Mortal Kombat OC
Hina Abbott
Hina is from Earthrealm. She is 5’7 and has dark brown hair and gray-blue eyes. She works as a ballet dancer for a small studio in a big city.
Hina's parents passed away when she was 12 and she spent the next few years at her aunt's house with her cousins. She left their small town when she turned 18 and has never gone back. (Her uncle was kind enough to her but everyone else was mentally abusive)
Hina took self defense courses to keep herself safe, but they didn't help her much when Kano stormed into her apartment and abducted her. There had been a prophecy of the future that foretold of Hina being the means to destroy Earthrealm, and Quan Chi wanted to find her.
The abduction was foiled by Raiden who transported her to the Shirai Ryu temple. Raiden gathered the heroes together and held a summit to try and discern why she was important to the enemy.
They decided to assign Kuai Liang to protect her until she was no longer in danger. He fought against the choice, saying literally anyone else would be better suited for her guardian.
Raiden stayed firm in his decision and left to investigate.
Kuai was very rude to Hina in the beginning. He didn't speak to her or acknowledge her presence other than to admonish her.
He brought her to his clan and she immediately tried to be as helpful as possible. She did whatever she could to make herself useful; helping the elderly with chores and repairs, baking/cooking, she volunteered for literally anything.
Kuai saw her and was genuinely surprised, he assumed she would be weak and unpleasant.
The two grew closer after months of kidnap attempts and weapon training. Kuai taught her to fight with a staff, as her strong legs gave her a good foundation for holding the stances.
Despite his best efforts Kuai fell in love with Hina. He realized it when she fell into a freezing pond after rescuing a child. She nearly died that night and Kuai felt helpless and ashamed as he held her in a fur wrap next to a roaring fire. He was upset that he couldn't be the thing warming her up, and he realized that he didn't know what he would do if he lost her.
Kuai and Hina were deeply affectionate and loving toward each other. Everyone knows how much they cherish each other and the village is so happy for the grandmaster.
Eventually the full prophecy came to be known. If Hina was murdered, Kuai Liang would be so distraught over the loss of his love that he would become blind with rage and cover half of the earth in a new ice age, killing nearly everything caught in the blast.
Kuai vowed anew to protect Hina and to make sure the prophecy never comes to pass.

So, it's been probably over a year or two since i used this account BUT i wanted to revive it with my OCs and all that tomfuckery. So- here. [Throws my Mortal Kombat 11 OC at you]
AND HERE'S THE LORE !!
Born as a demon in the Netherrealm, Roxy Cipher was a sweet and innocent child with an unholy, horrifying pair of parents. They didn't want the child, she was practically a mistake. So, her parents had made up their minds and decided to get rid of her. "She has no use in hell here, so maybe she can cause mayhem somewhere else." Spoken the mother. Both parents were travelers, always finding a way to other realms, Earthrealm being their main target…
In Japan, Roxy was dropped off, in a garden… A majestic, beautiful garden. The Fire Garden of the Shirai Ryu. A note was written; "Roxy Ann Cipher. If you find this child, you may do whatever you wish. You may rename her, and raise her as your own." No names were signed, but the child was lucky to be found by Hanzo Hasashi himself.
The man raised the demon child as his own, knowing the troubles that may happen in the future. He renamed her Flora Spike Cipher. He figured she was an artistic demon because of her growing paintbrush tail. He taught her the way of the Shirai Ryu. The ninja life was a struggle for the demon, due to the fact she had to learn many human skills and learn her own at the same time.
(Note: this is related to her abilities; she's a skilled artist that can turn her art supplies into weapons and revert them back to normal at any time she wishes. Including her paintbrush tail that can turn into a drill of death.)
Flora was seen as Hanzo's daughter for a long part of her life, raised with manners and the heart of a warrior. She was always sweet and kindhearted but could be brutal and disturbing when it was needed. She was never taught how to disguise herself when she was with him, so other clan members were aware that she was a hellspawn. They murmured frequently, trying to convince the leader to get rid of this child. Refusing each time, Hanzo kept Flora and never wanted to let her go.
During her early tween years, Flora could feel herself changing in a way she despised. She was gaining the demon and unholy urges of her biological mother; vicious and cruel, and no care. She never wanted to be this way, and Hanzo knew. But right when he tried to help, problems grew worse for himself and the clan.
The clan would ignore her, wishing she was gone as soon as possible. And during training, the Shirai Ryu was attacked by another clan, Hanzo being out during this attack.
Other clan members pretended to care but then ignored her when she asked where Hanzo was. They lied and claimed he was dead, leaving her devastated and left behind.
He was still alive, but her young mind believed the lies and remained still in the hiding area, which was close to the garden. For many days, she starved herself as she stood in the garden, waiting, hoping he'll actually return.
He never did.
Years passed. Flora was all on her own. The artist taught herself how to disguise, but her human looks only stayed for a short time, which was clearly bad for her.
She survived off little actual food, only animals and plants she discovered in forests and areas she would hide in. She used her stealth and quick speeds to attack very well, like an animal, but when spoken to, she remained civilized. She's roamed in many places, back and forth from Outworld portals she snuck into, and traveled back to Earthrealm in many different places. The main places she stayed in were Spanish-speaking areas, and Japan. But she knew fluent English as well.
TW - S.H. - Flora had numerously carved into her flesh to reduce her mental pain. She believed it was all her fault about "Hanzo's loss" and she wished death upon herself… Her flesh from below her shoulder and to her wrists are scarred in many different shades of pink. Same with her upper thighs to her knees.
It was a miracle this day even arrived. Flora was found… A hot and harmful day in the grounds of Outworld, Flora had run into a delinquent in the realm, and stole from them. (She stole water, cooked meat, and shreds of clothing from dead bodies to cover survival wounds and parts of her body.)
Her crimes were reported to another Outworlder (Kotal Kahn), she was hunted down shortly after. But Flora did not give up without a fight. She had tried to escape Kotal Kahn, but was brutally beaten by him as punishment, her horn being destroyed as an example. He had spoken harshly to her. Degrading her and nearly killing her, a slash was given. Who was the speedy demon who distracted Kotal…? Flora was curious, but escaped. She was alone in a dark area (forest-like.)
The "hero" who saved her had approached and identified himself to her. Kabal… A member of the Black Dragon. He had admitted he had seen her fight and steal swiftly, impressed with her skills and abilities, and he eventually offered to bring her in and introduce her to Kano.
"…As long as i'm somewhere new. And not alone." Flora said to him, with a look as dead as a pile of flesh being eaten by worms. Kabal had brought her in, learning all about her and some Shirai Ryu secrets she had in the back of her mind.
Much time later, Flora was taken care of, healed and stitched wounds, and cleaned. A brand new wardrobe, and a greedy mercenary family to assist her in her way of life.
She had gone back to her demonic urges and ways, officially a brute and as greedy as the others, but only showed her soft spots for Kabal, eventually romantically dating him.

