Come build a Garden of Yoga mandala with us! 🌱 Join our 10 years in Northcote celebrations on Sunday April 16, mandala making is 3-4pm, head to my bio for more info 💕 🌿 Our version will use plant materials from my garden as well as stone and glass pebbles. We’ll also be building it up on a table for accessibility and there will be chairs (although access to our studio involves a narrow walkway and steps). The mandala making is a creative and collaborative process, it’s open to everyone with no previous art experience required, and concludes in a short group meditation. It’s also very enjoyable to watch. 🍃 In the Tibetan Buddhist tradition each phase of mandala making from building, to viewing to dissolving is a different type of meditation and it brings peace and harmony to the area it is created.
