The Alternative Universe :

"I can be powerful here! I could raise kits, teach them everything I know, and then go back to the Clans. I...I don't want to leave." (Jayfeather-Sign of the Moon).

  AU where, in Sign of the Moon, instead of returning to the present, Jayfeather stays with Half Moon. He is then no longer Jay's Wing, but Jayfeather, becoming blind again and confessing everything to Half Moon, who accepts him as he is and is happy that he has given up everything to live with her. Jayfeather lives badly to have left Lionblaze, as well as his family, even if in Sign of the Moon, his relations with Squirrelflight and Leafpool are still strained.   However, it is not long before he has kits with Half Moon, who has become leader of the tribe despite the fact that she has kits. Not to neglect her duties as a leader, she breastfed her kits before letting Jayfeather raise them, who, despite his role as a father, supports Half Moon in his duties by teaching her everything he knows as a medicine cat and on the clan leaders.   They therefore have four kits together, whom Half Moon and Jayfeather love with all their hearts. Owlfeather, an excellent hunter who is the pride of her parents. Starblaze, a nervous and shy tom that Half Moon supports, seeing in him the next Teller, Thistlepelt, an energetic cat who will die at seven moons from the attack of a eagle, and Lynxeye, who inherited the blind eyes of hisfather and has a complicated relationship with him.   Here is Owlfeather, daughter of Jayfeather and Half Moon. She was named in the continuity of Crowfeather and Jayfeather. She resembles her father, with her mother's eyes and dark mask on her straight face. She inherited her father's cold and cynical character, but like him, she fiercely loves and protects her family.She was the one who suffered the least from her sister's death, even if it made her even more acerbic and sometimes mean to her two brothers, annoyed by Starblaze's moans and Lynxeye's questioning. She has a strong relationship with both of her parents, although she can't stand being brooded over by them.

Story: 

Minnowscale hadn't meant to pick up an old rabbit, she really hadn't. 

Leopardflower had said it smelt bad, but Rosethistle hissed that it was fine. Then the Clan sat around the bodies of three of the oldest cats in the Clan.

She had to get some space, she ran towards the stream, but she went at the wrong time. She never went home, alive at least, again.

My Allegiances - Before the Start

These are the allegiances of the clans before the start of my “Generations” allegiances! Mainly known as “Sparrowdawn’s generation” in my head and "Generations Reversed" in my notes XD Might not be 100% right timewise.

ThunderClan:

Poppystar is current leader of ThunderClan. She is the mother to Hollystripe, and mates with Hazeldust, a blind tom who has since retired to the elder’s den alongside his sister, Tigerstripe. Bluetail is another elder, the father of Spiketail, who is the mother of Amberheart and Archflight, the newly made warriors. Hollystripe is currently a queen, mother to Shiningblaze’s kits, Cloudykit and Harekit. Shiningblaze is the brother to Sorrelfoot, and they are the kits of Sweetcloud and Furzepelt, who is the clan deputy. Smokeface is the mother of Snowpaw, who is mentored by Sweetcloud, and Sootpaw, by Robinface. Robinface is the mother of Mousepaw, who is mentored by Spiketail, and Leafpaw, who is mentored by Sorrelfoot. Nutpaw is mentored by Furzestep, and Boulderpaw, secret son of Thistlesong of SkyClan and Driftleap of WindClan, by Smokeface.

Nutpaw and Boulderpaw grew up close together like brothers, as they were both orphans. Nutpaw’s parents ran away to explore the world, and Boulderpaw was found as what ThunderClan assumed to be a loner’s abandoned kit. Leafpaw eventually gets her medicine cat name, Leafpuddle, but she dies before the start of the first generations allegiances.

ShadowClan: 

Frecklestar is current leader of ShadowClan, and the mother of Sagepaw, mentored by Quailfoot, Haypaw, by Cloudtuft, and Cloverpaw, by Spottedjay. Dewfeather is current deputy, and mates with Tansyleg, Stumpywhisker and Bumblebranch, who are the children of Strongbreeze, a warrior, and Paletalon, the youngest elder. Bumblebranch was the medicine cat apprentice under Hawkhollow. Hawkhollow is the brother of Quailfoot, and they are the offspring of Beetlespots and Cloudtuft. Cloudtuft is the brother to Morningcloud, and they are the kits of Silverspring and Brownpetal, who are both elders. Strongbreeze and Spottedjay are sisters, and their father is Windclaw, a tom who’s father was in WindClan and mother was in ShadowClan, giving them WindClan blood. Twigclaw is a queen, and nursing her sons, Flowerkit and Sneezekit. Sparrowpaw, mentored by Strongbreeze, is the daughter of Quailfoot and Deerflame, a former kittypet. Ashpaw, the secret son of Thistlesong of SkyClan and Driftleap of WindClan, is mentored by Morningcloud.

