I find Noise so tragic... she was most likely already hated by her birth family and cast out, never quite fitting in. Even if she found people like her, she couldn't fit in with them either. The power they could easily control, consumed her. She kept losing pieces of herself, so she clung onto the few parts of her that were left. But as she lost track of them as well, she exaggerated those parts to make up for the lack of them, becoming a parody of herself.
