It's legit insane that there are 19 seasons of Grey's Anatomy, yet here I am watching every week and eagerly anticipating the next round of mess as soon as I can get it!

I know they aren't going to kill Teddy but I'm excited to be emotionally beat up if they surprise me and give her long term pain. I want her and Owen to be happy. I'm pretty and I want Richard to drink so I can get more drama. I'm so happy for Jo and Link - at last!!! Those 2 + Luna and Scout are extremely adorable and I live for it

I'm honestly loving the new interns and I love how they are MAGYK as a homage to the OG interns - MAGIC. That being said, I'm really not on the Simone and Lucas train haha, maybe I'll change my mind soon. Kwan and Jules have the potential to be a gave for me - I won't lie though, I just adore Blue haha

I miss Maggie so much already and her exiting scene with her in the elevator standing between her two moms Ellis and Diane is one of my all times favourite scenes in the entire show and I got so emotional. I'm glad that she and Winston seem to be in a good place not but I was furious at them fighting for most of the season and I thought Winston was being a big bitch baby.

Meredith has taken a step back and I surprisingly don't really care? I hate that Nick took her back after how awful she was to him lol. And Kai & Amelia broke up which is no surprise and should have happened last season.

Addison showing up this season was cute. And I fill on cried when Bailey won the Harper Avery/Catherine Fox award - it was amazing and gave me all the happy feelings I needed

Wait so Greys killed Merluca and Merhayes, just for Mernick to get the most dissatisfying ending ever? I understand she’ll be back but still. 

Just finished the Greys Anatomy season finale and URGH I’m pissed. How is that when Mer wanted to leave everyone gave her shit about it but everyone else just left without ANY DAMN WARNING. Honestly, she should’ve just given her notice and left - not like she owed anyone anything there. They villianised her, made it if all the work she had ALREADY done for the hospital - like the Harper Avery Award and the mini livers project and hell the Parkinson’s project were not the reason people came to work at Grey Sloan.

I genuinely can’t believe they blame her for the shut down of the programme - was the physician shortage her fault? NO. Did she introduce the Webber Method? NO. In fact it was Bailey who blurred the lines in their relationship - accusing her of being ungrateful to her work place, which essentially forced her to stay. And when Bailey said “you break it, you buy it.” - that ENRAGED me. You know who broke it - Bailey and Webber. Bailey wants all the credit but none of the blame. When something great happens (usually because of mer) - she’ll be like I taught Meredith grey, but the moment things go bad she needs people to blame and can never take responsibility for her actions. In her tenure as chief, she has taken sabbatical and dropped her job so many times. Clearly she was not meant for the job - as much as proclaimed it since the start of the show. Talk about arrogance. And Webber - talk about another person that blurs the lines of professionalism and relationships in this hospital. He’s literally the person who started this whole circus - standards had dropped of the residency program while he was chief, starting the Webber Method, and not having proper supervision for it. But somehow Meredith is the one that ‘broke’ it. ffs, I hope she builds the place into a MUCH BETTER hospital and proves to them that she wasn’t the problem - they were.

Team Superwonder or Team Wonderbat?

Team Merder or Team MerNick

I accept both SuperWonder and WonderBat. I must admit that I do lean a little more towards SuperWonder because of the things that it forces Kal-El to consider about himself and relationships. The recent iterations of Diana (at least the DCAU ones) have her as being open and bold. I'm interested in Diana questioning who she gets when she's with him. It's established that there's Superman. Clark Kent and what is in essence, his secret self, Kal-El. Literally his Superego, Ego and id whereas hers are all pretty much present all the time. She's a warrior. He's a defender, not a warrior or a soldier. The tension of that is fascinating. Her loving freely and openly actually opens him up. Clark's softness is an interesting counterbalance too. I also like that they can be silly together and have fun together, which I almost never see in the stories of the WonderBat pairings.

Some people like the idea of SuperWonderBat. I've found most stories about them as a triad are kinda funny.

Regarding MerDer and MerNick: definitely not a MerNick fan. I don't see it. I don't think he is a good choice and she doing fine. Was not a MerLuca fan either. DeLuca was too young and was basically her and Derek with the roles switched, which did neither any favours.

Derek can be problematic for me because as my older bestie pointed out watching various episodes of various seasons, Derek talked down to Meredith and was dismissive of her. Admittedly he could be that way with others and was called out on it by Meredith, Addison, Callie, Cristina and others. I do believe that towards the end of his run, Derek was becoming more humble and the bastards that the Grey's writers are, gave us some of the best of their relationship right before they killed him off.

I have another older bestie that still clings to MerLex as Endgame. While I think they gave each other the sibling relationship they wish they had growing up, I disagree with them as Endgame.

I did like the idea of Meredith + Callie or Meredith + April or Meredith + Irish guy.

I do believe that towards the end of his run, Derek was becoming more humble and understanding and respectful of the doctor and person Meredith matured into. Just so the bastards that the Grey's writers are, could give us some of the best of their relationship right before they killed him off.

I have another older bestie that still clings to MerLex as Endgame. While I think they gave each other the sibling relationship they wish they had growing up, I disagree with them as Endgame.

I did like the idea of Meredith + Callie or Meredith + April or Meredith + Irish guy as a follow up. But of the two teams-it's MerDer.

I would love nothing more than to see Nick Marsh with Meredith's kids again.

So will Meredith go away with Nick?

Cause I think if this is the end, I won't be happy... We had eleven seasons with Meredith and Derek, then they killed him, but he was the love of her life.

Then we had three other seasons with Meredith and Andrew, and I loved them sm! But they killed him too, and she was really in love with him.

Well, What I'm saying is that for me it wouldn't be right to have Meredith leave with someone who only arrived a season ago and of whom we have seen very little, of him and of their relationship...
