I just got off the phone with my therapist about this whole Mythicon thing. Initially, I was excited about the possibility of going. Then she had to go rain on my parade with the reality that I possibly would not make it out of the hotel room because of my crippling anxiety. But she also said that it could be a goal that we worked towards. Practicing my coping skills and working on going outside more. I went to Rhett and Link Live in Jacksonville and had the time of my life. I really want to go, but is it realistic? And I have to make this decision by Wednesday! Help!
