her canon

i. rachel is an actress. she isn’t super well-known, however she recently landed her breakout role and was gaining some recognition until she just disappeared.

ii. until now, she thought she led a pretty normal life. she was struggling to get auditions like any other aspiring actress, getting her name out there. here and then, she’d have some nightmares, and truth to be told, they felt a little bit too real. these dreams were mostly just fractures, pieces of her dying in a really weird way but that was it. after all everyone had nightmares like these.

iii. most of the time she felt fine after that, however after she got her breakthrough role, she started becoming more anxious. the camera she used to love so much, suddenly felt like a person, constantly watching her. for some time she could controll her anxiety but especially when she’d be photographed, she’d sometimes freeze or just try to get away from it as quick as possible. the worst thing was that people would call her rude, or claim that that little fame got to her, mistaking her anxiety for arrogance.

iv. these triggered her nightmares and she’d dream of it almost everyday. little did she know that these nightmares were memories of her past. ( spoiler ) she used to have a photography teacher called jefferson, whom she had admired. however, it turned out that he never had her best intentions on her mind and had a morbid obsession with what he called the dark room. essentially, it was a room he used to take photographs. he’d invite some of his students and drug them, and then take pictures of them being unconscious. rachel was one out of many victims. however, in contrast to the others she died from an overdose.

v. due to these nightmares which she knew of were not simple nightmares, she decided to move to reverie island. it was actually suggested by her manager as they thought it’d be a good idea if she takes a little break. however, rachel is determined to find out who was responsible for her death , as she only remembers a little and thinks that finding that person will give her closure.

vi. personality-wise, she’s really that girl who never seems to be in a bad mood, she’s quite playful and tries to hide her actual feeling with a neverending smile or a bad joke. she is pretty easy to talk to and likes to tease others. she also works at the diner ( kinda undercover always wearing some shades ) because she is on her break and doesn’t have any income.

wanted connections ideas : friends, maybe a fan who recognizes her and is wondering why she suddenly stopped acting, on the other hand someone who cannot stand her based on rumors etc, her manager, people who help her with finding out her past etc.

PLOT: what if voldemort won and ordered muggleborns/halfbloods to be bred by purebloods ? credit to @lemonadecabaret.

STANDING AT THE THRESHOLD OF her fireplace, lenore gripped a handful of floo powder and cast it into the flames. to say that her mood was foul would be an understatement. last week, the ministry of magic had decreed that all muggleborns and half-bloods were to be bred. they were to be coupled with purebloods, whether they liked it or not. those in charge claimed it was to enrich both bloodlines, but lenore wasn’t fooled. she knew it was just another way to control those they deemed inferior. but what could she do ? since voldemort had emerged from the battle of hogwarts victorious, the resistance was practically nonexistent. she had to go along with it. that didn’t mean she had to be happy about doing so, though. shouting out her destination, lenore stepped into the fireplace, arriving in no time at the home of the person who was tasked with putting a baby in her belly. “ hello… ” she called out, tucking wheat-colored locks behind her ear as she stepped forward uncertainly.

for most of her life, gemma cameron was the town’s sweetheart, her family a pinnacle example of what a happy, successful centralia family could be! give me a break.

they run in the mornings, their favorite meal is breakfast, fuzzy socks are a part of their identity, they prefer deep questions to small talk, and their aesthetic changes with her mood.

they are organized without trying, good at team work, and they try not to judge people ( though they can’t always help it ).

gemma’s apartment is covered in house plants and vanilla scented candles. they like soft skin, the color yellow, and high waisted everything. their memory is tinted with gold. they love road trips with best friends and cherry cola in the dappled shade.

if you’re close enough, they probably kept the shell you gave them after finding it on the beach five summer’s ago.

» backstory «

growing up with everything never made gemma feel like anyone else deserved nothing. sharing was caring and lifting others up was their love language, never allowing anyone around them to feel left out.

they were lucky in the sense that they had two parents, still together, that loved them, but they still had to watch them not love each other. they would stay up listening to them fight, getting involved because their passionate, and eventually feel the neglect that came along with getting involved in what should not have included them.

in high school gemma started to close off, pretending to be listening and no longer participating in their friend group. the same friend group would ignore the change in gemma’s sunshine, hyping up the importance of shallow routines like prom, where they would inevitably wear a crown that they had been rallying for since day one of their freshman year. gemma began falling into the background of their life, which meant that other people fell into the background of their life too. the people gemma didn’t have the energy to lift up and take with them on their path to high school victory, aka popularity, would ultimately get left behind.

eventually gemma would be out on their own, romanticizing a ‘ quaint ’ apartment that could only be considered ‘ staying humble ’ if your parents have money. the same way working in radio can only be considered ‘ staying humble ’ when you have gemma cameron’s face.

there has always been a certain intimacy that gemma was able to keep within their relationships with women that felt more vulnerable than any of their experiences with men, though they have never admitted it out loud. they puts the b in lgbtqia+ but their own parents’ christian values make them wonder, can centralia accept gemma as bisexual AND centralia’s golden girl ( golden them? ), or will they have to choose between being themselves and who others expect them to be?

