Did I mention that my latest hyperfixation is Baldur's Gate 3 / Astarion? Well, here's a Batstarion to further the point! lol He was such a treat to work on, the wings took a few days by themselves, but I'm so pleased with how they turned out!
Again thanks to my bestie for doing the photos! Batstarion is semi-posable, he can fold his wings in to make a loose batritto! lol He also feels so soft thanks to the snow white 19 micron wool. I based his appearance on albino vampire bats (because...vampire....lol).
I made these little silly puppets to give to Chili and Bandit’s voice actors since they were guesting at a local convention. I was able to hand them off and they were the sweetest people ever!
After making these puppets I’m dying to make more silly little guys!
I said in my PopCon map post that there would be new felt designs if I was feeling saucy...turns out, I was feeling saucy! Felted possum friends will be making their debut at PopCon, and will be sticking around for the WEST Wildlife Rehab Craft Show in October!
I have been making a new friend. I think his name is going to be Mr. Vincent Rain. He is a Desert Rain Frog. Do you think he looks like a Vincent?
I have a lot more work to do, more markings, making sure he is a lot more even. Especially his face. But I like how he is coming along. His eyes are not fixed in yet, so they will sit a little deeper. I just need them to help shape his face to allow for them.
I want to make him little shirts when he is complete too.
Yes desert rain frogs have the tiny booty. It's very cute.
