The fan interpretation of Big Mac as trans makes me wonder if she ever asked Discord to give her a sex change at one of their D&D games. Chaos incarnate would probably be all about that shit.
Heck, maybe her egg cracked when she was playing a girl in the game and Discord turned her into her character as a joke.

Seating Arrangements (Dungeons and Discords)
Maybe they do, maybe it’s just coincidental, but in my case of “they do”, I’m not going to elongate my point any more than what’s necessary.
Discord is in Rarity’s chair (Generosity), Big Mac in Rainbow Dash’s (Loyalty), and Spike in Fluttershy’s (Kindness).
The first thought that is put into my head is “Why isn’t Discord in Fluttershy’s seat, seeing as he misses her?”. It would have been a cute detail to add, but seeing as it wasn’t added, I’m led to believe there’s some message or symbolism behind their seating arrangement.
Episode synopsis: Discord is invited by Spike and Big Mac to play Ogres and Oubliettes for guys’ night. Discord doesn’t want to be there and keeps trying to change the status quo, and chews up most of the scenery in the process, as per usual.
Eventually, it’s revealed that Spike and Big Mac only invited Discord because they felt sorry for him, ultimately embarrassing Discord which prompts him to leave. Then, they invite him back after Spike says they should, and alls well ends well.
So, the seating arrangement could symbolise each characters roles in the episode, perhaps?
Notice how Discord is on the opposite end of the table to Spike and Big Mac. This is more blatant than the exact seats that they’re sat in, but it ultimately shows the episodic cut off connection between Discord and Spike and Big Mac.
First, there’s Discord. Look at his entrance. Look at his apathy and apparent boredom throughout the whole episode right up until Spike’s lapse of judgement in his profound annoyance.
To me, it’s as if he’s gracing them with his presence. He always has had that air about him. ‘Discord’ll do what Discord does’, and all that.
He’s being generous.
And he’s sitting in Rarity’s chair.
Now there’s Spike and Big Mac. Spike, naturally, seems like the more dominant of the two.
He’s usually the one to make all the decisions in the episode, and Big Mac follows. Big Mac is his loyal follower. There was only — from what I can remember — one instance where it was Big Mac (or at the very least his demeanour) that prompted Spike to act, or ask him what he wanted to do about ‘it*’.
*Discord.
So, Big Mac is sat in Rainbow Dash’s chair.
Spike is more complicated. I guess you could say that because he was the one to invite Discord out of pity, he was the kind one? But, I’m not as fond of that concept.
But hey, he’s sitting in Fluttershy’s chair.
