okay, i'm on s7 of aos, and in my aos!bucky au sousa sees bucky only after coulson explains that they're from the future. bucky (who has cut his hair so he could blend in better when they were in the '30's) talks to sousa since he also was ripped out of his time (and he "died" only ten years before sousa "died," so bucky has more of an understanding of what sousa left behind). and sousa recognizes bucky from pictures peggy had and is all like, "oh, they faked your death too?" and bucky's like, "well, not exactly," trying to figure out how to tell this guy that, no, his death wasn't faked, he was actually saved by prototype super soldier serum zola put in him but hydra found him and brainwashed him and used him as a weapon until 2014.