Tansyleg and Stumpywhisker are the newest warriors. Sneezekit and Flowerkit are close to becoming apprentices. Ashpaw and Sparrowpaw are close friends with crushes on each other. Morningcloud knows that Ashpaw is Thistlesong's. He dotes over him a lot. Morningcloud wants to go to SkyClan to be with his kits but Thistlesong refuses to let him.

WindClan:

The current leader of WindClan is Scorchstar, mate to Finchstem and mother to Leafsong. Finchstem is brothers with Lynxeyes, the clan medicine cat, and they are the children of Maplestream and Snowbee. Leafsong is mates with Cherrywhisper, and they are both the newest warriors. Tawnyswipe is expecting Russetspring's kits. Tawnyswipe is littermates with Fleetwhisker, and they are the kits of Nettlemoon and Blacksnarl. Blacksnarl also has a daughter named Rosepaw, mentored by Snowbee. Driftleap and Russetspring are the sons of Lilyleap (deceased; in StarClan) and Strikeheart, an elder. The other elder is a former loner who had a lone kit and seeked refuge in WindClan. Her name is Pool, and her son is Ferretpaw, mentored by Blacksnarl. Gravelpaw, mentored by Finchstem, is the secret son of Driftleap and Thistlesong of SkyClan.

Gravelpaw, Ferretpaw and Rosepaw are all very close as single, lone kits. Rosepaw never knew her mother, but it was always assumed her mother was a loner or kittypet.

RiverClan:

Goosestar is the current leader of RiverClan, and the father to Waterstream, who's mother is Thistlesong of SkyClan. Waterstream was made a warrior early, and is currently mentoring Heronpaw, brother to Beechpaw, mentored by Coldsnow, and Mistyleap. They are the kits of Shadesun and Scorchfin. Waterstream's mentor was Sunthroat, who is the brother of Stormbird and the son of Violetwhisker, one of the elders. Hailfrost is the medicine cat, and she is sisters with Oatheart, and they are the daughters of Clawmoon (deceased; in neither StarClan or Dark Forest). Coldsnow and Mumblesong are mates. Goldenmask and Dawnstripe are sisters, and daughters of Forestpelt, the deputy. Muddyfeather recently retired to the elders' den. Her daughter is Minkpaw, mentored by Dawnstripe.

Goosestar eventually forces Forestpelt to retire to the elders' den and makes Waterstream his deputy.

SkyClan:

Sharpstar is current leader of SkyClan. She took over once her mate, Pouncestar, died. They are the parents of Thistlesong, who is currently nursing Shadekit and Silverkit, daughters of Morningcloud, but she is also the mother to Waterstream, daughter of Goosestar, Gravelpaw, Boulderpaw and Ashpaw, sons of Driftleap. Honeysplash is current deputy, and sisters to Thrushleaf, clan medicine cat. They are the daughters of Bristlelight (deceased; StarClan). Acornleaf is mates with Auburnheart (deceased; StarClan), and mother to Fuzzybird and Bramblespeck. Bramblespeck is mates with Littlestep. Rainwish and Berryleaf, clan elders, are the parents of Coilspring and Plumheart. Coilspring is the father of Daisypaw, mentored by Acornleaf, and Lichenpaw, by Fevernose. Fevernose is the father of Seedpaw, mentored by Honeysplash.

Sharpstar is suspicious of Thistlesong. Her previous litters had "died", and she now has a third. No one knows who the father(s) is/are. Thrushleaf fiercely defends Thistlesong. The apprentices, Daisypaw, Lichenpaw and Seedpaw, are all close to one another.

Barkkit was born alongside her brother Lizardkit, and the two grew up under the love of their mother and clan. They had a close relationship with the medicine cat, Brackenwillow, after getting under his paws while he worked, not that he ever minded. Their mother, Maggotsky, was young and nervous, but they loved her despite her flaws. As an apprentice, Barkpaw was close to her mentor, Beetlefeather, and trained hard every day.