to keep it short-- he once was one of the few of raiden's allies who survived. but losing so many friends in battles against shao and shinnok & raiden's corruption really broke him, so he allied with kronika after he was given a promise of a new, better timeline.
he's just a sad, tired, desperate swordsman that lost everything he once cared about. wah :(

Timeline 1 (terminated - Mk11): Cyberized
failed to escape Frost's cyberization. She perished along with other Cyber Lin Kuei on Kharon's ship.
Timeline 2 (on-going - pre-Mk9): Decapitated
upon asking for Rain's aid in fighting against a troop sent by Shao Kahn to deter her army resistance, the demigod recognized her as one the attackers that assaulted his fleeing group many years ago, which led to many deaths on his side, by the scar he left on her left cheek and planned a revenge plan by luring her to an abandoned temple. There a fight erupted and Giri was overpowered and decapitated by the demigod. Her headless body was found later on by passerbys and somehow fell into Shang Tsung's possession. Multiple "modifications" were made on her and she served as one of Shang Tsung's minions for many years until his spells wore off enough for her to break free. Now forever on the search for her lost head and a chance of vengence on the demigod.
Timeline 3 (main timeline - Mk11): Revelation
Currently residing in Lin Kuei after many years of no reach-out from Outworld and a discovery of lineage between Cryomancers and Feliade - which share the same Arctikan origin before one group broke off to flee to Edenia and the other - Outworld, Giri now vows her loyalty to Earthrealm, the remaining Arctikan of the Edenia's branch - Kuai Liang and anyone that allies with aforementioned groups.
Timeline 4 (finsihed- pre-Mk9): Chaos
During the time wandering Outworld's desert following her exile, Giri came across a vagabond Chaosrealmer named Morana (belongs to Wolviepoot/Instagram) who taught her the way of chaos. Enticed by the ideology, she followed Morana to Chaosrealm and became a priestess of Chaos herself many years later.
Timeline 5 (Terminated): Murderer
Spending many years in the Lin Kuei, she slowly gains a stable position in the rebuilt (again) clan and comes to develop a relationship with Kuai Liang and has two children. Nonetheless, in a freak accident, she comes into contact with the Dragon Medallion whose effect causes the recessive cryomancy gene of the Felidae to emerge with uncontrollable impact. As a Felidaen's body is not built to withstand immense hypothermia, she develops severe frostbite on her limbs and necrosis. In the fit of insansity, she kills one of her offspring, the clan, and Kuai Liang despite having half of her face destroyed by him in an attempt to stave her off. Upon regaining consciousness and realizing the situation, Giri buried all of her victims and tries to end her own life, only for the Medallion to stop her. For many months she wanders the mountains around the massacre site in an oscillating state between madness and grief as the medallion feeds on her life force, until her surviving son - after many years staying away from the massacre site returns with Hanzo, who adopts him. In a split moment of clarity, she begs for death before being taken over by the medallion's madness and charges in to fight the pair of mentor and apprentice. She is killed as the Medallion finally drained her cleaned of her life force. Hanzo and her son buries her next to the others and takes the Medallion with them back to the Shirai Ryu for safekeeping.

