go through with it yet. Sometimes, people don’t change and unfortunately they stay like that.
Cinch’s favorite drink is mostly different kinds of tea, mint and earl grey especially. However, when stressed or angry, she drinks wine.
