hi!! i hope you don’t mind me reaching out about this but i read your tags on my our dining table gifset and i wanted to thank you for pointing out the coloring! while what i did was nothing revolutionary, i did purposefully choose scenes that would look better with warmer coloring because i wanted it to be a warm, intimate gifset. that’s how the show makes me feel when it’s not making me sad lmao i prefer to focus on the comfort tho.
i really liked the result but the last gif is my favorite and i want to show why. while it didn’t take much, that gif does show the power of coloring and warmth because the scene itself is not so much blue as it is Dark. it’s almost a sad vibe? which i did not want for my gifset lmao so i turned up the exposition and balanced it out with a bit of color and contrast

to this in a few clicks
because sometimes all it takes is a bit of sensibility and warmth ❤️
let me tell you, i was so surprised to see this ask, i'm happy you reached out and i apologize for the late reply🌼
i'm grateful you took time to respond to my tags! the show definitely can feel like warmth itself at times, you captured that feeling (i was personally reminded of a room with a wood-burning heater inside, warm and bright, contrasting the grey winter sky outside)

Despite his best attempts to hide just how TERRIFIED and STRESSED he was anyone who really knew him could definitely hear the slightest of trembles in his town. He was scared, he was so scared he wasn't going to be able to reach her.
