dont get me wrong, drowning in the rain is a great song and i really like it,

but i was listening to it and each time i hit the chorus i was like "hmm ive heard this before" and i realized it sounded almost exactly like elsie bay's mgp entry from last year (love you in a dream) and i went "oh haha i wonder if they have any writers in common"

Thank you for being THE person to remind me that Eurovision exists every year

Eurovision is part of our lives, whether we like it or not. Eurovision is like taxes or the sun rising: it's here, no matter what, and it doesn't matter if you're trying to escape from it, you cannot escape from it. Do you want to escape from it? Too late, you're already singing and dancing to some new great song.

And even if it makes you angry, even if it's full of flaws, you still love it, you still enjoy it in all its glitter and insanity. You still want to see what other new musical genres will be discovered every year, which great artists will emerge, which songs and artists will take a special place in your heart, which nation will bring the most boring ballad of all time and how Moldova will follow the memo.

Because we all know that, no matter what, Moldova will always follow the memo and bring the true Eurovision spirit.
