This time we are with N, after he was tied to the tree for weeks like in canon, but since they are humans, it was ALOT worst. Basically he went through hell, only to wake up on a surgical hospital bed, his body feeling like it was burning from the inside out and tubes connecting all over his body, bringing a painful yellow liquid through.

V is next to him, all wrapped up in bandages and dried blood all over the medical table. J looks...really weird...and her feet look odd. His vision is blurry and he can barely see, and he's exhausted.

All he can see is his younger sister, but something is wrong with her too. She's not strapped to a medical table, and she is spouting nonsense about a new directive, as well as weird goopy arms coming out of her back.

The Elliot's are nowhere to be seen and CYN says they have went on vacation, that him and his friends weren't briefed about before they left?? Odd....

What is going on?

My last few tries on Helmetless Beast Out Gregar always felt off to me, so I wondered if I should've adjusted Hub's hair. All I really had to do was turn the "mane" into "spikes" to complete the head shape.

I can only draw it nicely a total of 2 times at once.

#I made them spikes before but I tried to keep the thickness of the original “mane” so much that it looked heavy and weird #so I went with metal man looking things and it looked instantly better #I also considered doing an additional spike towards the bottom but the shape then looked too busy #besides hub's actual hair makes up for that anyway #well anywho yeah I don't know what happens #I got such a Great Grip on the design the first few takes then I instantly forget it :)#that's what working full shifts does to your memory #but I think continuing to scribble it loosely helps :>#doodle-daas #megaman.exe #megaman exe #rockman exe #hub hikari #saito hikari

And chao endlessly reincarnate right??#so what if metal used to be an ancient but doesn't REALLY remember #but has just enough Awareness to “pilot” the suit effectively #and that's why Eggman didn't replace him when he failed like he did with all the other robot sonics #since no other chao were willing/ had the muscle memory #and a non- chao- powered mech simply didn't have the same level of in-battle decision making that Metal does #or something IDK it's like 3 AM here and I should go to bed #ALSO WHAT IS OMOCHAO?????

just remembered that back while the metal virus arc was happening there was a Lot of discourse about whether or not that whole thing was sonics fault because he let mr tinker go . and looking back i think its kind of strange that some people were mad that, in a long running franchise where the main villain always has to come back no matter how many times hes defeated, sonic and shadow didnt just kill eggman or something. like you understand why they couldnt do that from a writing perspective right

#and even if sonic DID make a different choice in that whole situation #and did something other than just letting mr tinker chill in that village and hope he doesnt get his memory back #eggman STILL would have come back somehow. because he always does he always has to its like a law of the universe or whatever #actually if i remember correctly they did kill eggman for real in archie once. but they still found a way to bring him back later #i dont remember the exact details . but i highly doubt they could get away with something like that in idw anyway #metal virus #< taggingfor blacklist
