Merry Christmas to @transientday/@nerv0usm3chanic!!!
After participating in the MSA Holiday Secret Santa event for so many years, I was SO ECSTATIC to find out I FINALLY got you as my Secret Santa! I've been wanting to spoil you with some graphic goodies!!
First up is a Lucan/Vivi aesthetic board because I love those two so so much!! The punk vibes are immaculate and I had tons of fun finding pictures that matched the energy of our two chaotic muses!!
Second is a thematic promo card for the boys' blog! I tried making it look like an old, rusted sign you'd see hanging up in a junkyard, or those old local mechanic signs you find in very small, Southern towns. It was SO much fun getting to make this one and mess around with texture brushes!

"Daaaaaarck. Ah'm bored. Ye wanna go fer a ride out inta the desert?" Lucan whined while draping himself dramatically over the couch.
Darck snorted in amusement for a minute at seeing Lucan's over dramatic actions, sprawling himself on the couch as if he were a Victorian actor, depicting such woeful sorrows that boredom could bring. "Aw, what, going drinking together isn't gonna cut it tonight?" The brunette teased with a smirk at her spikey haired friend.
All the same, she did laugh.
"Yeah, sure, why not. See what sort of shenanigans we'll get ourselves into. We taking only your bike, or should I get my Harley?"

This lovely piece was born of my dear friend @keylligraphy-ink and myself plotting various scenarios and alternate universes for our two characters: my rendition of Arthur from Mystery Skulls Animated on @nerv0usm3chanic and her OC Luna on @msaluna.
Ray was responsible for the base sketch, final shading, and finishing of the chair. I lined, colored, and did initial shading on the piece. Collaborating with Ray is just such a treat, especially with such lovely results~.

what ever happened to the other bugs? the big rhino beetle and the dragonfly?
All I did was come up with the aegis of the bug form but those guy have their own verses and lives, highly recomand checking out their blogs!!
They are bug au versions of @nerv0usm3chanic Lucan and @splatterlewis!

There's a small 'BE-BLIP!' from Splatter's pocket, informing him of a text message from 'Dreamsicle' Arthur:
'I heard something happened, man. Are you OK? Just ignore this if you still need some time for yourself.'
At first, it was entirely normal. For... The most part, at least. Managed to quell and direct his rage and wrath upon those that were more deserving of such terrible fates, even while the screams of the damned and furious echoed within the Haunt's bones. Fueling and empowering him...
That is, until the phone went off.
Splatter gingerly removed the phone from his pocket with a curious hum, bringing it up and swiping the screen with his thumb. All calm.... Until he saw the name. Saw the text. And the wrath deep within him was ignited once more, getting his glow to brighten ominous, no longer friendly. While even deeper inside his soul and the chained down heart suddenly felt ice cold fear.
"The gall, the sheer disconnect- no. No. Nononono... Dreamsicle, it's dreamsicle-- A͢͞r͘͟͝tḩ́ų̵ŕ -- NO... No-" Loosing the grip.
His fingers texted short, concise response.

Darck groaned and put her face in her hands. “Lucan, you know Jill does not count because she is too powerful and also made the move first.” And that had been incredibly appreciated. The halfling didn’t often do that these days.
A sigh escaped and she lowered her arms. “Hey, you’re still my wing man here, doesn’t mean I can’t be wing man too. You’re my drinking buddy and the reason I have a higher tolerance again, and you give good advice. Unless it pertains to molotov’s, we don't talk about you and fire.”

“Hm… lets start to head back, I kinda want to get a milkshake.”
“... did you take any lactaid? Do you have some on you?”
“Nah, I don’t.”

“What? I like milkshakes! I wanted to try the new flavor you guys have now.”
“Banana split?”
“Yep.” Arthur popped the ‘P’ and smiles at him.
“Arthur… you should still take some when we get there. Papa has a lot, and Im sure they’ll tie you down if you dont.”
“Pft! As if you wouldn’t yourself.”
“You’re right.” You laugh.