☆ ʰᵉʸᵃ !! tudo bem? eu sou a átoiles, estava um tempinho fora da comunidade de 1x1 mas decidi voltar e acabei de criar esse tumblrzito aqui. estou super aberta pra plots e parceiros então quem quiser jogar é só correr no chat. vou deixar em baixo do readmore um pouco mais sobre mim, algumas ideias de plot que quero e também alguns fcs qual eu gostaria de jogar com mas eu real aceito quase tudo <3

então, primeiro, fora bolsonaro e segundamente, um pouquinhozinho sobre mim:

tenho preferencia em jogar por chat/small, não costumo fazer aqueles turnos de 1000 palavras mas podemos conversar sobre isso caso você tenha preferencia por esses.

jogo com sideblog mas sempre quis experimentar o discord então estou super aberta a essa plataforma também.

costumo jogar predominante com chars female, mas não tenho problema em jogar com males também. só preferencia.

adoraria ter mais plots e personagens LGBTQ+, vamo comemorar o pride month gente.

(01). summer love plot. AQUI tem um bunnie sobre isso mas podemos só se inspirar no conceito e criar algo mais nosso encima. adoraria se os dois personagens fossem novinhos, tipo, com seus 17 anos e fosse a primeira experiencia romântica deles ou só de algum deles!! pode rolar tanto lá nos EUA (califórnia) ou podemos fazer alguma coisa aqui no brasil mesmo em alguma cidade praiana linda do nosso pais.

(02). ok não querendo ser a louca dos plots problemáticos mas tipo, alguém me da algo bem toxico aonde um deles é um bandido (traficante? assaltante? tanto faz, envolvido com alguma gangue e tals. vibe do rio de good girls) e tem essa menina que ele vê e ela é toda timida e fofa e ele começa a proteger ela e só é lindo. tem esse bunnie AQUI & esse AQUI mas eu também tive uma ideia que adoraria conversar sobre se você se interessa no conceito.

(03). romeu e julieta moderno. POR FAVOR !!!! alguém pelo amado deus me da um plotizinho assim. ia amar se fosse m/m também, mas se for f/m eu preferia muito ficar com a menina nesse caso. (inspo bunnie)

(04). eu tô super no mood pra um plot sobrenatural. eu tenho inclusive duas personagens (ambas f) que tô louca pra jogar com. pode ser plot de humano x vampiro, bruxo x bruxo, lobisomen x caçador, humano x fantasma, fada x humano. qualquer um dessas piras eu dou meu coração pra quem me der. as duas personagens que já tenho são ambas bruxas. uma séria apenas pra jogar em um universo sobrenatural e outra pode ser como se coisas assim existissem no nosso mundo de hoje sme a gente ver. (05). eu amaria uma historia exatamente como a de 10 things I hate about you mas com personagens ic. grande preferencia por interpretar a menina nesse também.

(06). outro filme que adoraria fazer um ship inspirado e em all the boys I’ve loved before. eu nunca li os livros então teria que ser algo focado na historia do primeiro filme mesmo.

(07). esse plot, pelo amor de deus. esse plot.

(08). secretly dating/fucking plots!!! essa listinha AQUI de inspo mas dando destaque pras ideias de namorado do irmão/irmã ou tipo, melhor amigo do irmão. bem clichezão mesmo porque eu sou uma merda por esse tipo de coisa.

(09). uh, só, ESSA listinha aqui. sério, eu sei que o contexto é bem simples mas da pra tirar várias coisas com isso.

(10). PLOTS COM BEBÊS. tem varias ideias tipo dois pais se conhecendo quando levam os filhos pra escola de manhã ou ESSE plot aqui de um pai/mãe solteiro ou ESSE aqui sobre ela não tendo contado pra ele da bebê. gênero real é algo que não é importante pra mim em 99% dos caso.

(11). ok mas tipo, famoso x pessoa normal?? ou famoso x famoso?? eu amo jogar com personagens famosos então pelo amor de deus me dêem uns assim aaaa!! tem ESSE aqui mas tipo qualquer coisa nesse contexto eu tenho mais ideias também sdçklns.
