Hello everyone! It’s been months since I released any new pose packs because of IRL business... so I decided to release THREE new group poses to close out 2022!!!

Set 1: “JUNIPER” (4 poses)

Set 3: “MAVERICK” (8 poses)

This pose pack series is inspired by a new story I plan to release on Simstagram next year! More will come as the story progresses, so I hope you’ll enjoy using these for your stuffs :)

{TNE} Countertop Conversation

My first posepack release for 2023! (Yes, I know it’s mid-February - IRL kept me super busy and seasonally gloomy...)

I originally made these poses for my Sims stories, but finally managed to re-edit them for public release! This posepack includes a set of 10 poses for a single Sim having a serious conversation with someone across from a counter, high table, or bar...

There will be a companion pose set for the second Sim as part of the “serious conversation”. For now, I hope you will like using these with posepacks created by other creators!

{TNE} ORAGON (”Up To No Good”)

Big apologies for the absence! I’ve been busy making up late assignments from a previous semester, but I wanted to release a new pose pack.

This pack has a set of (6) poses, showing your Sims in a demeanor that suggests they’re “up to no good”~ (But they most likely want to look brooding an cool, lol.)

The title “ORAGON” (oh-rah-gon) is a Bicolano word that has no English equivalent or set definition because the word can be used in various contexts. Basically, it’s what you would call someone who makes or causes trouble, whether they are acting like a bully or simply speaking up/standing their ground when challenged or disrespected. For me, it’s a word I want to reclaim, as I get older and learn to be more assertive, even if it makes me seem “troublesome”.

Anyways, I hope these poses give off that vibe~ [Previews under the cut!]

Hey, another life update:

Soo, I'm almost finished with the semester - been busy preparing for my thesis, and now I am figuring out what my next steps are. (Theoretically, my actual thesis.)

BUT, there's been a lot going on... I won't go into too much detail because I am a Big Adult trying to handle my stuff like Big Adults do... (😭) Given all that, I'm taking hiatus on any Sims-related content. That means no new poses for a while - even tho that's how it's already been lately 😓 I just haven't found time to actually work on poses for public release because of school & IRL stuff...

I do have a list of posepacks that I want to work on, some of which I made for my stories but haven't fixed anything since then. Going to take this time to get my shit sorted before I jump back into Sims.

Here's a little preview of what I started working on that will hopefully be released later this year 💜

Another Life Update:

Close to the final stretch of this semester! Mygod, it's been exhausting 😪

Got big projects to tackle before I move on to my thesis semester - but happy to announce that I have completed ALL STORY POSTS for my Simsta story 🙌🏼

It's been a two-year journey that I can finally close out because I've been wanting to work on new stories! There will be a lull in posts - both here and IG - because school. But best believe I will continue doing behind-the-scenes Sims stuff, including poses... (Got a backlog to sort through, ughh)

Thanks for your patience- OH, and new posepacks will be released next month 😁😁😁

Life Update:

Currently on break from classes, which have been a HUGE struggle bus to get used to... Returning to commuter life and in-person meetings really took me out, and I've already had my first breakdown of the semester 😭

But I'm okay-ish.

Finally fixed some group poses that I plan to release in December, after I finish posting my story on Simsta (that itself has been a struggle bus too!).

I just want to continue doing this thing for my enjoyment; no pressure to keep up with everyone or what's trending at the moment. Hoping to find my groove again~

Update for y'all:

So... I don't think I'll be able to release any new posepacks for a while :/

Starting school soon - it'll be my first time returning to campus in person since the pandemic/lockdown, and that means commuting a lot and getting academic again~

Also... I haven't been able to find interest in doing anything Sims related 😞 (Except for working on my IG story)

Maybe I'm just tired all the time, or my mental health is below average, or the existential dread of aging is dragging down my spirits... Well, maybe when classes start again, I'll find blissful escapism in the Sims again.

We'll see. But hopefully I get through this slump!

Hello, friends!

This is TheNefariousEllie, a storyteller on Simstagram. I recently started making my own poses for storytelling and story promos!

I made this set of 8 poses to celebrate my one-year story anniversary with WORTHY - featured in the image above are my original characters! If you’re interested, check out my story account on IG: thenefariousellie.