Her life came crashing down when it was revealed her father was Brackenwillow. The entire clan seemed to turn against her, staring at her and questioning her as though her parents changed who she was. She despised her mother and father after that, sticking closely to her aunt and mentor, Beetlefeather. Some of her hatred was direct inwards, at herself, wondering if being the product of a forbidden love affair truly did change who she was. While she hated her parents, and grew farther from her brother, she was never a very angry cat, and didn't want her parents exiled like Beetlefeather, and the other medicine cat, Lynxeyes, did.

She earned her warrior name as a loyal WindClan warrior, becoming Barkflower. She was proud when Beetlefeather was announced as the next deputy, believing she would make a strict and firm leader one day who would never let any more forbidden love affairs go unpunished or encouraged. Soon, Barkflower earned an apprentice- Morningpaw, daughter of Jumpfrost. Barkflower loved her apprentice, and enjoyed training her every day. But then it was revealed Morningpaw's father was Covescreech of ShadowClan, and Barkflower felt her world crash around her once more. For a while, she found herself detached from her apprentice, even as the rest of the clan accepted Covescreech into WindClan and treated his kits with respect. But then, she found herself realizing it didn't matter who your parents were- she, Barkflower herself, was still a great and loyal warrior, and she could see Morningpaw was an energetic and trusting apprentice. So she accepted her apprentice whole-heartedly and began fighting off anyone who dare speak ill of her.

Barkflower was never prouder than when Morningpaw became Morningmoon. Soon after, she took Duskmask as a mate, and gave birth to her kits, Poolkit, Sparkkit, and Finkit, who she loved dearly. Sadly, though, shortly after her kits became warriors, she caught greencough and passed away.

My WindClan Allegiances

Gravelstar, son of Thistlesong of SkyClan (deceased; in Dark Forest) and Driftleap, and brother to Boulderstar and Ashstone of ThunderClan, is current leader of WindClan. His deputy is Nettlemoon, mother to Fleetwhisker and Tawnyswipe and former mates with Blacksnarl (deceased; in StarClan). Current medicine cat is Lynxeyes. Driftleap and Rustspring are the sons of Lilyleap (deceased; in StarClan) and Strikeheart the elder. Cherrywhisper is mates with Leafsong and they are the parents of Brackenpaw, mentored by Lynxeyes. Ferretstreak is mates with Rosebird, who is the daughter of Blacksnarl and an unknown mate, and they are the parents to Jumpkit and Duskkit. Maggotpaw, mentored by Ferretstreak, and Beetlepaw, mentored by Cherrywhisper, are the daughters of Rustspring and Tawnyswipe.

The elder, Strikeheart, passes away in the night peacefully. Brackenpaw, Maggotpaw and Beetlepaw all get their new names, Brackenwillow, Beetlefeather and Maggotsky. Rosebird returns to her warrior duties as Jumppaw, mentored by Fleetwhisker, and Duskpaw, mentored by Driftleap, become new apprentices. Maggotsky secretly becomes mates with Brackenwillow and has Lizardkit and Barkkit. Currently, no one knows about the relationship.

Rustspring is killed by dogs that a Twoleg from the barn let loose. Jumppaw and Duskpaw earn their warrior names, Jumpfrost and Duskmask. Maggotsky returns to her warrior duties after her kits become apprentices, Lizardpaw mentored by Duskmask and Barkpaw mentored by Beetlefeather. Rosebird moves into the nursery to give birth to Ferretstreak’s second litter, Hazelkit and Tanglekit. As all the drama regarding ShadowClan, ThunderClan and BoneClan takes place, Gravelstar is determined to keep his clan as far away from it, even as it is revealed he is related to Boulderstar, Ashstone, Waterstar, Shadefur, and Silverthistle. It has always been speculated that he might be related to Boulderstar and Ashstone ever since Ashstone revealed he was Boulderstar’s brother and left ShadowClan to join ThunderClan. His clan does not mind who his kin is and respects him as a good leader. Still, Gravelstar can not ignore all drama as his warrior Beetlefeather informs the clan that her sister and Brackenwillow had been mates. The clan expects Brackenwillow to be stripped of his medicine cat title, but Gravelstar lets it slide. Eventually, the clan settles down as Cherrywhisper, Rosebird and Leafsong all fiercely defend their kits, despite Beetlefeather and Lynxeyes’s attempts for the clan to see otherwise.

