hello honey!! to be honest with you i have no idea if i know of any completed charles series, but here's some that i can think of:

— seasons of love @formulaforza is a great one and i especially love the seasons elements to it, but i am very much biased because i love mack's writing! — another great recommendation is the winner takes it all by @silverstonesainz , i love angst, i am an angst girl so what can i say?? — @curiousthyme has a collection of charlos threesome fics that i'm not sure if they are a series or not, but i'm pretty sure it is and if you're looking for a spicy option then it will hit the spot - also i am automatically a fan of anything ivy writes so there you go. — an honorable mention is deal by @golden-cherry , it is not yet completed (it's apparently going to be a long one so i'm very happy about that), but it's most probably one of my fav things i've red/read on here, so if you can consider an ongoing option, definitely check that out!

okay this is so much fun, here we go!!

— reading (because that's all i've been doing since last thursday and it feels so good not to read a textbook) — baking!! i recently got into it and it's a great way to deal with anxiety — alternative music?? i've been a pop girlie for so long but i think i'm finally expanding my horizons — online shopping👀 hear me out, i don't usually online shop like ever, but it is convenient and i think i might be addicted to amazon now — trying new restaurants!! i think it's because my mom is a chef, but i love trying new restaurants and see what they have on their menus (especially when it comes to their cocktails)

i CANT find the fic! i’ve been searching forever but it’s probably months old :( i can describe it and maybe one of your followers will know? SO it’s on tumblr and it’s a multi-part series. it starts when they’re kids and he’s annoyed she follows him around then there’s a teenager scene where she’s at a party and he HITS someone for being weird to her. there’s a beach scene and then when they’re a little older she kinda comes to the realization he’ll never like her back and starts dating someone else (ANOTHER DRIVER!!!) and she invited him as her date to a leclerc yacht day and CHARLES IS UPSETTTT! his mom ended up talking to him in the kitchen area but reader overhears. it’s so much longer and more in depth and a MASTERPIECE but i don’t wanna give any spoilers in case someone recognizes the story but it’s AMAZING!

this was a request i actually got over the summer and it is about carlos and the team lawyer falling in love, and then consequently breaking up because the season gets tough for our favourite smooth operator. ever since i first listened to maroon i always associated it with carlos for some reason, so i wanted to use similar patterns to the song. also, the fact that the main character is a lawyer kinda hits close to home and i used an analogy from contract law as part of the beginnin and i have to say i love it.

the excerpt below is from when the characters are no longer together, but if you can spot the very obvious effect listening to the hamilton soundrack had on me, we can totally be friends!

Carlos was a winner, and you knew this. He loved winning regardless of the category; against Charles in chess, Lando in golf, even against his father when he made him subject to mindless bets. And deep down, even though you didn’t want it to be true, he saw you as a shiny trophy to win and to keep until your time was up. Carlos saw his father before him; racing and winning, the legacy it left in his family, and in Spain – and even from a young age he knew he wanted to achieve the same. He knew he had the talent, the drive and the ambition, and he knew he would not stop until he got what he wanted. And Carlos wanted to win. But that was the problem, wasn’t it? He was an ambitious man; not a in the usual i want to be the best way, no, because Carlos Sainz was the ambitious man. The kind where his ambition consumed him to the point where winning was all that he could think about, and it didn’t matter what cost it came at. He wanted to be the next Alonso for the next Carlos back at home, he wanted to continue his father’s legacy – and he didn’t care he lost you completely at the expense of chasing that fame. And you think of him, the man who once occupied the left side of the bed beside you when you wake up alone at night now. And you can’t help but to think what a real fucking legacy to leave, that is. To reduce someone into a mess every time they realise they wake up alone. But what is a legacy anyway?

i haven't started writing this fic yet, BUT, i just got the request for it and it's basically about the reader being very close with a certain driver (all platonic, just homies) but she is quite physical when it comes to showing emotions, and everyone ends up shipping her with him (stay tuned to find out who the driver is). however, she is actually, secretly, dating charles and he kinda gets jealous over it and the fic is about that.

you might be asking why the title? WELL... i thought it could all take place in a club and what song better than pon de replay?? so basically i'm aiming for it to give major dirty dancing vibes if you know what i mean, not sure if i'm going to end up adding any smut into it, but please let me know if that's a good idea or not

— if you want to get into the christmas mood, the love of my life @softtdaisy has a little mini series for christmas and i love all the angst in it. — @vetteltea also has a christmas calendar type of a series, and she just posted the last chapter for her series a house a home and it blew my mind!! — this wouldn't be a bee fic rec post without mentioning @golden-cherry and her series deal, i'm so obsessed you have nooo idea!! — @percervall has a series based on freaking mamma mia and it brings me so much joy every time i read the new chapter!! — if you want to get spicy, @httpsserene just celebrated 1k (cograts, by the way!!) with a little mini series called track limits, and it is easily one of the best things i've read on here!!

— "i know i'm not your home' : okay but imagine this, it has to be angst central and what better person to write it with lewis (because i'm definitely not obsessed with him at the moment)?? i'm imagining it being super angsty because you guys have been dating for a loong time, but his career has always come first and while you used to be fine with it during the start of your relationship, you've been wondering what the end goal is. a big fight? probably lots of screaming, but it definitely ends with the two of you breaking up, and i'm picturing him probably running into you somewhere but he just kinda stares longingly from apart. i'm breaking my own heart.

— ' i fall in love just a little bit every day (with someone new)' : OKAY I HAVE THIS TITLE LITERALLY WRITTEN DOWN IN MY NOTES BECAUSE HOZIER JUST HITS DIFFERENT, SO I MIGHT END UP ACTUALLY WRITING THIS WHO KNOWS? okay so i'm definitely picturing this with charles (because love him but we all know he's a red flag and it's fine!). maybe it starts with angst again, maybe you guys were broken up because of the shitty year he had and he wanted to focus on his career?? so imagine the surprise on your face when he shows up to you door months later, drunk and obviously still heartbroken and he starts to pour his heart out: about how he's missing you, and he made an obvious mistake, and he wants nothing but to get back together because his life is meaningless. This most definitely doesn't have a happy ending, because just as he's trying to get to the point, he realises that someone walks up behind you. And who's that? Your new boyfriend.

— 'i got all the love that i need' : i don't have a driver for this one really, it could be with anyone, but after the first two being angsty and all, maybe this one is a happier one, you know?? i don't know why but i'm a sucker for the single parent trope, it gets me every damn time. so maybe in this one, the driver in question is the single parent, and the fic circles around just them as a family with their partner and their kid, and maybe the title is a line somewhere in a story. not gonna lie i might also write this one one day.
