#personal#i spent march 2021-late april/early may 2022 (i dont remember lmao proving my own point) permanantly dr*nk or h*gh#i dont think i went more than a week without it and looking back you could TELL. god.#like obviously now i still ~participate in activities~ sometimes but like. it's actually in moderation now and it isn't daily now#it's like.................... i might do it one or twice in a couple of months. not like. i need to do it every day to survive.#march 2021 was a really bad time for me like. we know this. if you follow my main you know this.#idk im very emo about that. like i joke but i was just..... slowly killing myself lmao like i literally was!!!!!!!!!!!#me @ march 2021-feb 2022: long story short it was a bad time long story short i surivived
