also consider this headcanon: Donnie doesn’t mind bugs, and actually enjoys them to some degree. They resemble robotics and are sleek (and, to be fair, he has a shell with spider-looking arms) but in this case he asked Leo to catch one for him to keep him preoccupied so Leo doesn’t feel the need to be any more useful then he already is

Yeah… I’m hyperfixating on this AU idea and I NEED to share it. It doesn’t actually mostly focus on Donnie, (mostly Leo and anther character >:) but this was the best opening I could think of. And if any of you still remember the lost and found comic- it’s paused as of now (I really don’t have time to spend 9 hours per page)
also sorry if the last joke is confusing but my stupid brain finds it funny when the turtles relax and wear more clothes- and like he takes the jacket off to gear up oh my gosh I’m such an idiot
