My Dear Gangster Oppa or Ai Long Nhai

Oh how cruel to make me choose between my loves. I'm going to have to say Ai Long Nhai ONLY because we only have one episode of My Dear Gangster Oppa and as good as that first episode was, I still have to wait for the show to finish. Ask again later for the real answer.

Polycule NickDanBoston or Open Relationship NickBoston with NickDan as the side?

Well, I love both buuuuuuuuuuut I'm gonna have to say open relationship NickBoston with NickDan as the side. I honestly think that the healthiest and best relationship for Nick and Boston is an open one with each other. I don't think it would work with anyone else but each other but it would work perfectly for them.

TopSand or BostonMew?

Ooooohhhh interesting. I like BostonMew because they are so completely different. Like so incredibly opposite that I know they're only friends because they're both queer and that bonded them. TopSand I feel like there's more hatred there but that hatred is based on one thing and ultimately they both are pretty similar so it would start with hate and then just get kind of boring. I don't think it would work or be messy. It would just be like they both settled for each other. BostonMew though? The messiest of messy.

Overly hyped show or no one is talking about it at all

Show no one is talking about at all. Then I can enjoy it safely in my own little space. Honestly, overly hyped shows terrify me. Not because I don't like the show (though sometimes that does happen) but because the fandom has a tendency to latch onto shows sometimes and jump down the throat of anyone who dare say anything remotely negative or criticizing it. Even if those criticisms are valid and even if it's just them interpreting something as negative when it's not. And truth be told, most shows don't live up to the hype in my opinion. They're fine at best and bad at worst. But fans of those shows can be scary.

Doom or Mood

Hmmm....doom. But only because I had a large coffee at lunch today and now I cannot sleep because of it.

Okay okay. I just want to get this theory out here before the finale. I think that Boston and Nick will part ways as he goes to the US, and then Nick will end the show going on a date with Dan.... Hear me out. Nick was offered the chance to be Boston's bf and turned him down. While he clearly really likes Boston, I think Nick is now much more self aware about who Boston is and where their relationship is going. I don't forsee Boston staying in Thailand suddenly. And since they've kept Dan around, my running hypothesis is that Nick ends the show trying to date some who is less of an "asshole" per say.

I am absolutely down with the show ending with NickDan because Boston is leaving and still truly isn't looking for anyone or anything longterm even if he's offering monogamy for a limited time that Nick didn't totally accept (or totally reject).

I still like the idea of NickDanBoston as a threesome but I also think that we've gotten past that in the show, alas.
