Dude hyperfixating on a fandom feels so weird. Cause at times the fandom is only a couple of years old but because you and other people keep making stuff about it, it feels like something that's been around for decades
Like take Little Witch Academia for example, either if we're starting from the OVA or Anime it's barely 10-12 years old, yet the fandom makes it look like something from the 90s or early 2000s with several series by different people, tons of games (w/ports across different consoles), books, merchandise, collaborations with different IPs, and a dedicated or LWA part of an anime theme park with restaurants and other stores
04/09 - Day 07 : Free Day
💛A believing heart is your magic ( poster WIP)
I fondely picture Diana and Akko going for some horse riding on free days. So…with that in mind, since I like horses and witches, I wanted to design an LWA poster with these elements, so here is the WIP!
For @dianakko-week
I’m also a huge fan of Art Nouveau and the painter J.C.Leyendecker (the goat, love this guy!), so heavy inspirations from both of these universe.
Final notes for this week:
Thank you for organizing this great event for many years now! LWA fans you are one of the finest fandom!!
Actually, I just discovered LWA this year in June! And it can be silly to say that, but this show litterally saved my life, in a time I felt giving up everything, due to anxiety and my forced STEM studies. Now, I'm trying to follow a happier path, to be closer to what I enjoy most : doing art and bring people joy through that (and be happy myself, too!).
...So this was my first Dianakko Week (^///^)!
I’m actually so happy to see so much LWA lovers, discovered great artists, and glad that I managed to finish this week’s projects (as someone who never finishes anything, yea!).
Diakko shippers: What do you mean you don’t ship Diakko!?! They have the most chemistry out of any two characters in the show! The creators sprinkled in so many hints throughout! They were literally prophesied in canon to end up together…
I like to alternate between thinking Diana would be an incredibly useless lesbian who'd get flustered at just the sight of her crush vs her being some sort of gigachad who can hit on her like it's nothing
