just because it’s not every night doesn’t mean it’s not a problem
#ambiguous disorder#postingposting#hiii quick vent before i try to sleep again#im often afraid to call what’s up w my ocd bc it’s not 24/7 but it is really often i get these fucking panic attacks and thought loops#maybe it’s some sort of boring ol panic disorder#it doesn’t matter tho bc it’s a major issue#also i want to be clear i very well might be wrong pls don’t assume im just trying to seem special. grins in pain
