There's a special kind of raw energy you can only experience when you attend a live Punk show. It's next level when it's a home town band playing in front of friends, family and fans. On tour with Doghouse Rose, Toronto's Lime Ricky brought their Sk8 Punk sound to London's Rum Runners. Their short set had the crowd jumping and dancing along with the likes of "It's Been Real", "Drink My Words" and "Hundreds of Hangovers". It was definitely a great vibe to experience live. I had the senior science teacher from my school say I should get involved in fundraising for the school trip to Ghana "because she's from there". I'm originally from Botswana. The man was off by a solid 4,376 km. Same dude also proceeded to call out my spatial issues caused by a developmental disorder called dyspraxia as me being a "hormonal female." So yeah. That was pretty wild.