I've been thinking abt Ukitama (23 yrs old) and Cheo-Won (30,000 years old) for a while now 😭
Cheo-Won used to be best friend of Ukitama in the old timeline, before Ukitama betrayed him and goes for Kronika. Long story short, Cheo-Won was able to kill Ukitama using his stars manipulation. Ukitama is a necromancer.
In the new timeline, Liu Kang gave Cheo-Won the title 'Lord of Stars' because he helped creating the new timeline along with Geras. Ukitama was reborn, also a necromancer, but this time a bit nicer. Cheo-Won met Ukitama again, and of course, Ukitama didn't have any memories of them together, which will always makes Cheo-Won's heart drop when thinking about it.
After a few years, Ukitama grew up and married (insert guy's name) , yet she died from a disease passed by in her family. Unlike her deceased family, Ukitama requested to be cremated when she died.
Cheo-Won received her ashes. Ukitama isn't his wife, nor lover. But she was his only ally, friend, best friend, tutor, in the old timeline. She was everything to him, and he fell into depression after realizing he's useless because he couldn't chase the disease away from her. To protect her, he failed, once again.
He wants to be with her. But how? He's immortalized. He can't die. He can't talk to spirits. Cheo-Won paces around his old mansion, and grabbed her ashes vase. Going to the kitchen, he baked. He baked a chocolate cake. With Ukitama's ashes.
He ate, and ate. The plate is clean. She's now with him. Fully. He's now with her.

Titan Shang Li - Complete Self-Control
“So, what to do with him, sister?” Shang Tsung questions as he looks up at his sister, who sits on her throne up above with her usual cold and dominant demeanor.
Shang Li stays silent for a couple of seconds, looking down at her Titan brother and his own subjects who hold down a tear stained faced man, his breathing shaky as he looks up at his Titan “Hm, are you in need of experiment subjects, brother?” She questions, her cold and dominant demeanor not changing.
The man shudders with fear, his eyes wide as he turns his gaze to the other Titan, his hands shaking violently; his heart drops to his stomach once Shang Tsung gives a simple smirk at Shang Li’s question “One more could only benefit me, sister…” The Titan answers, his tone laced with excitement and malice.
Shang Li gives a motion of her hand to her own subjects as her green eyes stay on the crying man, signaling them to help Shang Tsung and his own subjects to bring the man away; the man screams and thrashes, begging for forgiveness of his actions to his Titan as he refuses to stand up, kneeling before Shang Li with his forehead on the ground.
Shang Li gives a simple scoff, pointing down at the man “You have failed me too often. I have given you chance after chance, and you very well knew the consequences of your forceful failure…” She says, standing up and slowly descending from the stairs of her altar, her cold green eyes staying on the man “You cannot kiss the ground I walk on and expect me to forgive your pitiful and horrid actions!” She raises her voice, grabbing the man by the hair and pulling him up on his feet.
The man knew his life ended then and there, if not as soon as the Titan stood from her throne.
“Bring this insult of a man away from my sight!” Shang Li orders, to which Shang Tsung gives a motion of his hand to his subjects to bring the man away. The Titan twins watch as the screaming and crying man is dragged away, Shang Tsung with a sadistic smirk while Shang Li stays with her usual stone-cold expression “I haven’t seen you in such rage in millennias, sister…” Shang Tsung points out as he turns his gaze to look down at his sister “The man knew naught the concept of loyalty, brother…” She simply replies, her green eyes looking up at her brother.
Shang Tsung chuckles lightly “I see…” He simply replies, beginning to turn away and materialize back to his own timeline “I’ll be away for a while… I expect you to not overexert yourself…” He warns her, but Shang Li knew it was more of a pleading “I won’t, brother… you needn’t worry…” She replies, brushing off her brother’s concern as she herself begins to walk off, her hands behind her back.
“I am serious, Li…” Shang Tsung places his hand to her shoulder, forcefully turning her around to look up at him. Her once cold eyes now soften as she sees the fear and concern in his own green gaze, his hand firmly grasping her shoulder “I know, Tsung…” She replies, her tone lightly shifting to show her sadness and exhaustion her endeavors have caused her, yet her coldness is still present.
Shang Tsung pulls his hand away, crossing his arms as his green eyes stay locked on his sister “I trust it…” He simply says, giving her one last look before de-materializing away “I know…” She whispers, her gaze dropping down to the ground.
