Dang I wasn't expecting a Fuya ask. River boy time 🌊🌊🌊🚣‍♂️
My favourite ship of them
I don't think I have a ship for Fuya BUT if it counts the fact that he's implied to be (or I guess was lmao rip) in a loveless marriage with the Kyoto Sweets lady is VERY FUNNY to me just for how completely uncalled for it was. Besides the obvious Motoi/An0ther plotline, none of the team leaders get much backstory for what their lives were like before the game. And this makes sense. It doesn't matter who Kanon or Fuya used to be because the cyclic nature of the game has dragged them along for years and the people they were are now long gone. They are fighting for lives they are at this point utterly detached from as the world spins on without them. HOWEVER it is imperative for players to be able to extrapolate the fact that Fuya's wife is probably doing fine without him because she never wanted this marriage anyways :) like cmon man Fuya is already so wet and pathetic he didn't deserve this
How do you think they were as a kid
Probably not much different! I'm fond of Fuya because despite being quite meek at his core he's also determined and willing to stand up and fight against long, even impossible odds. I think that comes from a lifetime of being beaten down and tormented (the social network says that other teams make a target of him) and desiring to be strong to not only fend for himself, but to protect those like him. From his love for that river girl uh...comic? Art series? Idk. it's probably safe to assume that he was your stereotypical nerdy kid who was bullied by his peers and yet still walked out of it with a steady-ish heart and his passions intact. He's always been the underdog which makes it even more miserable when he quickly (in the span of NEOs game timeline) kicks the bucket. Maybe Josh will pull a twewy anime and let him come back.
Also I think he and little Sho should have met at least once. Sho bit him on the playground like fifteen years ago and Fuya is STILL terrified of him.
A weird headcanon
Probably that he was bitten by Minamimoto when they were kids but also I think he LOVES minesweeper and that's why he attacks by laying bombs.
When do you think they were at their happiest
WHEN HE PROPOSED TO HIS DISINTERESTED WIFE AND SHE SAID YES AYOOOOOO

… Yugioh? Pick your favourite series.
I forgot to send a heart with the Yugioh ask 💕
ooooh alright! zexal is my fave one, and i got a few i can bring up!!
Yuma / Astral - obligatory fandom big ship mention- they grow so much as a pair from the start of the series, from fighting each other to fighting for the sake of being able to be with each other. And we see them working so gets to be able to stay together, or get back. It's sad they did part, but i appreciate how the ending was left open for interpretation after it seemed like there was a chance of reuniting. I like to think they succeed.
Yuma / Michael - i love the friendship the two formed! I wish we could have seen more of them bonding over shared interests and just having some good times together. Im glad they were still able to form such a strong bond despite the circumstances that brought them together.
Michael / Fuya - hear me out- i know theyre both background characters who didnt get a lot of screentime (esp Fuya) BUT. i feel like theres potential there, i really wish these traumatized cotton candy bitches couldve met. Way way waaayyy back in the day there were some fan arts of them together and that was neat, its lived rent free in my head since then
Send me an 💕 + a fandom and I'll tell you basically every ship I have for that fandom + me talking at least a little bit about each ship.

Lexus "Next Chapter" from Caleb Slain on Vimeo.
Use headphones!  IG: @calebslain
5 productions. 4 countries. 3 continents. This sonic experience is the reveal film for the first ever Lexus all-electric car. The creative challenge was to express the imperceptible side of nature through sound, exemplifying the erosion between driver and natural world. Logistically, this was my first time directing any part of a shoot remotely (about 75% remote), which at one point involved directing two productions in Japan and Thailand simultaneously. Very fun challenge, made possible by the extraordinary talent who contributed around the globe.
Friends have asked how much of the footage we filmed ourselves, so I’ll come out and say there are THREE shots in this video we licensed and modified instead of filmed. See if you can guess them!