Lynxeyes is killed by dogs while collecting herbs. Gravelstar decides to send a patrol to deal with them, and Leafsong ends up dying before they chase the dogs away. Nettlemoon steps down from being deputy and retires to the elders’ den. Beetlefeather is chosen as the next deputy of WindClan. Maggotsky and Brackenwillow’s kits become warriors with the new names Barkflower and Lizardstrike. Rosebird’s second litter become apprentices, Hazelpaw mentored by Cherrywhisper and Tanglepaw by Fleetwhisker, and she returns to her warrior duties. Jumpfrost moves into the nursery, nursing Covescreech of ShadowClan’s kits, Morningkit, Sunnykit, and Ebonykit. No one knows their true father yet.

The previous apprentices are made into warriors, Hazelweed and Tangleflame. Jumpfrost’s kits become apprentices, Sunnypaw mentored by Ferretstreak, Morningpaw by Barkflower, while Ebonypaw chooses to be a medicine cat apprentice trained by Brackenwillow. Jumpfrost reveals that Covescreech is the father of her kits, and that he wants to join WindClan. WindClan, having been through all the drama before and become rather accepting off it, lets Covescreech join their ranks without problem. Only Beetlefeather, the deputy, really disagreed with this action. Meanwhile, Fleetwhisker gives birth to Driftleap’s kits, Eaglekit and Russetkit.

Tawnyswipe, Cherrywhisper and Ferretstreak all die from greencough, while Morningpaw and Rosebird survive. Morningpaw and her brother, Sunnypaw, become warriors, Morningmoon and Sunnyfire. Fleetwhisker returns to her warrior duties as her kits become apprentices, Eaglepaw trained by Jumpfrost and Russetpaw by Lizardstrike. Barkflower gives birth to Duskmask’s kits, Poolkit, Sparkkit and Finkit.

Beetlefeather dies from being attacked by a dog while out alone after getting into an argument with her sister, Maggotsky, about half-clan cats and forbidden relationships. Jumpfrost is appointed as the new deputy of WindClan. Rosebird dies from greencough. The apprentices get their new names, Ebonyraven, Russetleap, and Eagletuft. Barkflower returns to her warrior duties as her kits become apprentices, Poolpaw mentored by Covescreech, Sparkpaw by Lizardstrike, and Finpaw by Sunnyfire. Tangleflame, who is mates with Morningmoon, gives birth to Lizardstrike’s kits, Doekit, Pouncekit, and Dapplekit.

Driftleap and Fleetwhisker retire to the elders’ den. The apprentices earn their warrior names, Poolfur, Sparkwhisker and Finflight. Tangleflame returns to her warrior duties as her kits become apprentices, Doepaw mentored by Morningmoon, Pouncepaw by Hazelweed, and Dapplepaw by Jumpfrost. Eagletuft gives birth to Sunnyfire’s sons, Seedkit and Blossomkit.

Barkflower dies from green cough. Nettlemoon dies from old age. Tangleflame and Sparkwhisker are killed after eating rotten crow-food. Gravelstar loses his last life after defending his clan from a fox. Jumpfrost becomes Jumpstar, leader of WindClan, and appoints her son, Sunnyfire, as deputy. The apprentices become warriors named Doebreeze, Pounceshade, and Dapplesting. Eagletuft returns to her warrior duties as her sons become apprentices, Seedpaw trained by Poolfur and Blossompaw by Morningmoon. Finflight gives birth to Russetleap’s kits, Mintkit, Springkit, and Brindlekit.

Duskmask drowns after falling through the ice in leaf-bare. The apprentices become warriors named Seedslip and Blossomwind. Finflight returns to her warrior duties as her kits become apprentices, Mintpaw mentored by Maggotsky, Springpaw by Eagletuft, and Brindlepaw by Pounceshade. Doebreeze gives birth to Poolfur’s kits, naming her toms Deadkit- because he’s dead to her- and Leechkit- because he’s nothing but a leech to her, and her ‘special’ she-kit Nightkit. Poolfur argues for her to change the tom’s names but she refuses. Morningmoon, who is mates with Tangleflame, is expecting Lizardstrike’s kits.
