What is the relationships between Ggio vega and the tres bestias
There's definitely some level of tension between them. While Halibel and her group are relatively content to stay out of everyone else's problems and mind their own business, without much concern about strength rankings or other pointless competition, Barragan's Fraccion are not of the same mindset in the slightest.
At the very least, Ggio has an attitude. They're the Fraccion of the Third Espada, while he's in the service of the Second. That means he must be much stronger than they are, and much more capable! Ggio is enough of an arrogant little shit to rub that fact in others' faces whenever possible, and I doubt Halibel's girls are exempt from his boasting and posturing. Ggio is bound to make an annoyance of himself, but their individual reactions to that vary.
Apacci, no doubt, rises to his challenge far more often than she should. She can't tolerate Halibel being insulted, which leads to plenty of bickering between them over whose Espada is superior. The only reason this doesn't turn into full-on brawls is that neither of their superiors would be pleased with them causing trouble.
Mila Rose is similar, but with less arguing and more irritated disdain for Ggio and his constant need to act like he's better than them. There have been a few cases of near-violence... and of the three of them, Ggio is likely the most intimidated by her.
Sung-Sun is the one provoking him, most of the time. She's good at getting under people's skin, and Ggio is annoying enough for her to want to start shit from time to time. She's careful not to make problems for Halibel in the process, but seeing her rival Fraccion fuming and unable to retort is too satisfying to resist.
From Ggio's perspective, it's not really personal. He's more concerned with proving himself than the people he's getting into spats with, and he probably hasn't paid much attention to the three of them beyond what it takes to puff up his ego. Deep down, though, he does have some level of respect for them... and he's at least a little bit jealous of their close and mutually respectful relationship with Halibel. If only Barragan would recognize his subordinates like that. too...
