something i find insane is

the firstborn of an elemental master will be the one to inherit the elemental powers

we know that Beatrix didnt originally have power, since she was the younger twin

but that also kinda explains why Nya didnt also inherit fire

the elemental powers are hereditary, maybe maternal/paternal (the girls inherit their moms power, the boys their dads?) or it could be completely random, but circumstantial evidence supports otherwise

Acronix and Krux are outliers, though, being twins, both with elemental powers

the only thing i can think of is that, since we dont know which of their parents was the elemental master, both of their parents were masters, much like with Kai and Nya’s parents,

but, unless acronix is trans there is no way that maternal/paternal theory is 100% true

I have this headcanon that the Time Twins DID return to Ninjago, but precisely 1 minute before the merge happened, so they were just stood wherever they were dropped off for 1 minute plotting how to get their revenge, only for the world to fucking blow up in their face, resulting in Acronix getting sent to the Ethereal Divide (and therefore being stuck in nothingness again for a long time) and Krux to be blown far away, having to live another however-many years without his brother.

#bonus points if acronix was found by jay and the administration #but jay had no clue who he was due to his memory loss so just let him through #and acronix also has memory loss from being in the timestream (like wu) so doesn't have a clue who jay is either #and then he coincidently gets sent to exactly where krux is but obviously he doesn't know who krux is due to his memory loss #so Krux is just there like “OH FOR F'S SAKE”#and blames it all on wu for absolutely no reason except he hates wu #ninjago #lego ninjago #ninjago time twins #ninjago the merge #ninjago acronix #ninjago krux #ninjago hands of time #ninjago dragons rising

This happened during the first few days, before Max even got his name.

It's finally done aaaaagghhhh 😩 i would have been done earlier if i hadn't been sick (i also was lazy sometimes ehehe...)

I can't say i'm really proud of this. At the start i was excited to draw this comic and it made fun. But at the end i lost motivation and it didn't turned out like i wanted. I give it a solid meh/10

You have no idea how much I want Ninjago to have a prequel season or series that dates back to the Serpentine War Era when the og elemental alliance was still around.

There is SO MUCH STUFF that wasn't really elaborated on. We literally only saw Jay's mum like once during season 7, and we don't even really know why she abandoned Jay. Most of the og elemental alliance members never even spoke, we literally know nothing about them - plus I would love to see more of Acronix and Krux in hopes they get better treatment than they did in season 7 💀

I really wanna know if it's just me who really wants this to happen one day. Please tell me I'm not 😭

Acronix is left handed.

Like the hands on a clock, Acronix is left handed while Krux is right handed.

I have proof, I am also left handed! so allow me to explain my research..

I love the fact that Acronix wields his left sword backwards, Krux doesn’t do this, only Acronix.

Acronix and Krux both get kicked back when their dominant hand weapon is destroyed,

Acronix’s left blade is broken - Quick defeat

Krux’s right blade is broken - Quick defeat

When wielding a sword singularly, Acronix chooses his left hand while Krux chooses his right.

the fact his Apple Watch is on his left wrist, I keep my watches and bracelets on my left wrist as well. Not only this, but he plays the BorgPad with his left hand.

His BorgPod is on his right hip to grab easily, while Krux's hourglass is on his left.

Honorable mentions - Krux using his right hand for tools while Acronix grabs items with his left hand.

While Acronix uses his powers to forward time on his left hand, Krux uses reverse time on his right hand.

And when they lose their powers they look at their dominant hand first.

Now you might be saying; Mystic, are you forgetting that Krux and Acronix wield the Time blades oppositely than their original hands?

No, I didn’t forget, in fact..Hear me out: The Time blades are meant to be held like this because: Ray and Maya created them for Garmadon and Wu to use, They’re meant to be held in the correct hand like how many scissors are for right handed people, the handles of the weapons are meant for the right or left hand. So whatever power was sucked into the Time Blade, that’s where it stayed.

That’s why their powers switched hands, the Forwarding in time was collected in a right-handled Time Blade while the Reverse time was collected in the left-handled time Time Blade.

Wait... is Acronix like 20-something years old... I never like Thought about it but when I do it's like... the Serpentine War was 40 years ago, Krux is now an elderly man, and he Already does shit IMPOSSIBLE for an old man, but if these guys started to go any higher than, like, say, 20 years old during the war, suddenly Krux's shit becomes even CRAZIER!
