i blacked out for a minute and came back with more puffychu sorry. new lmanberg the boat. the seven of them scurried away from their shitty lives on land onto this dinky little boat together and then they got hostile takeovered by manberg and then wilbur So Died. niki is stuck on this godawful pirate ship that has basically gone to hell since their captain died following a hostile takeover and mutually assured destruction and she's kind of considering just jumping off the ship and swimming to land (well she can dream) because it's better than having the rest of the cabinet captain's crew act like they give a fuck about the ship or the freedom they all sought from the sea when they pick up some stragglers including nigh-mythic captain puffy. cue whirlworld romance where they just can't save each other

and then the ship blows up and there's something in the deep trying to eat puffy alive and it all falls apart
