Duke Simeon and Duchess Ayana of Schauenburg
Two sims I made for my game. They start as elders with 3 adult children
Simeon (born Mercator) is an ex-adventurer who traveled the world with his best friend Bakary in his youth. They slew many monsters, found treasure and rescued two princesses. The first was Ayana with whom he fell in love and married. The other was the future kings, then still a rebel leader, sister from the tyrannical, who gave him a duchy after winning the throne (Bakary almost got a noble title too but managed to screw it up). Afterwards he settled and started a family.
Ayana is the middle and favourite daughter of a southern king. Lacking her mother and sisters talent in the textile arts, Ayana became an alchemist and apothecary instead. Her parent rejected a suitor who turned out to be an evil and powerful wizard, who kidnapped her and her handmaiden Zahai in revenge. Luckily for them, Simeon and Bakary where already hired to kill him. Simeon and Ayana fell in love while escorting her and Zahai back home and they eloped after Ayana couldn't convince her parents. She became the groups medic, while Zahai unhappily tagged along.

This is what I ended up with building rented houses. I think you've already downloaded ten thousand different lots for your game during the time that the add-on has existed, but maybe mine will also come in handy.
This apartments are fully functional, my sims live in it and enjoy life (at least someone).

Welcome to Oasis Spring Apartments!
This Miami-inspired, midcentury modern complex is home to five units, all equipped with kitchens suitable for a home chef. Four of the units are fully furnished and one has your move-in ready amenities. Community amenities include a spacious pool and a gym that’ll keep any bodybuilder sim happy.
Took a little hiatus from Newcrest after spotting the perfect complex for an Oasis Springs new development and I’m just so excited about how this one turned out! Enjoy 🫶🏻

I’m back with a new build: here’s another italian inspired one, and this time I've built a whole village, with no CC!
It’s built in the beautiful world of Tartosa on a 50x50 lot, with multiple apartments, a restaurant, a coffee shop, a flowers' shop, a book shop and so much more (even a church with a wedding venue inside)!.
I’ve used no CC gallery art by: MOONL1GHTSEEKER, CocoSims2205, Katrindekleine, FruitLoops40.

I'm so excited for the new ep so I'm building a lot of apartment complex. I had this idea of some skyline apartments and with a debug build I created this beautiful apartments :)

The Sim I made for this Years Sim Challenge at GOS. My prompt was Serpent Dream.
Description: “ As the seeress of her people Desideria stands in direct contact to the goddess of serpents through her dreams. But even a dutiful servantess of the goddess wishes for a dreamless night of sleep sometimes.”
I included both version in the download and a text-file with the credits of Desis CC.

Townies - Pack H (for Horses)
Are you a young adult who just moved to Chestnut Ridge and are looking for love? I'm here to help!
When I started playing in the world added by the Horse Ranch Pack, I noticed that there weren't really any sims available to date. These 8 single sims already have some nice outfits (three in the everyday category), skills, likes and dislikes, additional traits, lifestyles and more! And I've also created a horse (with skills) for each of them.
And as they have a horse, they're more likely to appear at Chestnut Ridge with their mounts! I've split these sims into two households because it was more practical to share them, but if you want to see them riding their own horse (and not a random horse in their household), I encourage you to split these households, leaving each sim with just their horse.
Feel free to imagine your own stories with these sims (and their horses)!
If you don’t have any inspiration, look at all the info in the Simology panel, or at their skills, it might give you some ideas! But if you don’t want to play with them, and just want to have new townies to meet in the street or on community lot, you can simply install them on an empty lot and then evict them immediately.
And if you want more sims, download my Townies Packs (Part A, Part B, Part C, Occults and Essential NPCs ), or my Families Packs (Part I, Part II and Part III).
