Swing [ESP/ENG]
[ESP] El miércoles pasado me fui a bailar swing.

Last Wednesday I went to dance swing. Completely unaware of this dance, I so politely accepted the invitation of my friend, I put my camera on my shoulder and there we went.
We arrived at Sala Triángulo (C / Zurita, 20) which I also did not know, and great was the surprise of entering this bar in Lavapies, heading to the bottom and find the wonder of Teatro del Barrio, an intimate space with approximately one hundred locations. The feeling was like one who enters a cave and comes to a spectacularly large room for the size of the cave, which opens in all directions. My first thought, "What good is this site for a concert of flamenco". Basic.
The best, the friend of my friend is an audiovisual technician, and he gave some indications for the photos. Obviously, I invited him a beer because he gave me an express photography class that came to be great, great, great (Abel, Silvia, thanks).
For the second image I worked with flash (dither with a couple of Kleenex, DIY folks) and increase the shutter speed to capture the silhouettes moving around the main dancers. I'm happy with the result, but it reflects more movement, more intensity at the dancing, than swing and jazz have. If the context is not known, it does seem that they are dancing rock'n'roll, right?
So, I prefer the third photo. It is more subtle and reflects the swing of the swing, the flow is seen on the first girl that slides to the right. I like the horizontal line marked by the arms of the dancers, it seems that they were looking for each other into the shadows.
The first is the aforementioned friend at the door of the Sala Triángulo (I do not know why there is so much noise in it...hummm). So now you know, if you like swing, every Wednesday from 21.30 swing session, free entrace and cold beer, what more could you ask for?
Greetings!
